Harmony is about creating a balanced and integrated life where different aspects of your life—personal, professional, and relational—are aligned and working together. I hear a lot of people talk about work-life balance, and work-life integration, many buzz phrases leave us feeling pulled in too many directions and never 100% present where we are . . . at home, work, with friends, etc.
Living intentionally means making deliberate choices that reflect your values and long-term goals. It’s about being proactive rather than reactive in your life. When you live intentionally, you’re shaping your life rather than letting circumstances dictate it.
Mel Abraham's book, Building Your Money Machine, inspired this episode. The book is about financial freedom, but he also shares about living intentionally with harmony which I thought you might also appreciate.
