DJ Nick (00:08):
Welcome to the
Dysfunction Junkies podcast.
We may not have seen it all,but we've seen enough.
And now here are your hosts,Chrisy and Kerry.
Kerry (00:21):
Hello Junkies, Welcome to
your safe space.
I'm Kerry and
Chrisy (00:26):
I'm Chrissy
Kerry (00:27):
Big week.
This week it's St Patrick's Day.
This weekend.
Chrisy (00:32):
Yay, top of the morning
to y'all.
Kerry (00:35):
Chrisy, are you at all
Irish?
Chrisy (00:37):
No, None, none, I don't
believe so.
No, a sibling did the littletesty thing Ancestrycom.
Kerry (00:46):
One of them, ancestrynet.
Chrisy (00:47):
That's going to be a
stay tuned for a future episode
in regards to those, but sheshared her report with me and I
didn't see anything like that.
I mean, there's a ton that goesinto making up this wonderful
person.
Here there's all kinds of butno Irish, but not a sliver, not
(01:09):
a gold coin, not an Irish beer, not a nothing.
Kerry (01:13):
Well, apparently,
according to Anterosticom DNA
testing, I am 6% Irish, whichgrowing up, we were always told
we were 100% Italian.
It was a little bit of asurprise when I got my DNA test
results that I was not allItalian in that I had Irish in
Wait a minute, so you're 94%.
Oh, no, no.
(01:34):
Why do they do that?
I know?
Chrisy (01:37):
They don't want to be
bothered with all the other
stuff.
Everybody's just like you knowwhat I'm just this.
I don't want to explaineverything Everybody's, just
like.
You know what I'm just this.
I don't want to explaineverything.
Kerry (01:44):
My husband was very
disappointed because, you know,
when we met and found out I wasItalian because that's what I
thought I always was he was like, oh, I'm going to get the best
spaghetti.
I hate spaghetti, Do you reallyI really do, so I hardly ever
cook it and he's like I've beenrobbed.
And then, when I got myancestry report back, I was like
well, this explains why I don'tlike the spaghetti, because I'm
(02:07):
not as Italian as I thought Iwas.
Chrisy (02:10):
Just a quick segue,
though.
Your family's ancestry hailsfrom northern Italy.
Kerry (02:15):
I'm betting.
Chrisy (02:15):
Because you're all like
beautiful kind of blondish and
light eyed.
Yes, my family's a little biton the darker side, you are.
Kerry (02:26):
And we are definitely
from the South.
Chrisy (02:28):
People loving the South.
We at the bottom of the boot.
That's why I don't burn realeasy.
I got good skin.
Kerry (02:35):
Yes, yes, yes yes, so
what are your plans for St
Patrick's Day?
Nothing.
So what are your plans for StPatrick's Day?
Nothing.
Chrisy (02:43):
No, nothing, I don't
think so.
No, I did finally invest in ashirt with a clover on it.
Oh, I forget what it says.
Something about being lucky.
Not luck of the Irish, becauseI'm not Irish.
Shoot, I forget what it says onit.
I'll have to remember.
I should be wearing it.
Kerry (03:05):
And we went to a Catholic
high school that was very Irish
Irish, yes, so I was Irish forfour years of my life, more than
I'm now.
You're a very participant.
Chrisy (03:11):
You were a very good
participant in that.
We wore kilts.
We did.
People sent each other greencarnations that were colored
torture to the carnation.
I don't know that they werenaturally that color, but you
dipped them in the green dye andwe sent them to each other.
Kerry (03:28):
Well, I didn't get any.
Did you get some?
Yeah, oh.
Chrisy (03:31):
Even though I wasn't
that popular.
No, you Well, your boyfrienddidn't go to school with us.
Kerry (03:35):
Again, he could have paid
like he knew you.
Chrisy (03:39):
He could have said hey,
chrissy, can you buy some
carnations and hook, carry up,yeah usually I'd be like all you
know, about a month before or acouple weeks before, be like
all friendly with somebody.
