Believe it or not, having all smooth sailing early on has its pitfalls, and Tristian felt that like a punch in the face.
When times got tough with the downturn of the Aussie dollar and several other factors Tristian had to fight back when he was back up against the wall. This is where he learnt the importance of getting coaches and mentors to get him back on track, and actually thriving in the face of adversity.
Many people think leaders are born, but Tristian was anything but a born leader, but with time, training and a whole lot of effort Tristian created a community that helped him to not just grow, but to thrive as a leader.
