Wayne returns from Vegas and thinks bringing his family there would be a good idea. Mitch disagrees (go figure). We talk about the Siouxland Conference, Asa in public, Wayne's wedding DJ average and Aaron returns to his favorite all-time job, "Master Of Ceremonies".

Our Christmas present to you is our presence! Sorry about the delay, we resolve to return to the regular schedule in 2025. In the mean time, we had a LOT to catch up on!

Mitch forces his parents to go on vacation and gives them explicit instructions on how to deal with security. They are ignored. Aaron uncovers carpet-baggers in the city of Spencer. Wayne is further justified in his leaving city council when consecutive meetings deal with "yard art" and we all share a laugh at Aaron's expense when his daughter goes to her first high school dance!

Surprise, we're not dead (despite Wayne's objections)! We discuss the summer's antics, peel back yet another layer of the onion that is Mitch Giese and Aaron's Dutchness ALMOST bites him and 25 family members in the keister! And finally, we debate the VERY controversial question: "Does the towel forget?"

Wayne ends his term on city council and Aaron and Mitch both speak at the meeting as a very hot topic brings a full house. Wayne's farewell speech makes him a legend (in his own mind). Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We appreciate you more than you know!

Wayne involuntarily goes "gluten-free", Aaron tries to be cool and fails (again), and Mitch tries to relive a piece of his history when he goes back to New Orleans and looks for the "one place that the youth pastor took us to accidentally".

Summer comes to an end with a scorcher as Aaron works to keep everyone cool. We learn that Mitch hates Saved By The Bell, which might be his worst take yet. Wayne gets more lessons on "Dutchdom" and the Alons family deals with a medical scare.