I could usually get some dopeto subscribe to send me a flower
and then the next day I waslike I don't know you.
I sent you flowers.
(03:59):
When?
What color were they?
Let me guess.
DJ Nick (04:05):
Get away from me.
Chrisy (04:07):
Yeah, so we had to
participate, and that's why I
think, for a long time I didn'thave the Irish colors in my
closet.
Kerry (04:15):
Yes.
Chrisy (04:16):
And my husband is half
Irish but not the Irish that
celebrates.
Oh okay, he's the other half.
Irish.
Kerry (04:27):
I'm thinking they're
represented the orange yeah on
their flag.
I never realized that.
That was something I learned.
New today was that the colorsmeant.
Chrisy (04:33):
The different religions
didn't realize that I never know
what anybody's flag means.
Kerry (04:37):
Oh, I think the stars
mean how many states we have
right now somebody told me thatmy husband uh, we need to do the
dna test on him because I'msure he's got Irish in him just
because of, like, he's got alittle bit of the red in his
hair.
I mean he's, he's blonde hair,blue eyes, but there's, there's
the red flecking in there andthen the skin his he's kind of
(04:58):
got the freckles and stuff.
So I'm sure, yeah, I wasworried about that when I
started having kids.
Chrisy (05:03):
Oh, and I was worried
about that when I started having
kids.
Kerry (05:05):
Oh.
Chrisy (05:06):
And I was also worried
about maybe somebody with red
hair.
Oh, Because I haven't nobody inour family has that yeah.
I'm very self-absorbed most ofthe time and I was like, really,
we haven't noticed.
I was like if they have redhair, which is beautiful, but
they're going to think it's notmy right, not your kid yeah, you
(05:27):
know, my husband doesn't havered hair, but I knew there was
Irish there and I said thatcould just all of a sudden pop
out Come, come along, yeah, sono, no.
Kerry (05:38):
You know, I've never, we
never.
I think we talked about this inour Halloween episode Like we
didn't decorate for thingsgrowing up, like really, the
only thing we really decoratedfor was Christmas, so we never
did the you know Valentine's Daydecorations everything in the
house and then change it to youknow St Patrick's Day or
whatever.
I've never been into that andstill so I really don't
(06:00):
celebrate these holidays muchand I'll never forget we were
living in Las Vegas, went to goout to dinner on March 17th and
hey, let's go out to dinnertonight, let's go down one of
the strip and one of the nicerestaurants.
Big mistake, huge mistake, really big mistake.
Chrisy (06:17):
You remembered real
quick what day it was.
Kerry (06:19):
Yep, and I had no clue
that St Patrick's Day in Las
Vegas is almost a bigger eventthan New Year's Eve on the Strip
in Las Vegas.
Chrisy (06:29):
I think it is for a lot
of people.
Kerry (06:32):
Oh it was horrible.
Oh my gosh, just theshenanigans going on.
My very bad attempt at a we'resorry if we're not.
Chrisy (06:44):
We're just trying to
have fun, because everybody's
having fun today on St Patrick'sDay.
Kerry (06:48):
they love it, they love
it.
But uh, yeah, it was, it wasjust mayhem and drunkenness and
oh my gosh, like it was just thethings we saw, like people
peeing in the street becausethey were so drunk, and oh, oh,
it was just, it was horrible.
So, yeah, we learned from thenon like don't go on the strip on
St Patrick's Day.
Chrisy (07:09):
Yeah, I worked.
I've worked for a lot ofwonderful people and I still
think that a lot of them arewonderful, even though some of
the people I've worked for havebeen up to no good, no good all
the time and maybe had to goaway for a while and then come
back, oh.
But hey, you know it's workexperience for me, so I
appreciate that.
But I worked for, uh, someonewho was irish who also went to
(07:34):
our high school.
Uh-huh, they had a yearly party, oh, and it was very known in
their circles that they werehaving this party.
