Dan has been in the marketing arena for over 25 years and has such a wealth of knowledge in the area. He wasn't born knowing what to do, but spent his younger years reaching out to people in the industry, and was lucky enough for a few to respond, and he hasn't looked back.
It was back in 2008, as the world was going into recession as Dan decided now was the time to jump, so he took the leap of faith and hasn't looked back.
I had a lot of fun with Dan, and I personally learnt a lot about creating a positive culture, learning how he went from a self proclaimed bad boss to being a positive leader, and I am sure you will as well.
