Ephesians 1:1 Why do I need to consider the author of the letters?

Hello family,

Do you need some good meat to chew this day?

This audio episode in the book of  Ephesians, is in Chapter 1, with  verse one being taught alone. I am sharing bite size pieces of God’s word to taste and see that He is indeed good! (Psalm 34).   I hope it blesses you and that you grow as I have from the work done in and through me.

Ephesians 1:1

This episode is about the first verse of Ephesians and digs a little deeper into why the introduction matters, and what is there to know about Ephesus and it’s inhabitants.

Questions to ponder:

1. Where is Ephesus on the map?

2. Why take time in the introduction of every book of the bible?

3. Who wrote the book of Ephesians?

4. Was Paul hindered or stopped from being able to preach the gospel and act as an apostle while in Rome?

5. Do you know what happened to Paul while in Rome?

6. Who are the saints Paul refers to?

7. Why was Philippians 2:13 mentioned in the teaching? Why does it matter to you?

8. Why was Matthew 15 and Jeremiah 17 mentioned in the teaching? How does it apply to your life?

9. What did you learn through the teaching of the Holy Spirit in both of us, about what God wanted you to take from this one morsel of His word?

10. Did you see the goodness of God in this one verse? If so, tell me or someoe about it. Spread the good news and exhort your brethren and sisters in the Lord. 

All of these questions can be answered in God's word and hopefully addressed in this audio recording.