It was a regular event for alot of people and the wine and
the beer was all Was this partyheld at their house, or did?
they have it at an event center.
They usually had it at one ofthe places down in the park, the
(07:56):
one pavilion down there the bigone Pioneer Pavilion.
Is it enclosed?
Yes, that one is enclosed.
Kerry (08:03):
Oh okay, and that's
actually a nice March in Ohio.
Yeah, no, no, this one.
Chrisy (08:07):
Pine River Pavilion in
Mill Creek Park is closed and
it's a pretty big venue.
It's beautiful inside.
It has a lovely upper floorwith the wood and the stone.
I highly recommend it.
Not to give a plug, but I guessI am, but they would have a
party there every.
As far as I can remember, that's where it always was and
(08:28):
you had the green beer, you hadthe green wine, you had a lot of
irish people who were veryenthusiastic about being irish
and about saint patrick's day,and I'm sure a lot of people who
are not irish but still wereirish that day.
Everybody's supposed to beirish day.
I'm not exactly sure.
Yeah, if everyone agrees withthat.
Kerry (08:53):
But yeah, no, we didn't
decorate for St Patrick's Day
because, like I said, no one inmy family is Irish.
I don't understand.
Is then the decorating goes toa whole nother level.
Like Chicago, they dye theirriver green.
Chrisy (09:02):
Yeah, I've seen this and
heard of this.
Kerry (09:06):
I've never I've been to
chicago, but not during this.
But what I don't understand iswhy only that day of year, like
okay then why don't they dye itred at valentine's day?
Chrisy (09:14):
well, that's terrifying,
and now we're referencing back
to our previous episode.
That becomes biblical.
Kerry (09:21):
Oh, are we talking about
the king james version of the
bible or the queen christineversion of the?
Chrisy (09:29):
bible usually means the
fish have gone bad, um or
something I don't know, or theworld is about to end, or
something.
Yeah, but then why?
Kerry (09:37):
can't they make it what?
What I don't understand is whyis it that they're going to kill
the environment one day a yearby?
Chrisy (09:44):
dying this whole.
You mean it's not a bunch ofthe mccormick dye they use.
That's no food.
I don't, I don't know, it's notfood grade.
Diet it happened?
Kerry (09:54):
I would hope that it is I
don't know we're thinking wrong
.
Yeah but what I don'tunderstand is why is it that
only that one day a year?
Why don't they do it for otherthings?
Why not make it a beautifulturquoise blue in the summertime
?
So like people?
Think they're in the caribbeaninstead of you know I will
reference a movie, the fugitivesyeah, that takes place in
chicago.
Chrisy (10:14):
There's a character in
there that works under tommy lee
jones that asks him a question.
If you know anything abouttommy jones, yeah, generally
he's agitated by people andwho's in a movie with him and
the guy asked him how come theycan dye this river green on St
Patrick's Day and they can't dyeit blue the other 364 days of
the year?
There you go, but I mean, Iagree, I guess I don't know, I
(10:37):
don't live in Chicago.
So nice idea, I guess, to dyethings green.
People love dyeing things green.
Even though we were not Irishgrowing up, yeah, we still got a
leprechaun running through thehouse somehow, is it?
Kerry (10:49):
like one of those elf on
the shelf things.
No, no, no, no.
Chrisy (10:52):
You never saw this one.
Oh, which is terrifying, especially if you grew up in the
70s.
Yeah, there was like horriblemovies about like little dolls
and stuff that would come tolife and then bite you like a
trilogy of terror or somethinglike that.
I remember it was like this onedoll or something.
If it lost its necklace it hadthese horrible fangs on her name
karen black.
(11:13):
I remember the actress's name,my one sister.
She used to always referencethat.
That must have freaked her.
That was one of her traumas.
But you, I had a vision of thiscrazy leprechaun running
through the house becausesomebody one of my cousins I
think used to do this.
My parents did not participatein this and I think we were at
my grandparents house orsomething.
