We're one week away from the debut of STRANGE NEW WORLDS Season 3, and it looks like we have a couple of gimmick episodes coming up, so we thought we'd talk about some of our favorite gimmick episodes from past years. Sounds pretty mundane, but there's actually some very interesting angles to explore here. We'll be talking about what life is like within the Federation as well as some jobs held by civilians on Starbases and even Starships. This week we are talking about how Star Trek has addressed mental health issues over the years. How will neurodiversity -- and society's understanding and acceptance of it -- change in the future? Is there a place for everyone, no matter their situation? How does Starfleet address these issues and incorporate persons in these circumstances into its ranks?