And you go to the bathroom allof a sudden, the water, the
(11:35):
water was green in there andyou're like and you're like four
or five years old, you'refreaking out.
You're like somebody's sick inthe house.
Just piss green in here.
We would.
Kerry (11:47):
We would have never done
that at our house because we
lived on a farm and had wellwater and so my mom would have
never done anything like that, because you know if you put
anything anything down the drainyou know bleach or whatever
down the drain, that's going toeventually go back into your
water that you're drinking.
So yeah, she wouldn't have donethat.
Chrisy (12:04):
You had to be a chemist
to understand exactly what you
could do, because it could turninto some other.
Yeah, no city water, don'tthrow the green in.
Who cares?
Yeah, and it just used to freakme out because you'd find like
little green drops everywhereand I'm like, is the leprechaun
bleeding?
Is this some sign thatsomething horrible is about to
happen?
I mean, a leprechaun shows up atyour house for St Patrick's Day
(12:27):
and all they can do is runaround to all of your toilets
and take a piss.
They don't leave any gifts, they don't leave any candy.
There is no point.
And if that's not bad enough,my daughter come home and I
think they talked about thisstuff in school and she insisted
that we had a leprechaun and itput a lot of pressure on me and
(12:49):
so I had to step it up a notchand instead of it just being the
leprechaun pisses in all thetoilets.
I had to take it from that topooping.
So I colored a bunch ofmarshmallows green and I said he
took a dump in the box and Iwas like I don't know where he
(13:10):
went.
Kerry (13:13):
Well, we do know where he
went.
Chrisy (13:16):
He took a dump and left
here.
That's what he thinks of us.
He probably found out weweren't Irish that way.
Kerry (13:21):
Why do we do these crazy
things?
Chrisy (13:23):
Somebody starts to
torture us.
They obviously don't have kids.
Kerry (13:27):
The worst thing?
Well, the best and the worstthing about St Patrick's Day to
me is the weather, because herein Northeast Ohio, you know,
hopefully you know we just cameout of February where we had the
single degree temperatures andthe Arctic cold.
Now we're going to get thislittle fake spring.
DJ Nick (13:43):
Yeah, you know, the
teasers the teaser.
Kerry (13:45):
And my husband will get
all excited.
He'll be like yay spring's hereand I'll be like, nope, st
Patrick's Day hasn't come yet, because that was always the
telltale we were always going toget some big winter catastrophe
of cold and snow on StPatrick's.
Chrisy (13:58):
Day, st Patrick's Day,
we were always waiting Right and
how?
Kerry (14:02):
I really know this
because I cannot tell you how
many parades that I have been in.
Chrisy (14:07):
I was just going to
bring up the parade.
I was at a parade or two foryou, because my other friend was
also marching in that parade.
Yes, and it was usually.
Kerry (14:16):
I don't remember it ever
being nice, it was never nice
and it would never fail, likethe day before the parade.
It'd be beautiful, it'd belovely, we'd be like, oh my God,
we're going to have a nice day.
And we'd wake up the nextmorning and it'd be like frozen
tundra and snow and we had totrudge down.
It was horrible.
Chrisy (14:34):
It was horrible for
everyone Us watching you
marching, it was just anightmare.
Kerry (14:39):
You were such a good
friend to come though remember
you used to throw candy out atparades?
Chrisy (14:42):
yeah, do we still do
that?
I don't think they're allowed.
Kerry (14:45):
I don't know, yeah, I
don't know, that was always fun
yeah, you know, I did recentlybecause I was lions, a lion for
lions international, and we hada little parade in our town and
we did throw out candy, butthere was some kind of rule
about the candy which I meanmost candy isn't a wrapper
anyways, but otherwise peoplewere throwing out other things
(15:06):
that were non-food related.
Chrisy (15:07):
So yeah, but maybe it
depends on the town you live in
yeah, I'm not a parade personand parades are dangerous, is my
opinion because, just there'sterrible people out there so
it's too many people too closetogether.
Kerry (15:19):
I would rather be in the
parade than on the sideline of
the parade.
Chrisy (15:21):
I'd rather watch the
Macy's Day Parade.
Yes, while I'm making my turkeyand let everybody else go out
there and stand there in thecold.
Yeah, yeah, I'm not going to gowatch a parade anymore.
No, yeah, no.
St Patrick's Day is interesting.
Yeah, it's fascinating.
People love it.
Talking about that weatherissue the one person I did work
(15:43):
for who used to have the bigshindig every St Patrick's Day
with the colored beer and wineyeah, we got a really one year
they were having it and we got areally bad snowstorm, yeah, and
they had to cancel it and theywere stuck with.
They didn't just reschedule it,no, no, no, I don't think so.
And they were stuck with greenbeer and wine and I don't know
(16:06):
what happened, but it was.
It was an unfortunate event, Iguess.
Kerry (16:10):
Did you ever see those
things?
And this is a good thing forthe St Patrick's Day they do,
where the people shave theirhair off for the kids with
cancer.
So they do.
It's like St Baldo, I don'tknow.
There's a reference or somethingto us, but it's a thing and so
yeah, because where I used tolive there was an Irish bar kind
(16:31):
of at the top of the street.
I remember we were walkingaround the plaza.
Then one day it was StPatrick's Day time.
They had all these guys were inthis tent just all getting
their head shaved.
Chrisy (16:41):
Yeah, that's a good.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
That's a that's a good thing.
And if you're doing that for StPatrick's Day, I support you
and that is wonderful.
If you're going to drink andbecome obnoxious and be a burden
to society for 24 to 48 hours,if it's a weekend, you know, oh
my God.
But yeah, do do some good.
So, yes, thank you.
I'm trying to Google that to seewhat that was called, you know
the other thing with StPatrick's Day is, too, I've
(17:03):
heard horror stories from peoplewhere that is usually.
I mean there are times peoplehave gotten like physically hurt
.
I mean these celebrations, morethan anything.
They get out of control.
Yeah, they do, and people drinka lot, a lot.
You know, people get knockedunconscious and get in fights
and yeah, More so than otherdrinking days of the year yeah,
(17:25):
it happens.
Kerry (17:25):
Yeah, I mean so.
It is called the saintbaldrick's foundation and it is
a volunteer-powered childhoodcancer charity that raises money
for research through shavinghead events and that's often
held on saint patrick's day I amtotally on board with that.
Chrisy (17:43):
Let's talk real quick,
too, about the food.
DJ Nick (17:46):
Oh yeah.
Chrisy (17:47):
Just like everything
else with us that interests us,
with dysfunction Food and movies.
The food that we were told wehad to eat, or the food you
can't eat today because we don'tknow why.
Kerry (17:58):
Just don't eat it.
Don't eat meat on Fridays it'sLent, but but there's a big but
it.
Chrisy (18:09):
Don't eat meat on
fridays, it's lent, but.
But there's a big but when theguy, the pope, he'll give you
special dispensation if you'reirish.
I don't eat the corned beef andthe lucky charms, no, just the
corned beef, and I don't likecorned beef.
I don't understand it.
Uh-huh, I think it's like lunchmeat, isn't it?
I don't know.
I never met a beef that wascorned.
Is that a special cow?
Kerry (18:28):
it's a or is it pork?
Chrisy (18:29):
corny cow, I don't, even
I'm not a farm person.
Kerry (18:32):
Yeah, I don't know if
that's pig or cow I don't know,
oh, gary doesn't know.
I don't know what's corned beef, but people love it.
Chrisy (18:40):
On saint patrick's day.
Kerry (18:42):
Well, the only corned
beef I really like is a Reuben
sandwich.
Chrisy (18:45):
But that's about the
only way I live.
Who's Reuben?
That sounds Russian, doesn't ithave Russian dressing on it?
Kerry (18:51):
Which is Thousand Island,
Thousand Island dressing yeah.
Chrisy (18:54):
Yeah, so we really got
confused with all this stuff.
When we came over here, whatwas I?
Kerry (18:59):
supposed to Google.
I totally forgot what we wereGoogling.
DJ Nick (19:04):
What is corned beef?
Corned beef, bully beef orsalted beef in some Commonwealth
countries is a salt curedbrisket of beef.
Kerry (19:11):
Oh, it's salt, it's cow,
but it's how it's made, cured
Okay.
Chrisy (19:16):
Of course.
Did anybody hear about thisbeing a carcinogen?
Now, with this meat Bacon youmight as well smoke a pack of
cigarettes If you're going toeat bacon.
It's a carcinogen, just thesame.
Kerry (19:28):
I did not know that.
Chrisy (19:29):
Yeah, I don't smoke
anymore, but I still eat that
damn bacon.
Kerry (19:34):
Yeah, I do like meat
bacon, yeah, but see also the
whole sauerkraut and kielbasathing too comes back up on St
Patrick's Day.
Chrisy (19:50):
Well, that's usually
what I'm like.
Look, I won't do the cornedbeef, but I'll.
Kerry (19:52):
I'll revisit.
As you know, I love the, thesauerkraut and the uh.
You know how I feel about that,I know.
I know I like the uh reubensandwich that has the corned
beef with just a little bit ofsauerkraut, not a whole lot, and
not like your kind ofsauerkraut where you're like
don't rinse, rinse it, don'tdrain it, whatever you want it.
Chrisy (20:03):
Well, the first word in
the title of the food is sour.
I know it's not sweet kraut.
What the hell's that Sweetkraut?
You got some sweet kraut.
I don't want the sour, but I'llhave some sweet kraut if you
have it.
No, we do not.
What's on the Reuben sandwichIs the Swiss?
Kerry (20:24):
cheese, corned beef,
sauerkraut, fried bread.
Chrisy (20:28):
Russian dressing Swiss,
irish, russian.
There's three nationalities onthat sandwich and I don't know
if the Swiss and the Russianswant to be pulled into it.
Did we clear that with them, orthe Pope, or whatever?
Yeah, why is the Pope givingpeople if St Patrick's Day falls
during Lent, on a Friday?
It's like this happens everyonce in a seven years.
(20:51):
Is that how long?
Is that how the calendar works?
What if it's a leap year?
well then it screws, everythingup because there's 29 days or
not.
Is there 27 days sometimes infebruary, or we just go to 29.
They don't subtract to make iteven chrissy.
No, okay remember that.
Kerry (21:09):
Remember that saying 30
days has November, april, june
and September.
All the rest of 31, except forFebruary.
Chrisy (21:15):
No, what the hell.
Kerry (21:18):
Do you miss that day in
school too, did they?
Chrisy (21:21):
say that to you.
Yeah, that's how you rememberthe days.
Oh, come on, you can't rememberhow many days.
I mean.
February is the only one thatscrews me up.
Everything else is planted.
Kerry (21:29):
Well, yeah, because you
think it's 27.
Chrisy (21:30):
I don't know, I'm just
like it's over.
Just let this month be over.
Kerry (21:36):
Yes, it is over.
Now we're into March.
I know this is a long month, Iknow In like a lion and out like
a lamb.
In like a lion, out like a yes, that's correct.
Mean it's because of our stupidweather.
Obviously that was made in Ohio.
Chrisy (21:51):
They're not saying that
in Hawaii.
Kerry (21:52):
I don't think so Lucky.
Chrisy (21:57):
I know they don't have
any good sayings where the
weather's cooperative.
You really want to havecharacter.
You grew up in Ohio.
DJ Nick (22:04):

No, it was a short.
It was a short, uh relationship, yeah, no, uh, the irish thing
is wonderful and the irishpeople are very devoted to being
(23:48):
irish, I'm guessing, probablyjust the same as italians are
devoted to being italian.
Kerry (23:52):
And the only thing I I
think that it would be lovely to
go to, to ireland and scotlandand all those places because of
all the castles.
But have you ever heard of thatwhere they go?
Kiss that bwarnie stone on thatone castle have you ever seen
this?
Chrisy (24:05):
oh, I have heard you
brought this up.
Really, yeah, I've heard ofthis Is that for real.
Kerry (24:12):
Yes, like I've actually
like known people that have done
it and like you got to like layon your back on the top and
then you kiss this, is this aCatholic religion thing?
Chrisy (24:21):
I don't know Well what's
it supposed to do.
Kerry (24:24):
I don't know, it's luck
or whatever, but what gets me is
it's like the whole germaphobething in me freaks out, because
I share in that terrible winethat you like.
That's what I was thinkingabout.
That it's just like the chalicething.
I'm like how many people?
And do they still do that postCOVID?
I don't know.
DJ Nick (24:41):
I don't know.
Kerry (24:42):
We'll have to.
Okay, we need audience inIreland to listen to our show so
they can give us all the factson the Barney stone and
pre-covid.
Chrisy (24:50):
We don't want to say too
much about it, because we want
to know more and we're trying,oh oh, dj next moving in.
DJ Nick (24:57):
He's done some googling
, so people kiss the blarney
stone in ireland because of anirish legend that says it gives
the kisser the gift of gap.
Chrisy (25:07):
well, you, you, you
don't want me anywhere near that
Blarney stuff?
Oh, Blarney.
DJ Nick (25:13):
I don't think either of
you need the gift.
Chrisy (25:15):
No, we don't.
It doesn't give you luck, itgives you the gift of so there's
a bunch of quiet people whichyou want to get me started on
them.
Quiet people.
Kerry (25:23):
That'll be another
episode.
Chrisy (25:24):
Yeah, but they're all
over there lined up.
Oh, I hope I can get the giftof gab.
DJ Nick (25:29):
What the hell is that?
The gift is said to make thekisser more eloquent and
persuasive.
Chrisy (25:34):
Well, I might need some
eloquence, yeah, yeah, yeah, or
some polishing or charm school, but you might get a side of
COVID with that eloquence.
Kerry (25:43):
If you kiss the stone now
, yeah, or bird flu or whatever
disease of the moment we're inright now you ever get the one
thing with the.
Chrisy (25:52):
This is a Catholic thing
.
The statue that winks at you, Ithink it's supposed to be.
Kerry (25:56):
Mary Winks, or bleeds
blood.
Wait, dj's Nick's dying to addsomething here.
DJ Nick (26:02):
They do wipe off the
stone between kisses.
Chrisy (26:05):
Oh well, that's good to
know, Well, geologically, that
stone's going to get worn outErosion it's going to get worn
out Erosion it's down to apebble.
Now, how many times do theywipe that off?
What do they use to wipe it off?
Just a rag ain't going to cleanit.
You need disinfectant andthat's going to have a chemical
reaction with that stone.
It's going to deteriorate.
Oh my God, it's in your mouth,it's just everywhere.
Kerry (26:27):
Clearly Christy Wentz's
just everywhere.
Clearly christy went to geologyclass.
DJ Nick (26:30):
Even before the
pandemic, staff clean the stone,
frequently disinfectingfrequently, that's not saying
every person who's watching youput?
Kerry (26:37):
your lips right on it oh
well, the blarney.

blarney.

Oh, my Well another
roller, the beer, by the way the
actual individual.

that.

Kerry (27:28):
Well, this wraps up
another exciting episode of
Dysfunction Junkies Blarney andleprechauns and peeing in your
toilet.
Chrisy (27:34):
Why does a leprechaun
travel all the way just to pee
in your toilet?
That's another thing I want toknow.
Rude Leprechauns are rude.
They're really not giving agood representation of what a
leprechaun is.
Kerry (27:43):
He's always running away.
