Ever had one of those deep down in your belly, tears flowing, and "you're about to pee your pants" kind of laugh?!? I did a few months ago, and afterward, I felt so good. Why was that? Because laughing provides many benefits. Did you know that laughing diminishes your "fight-flight" response? It also helps you burn calories, "hello"!!! Laughing gives you an endorphin boost, as well as kicks your brain into high gear.
Laughter also has so many healing powers. It builds our immune systems, boosts our moods, can relieve stress and pain, and help to lower your blood pressure. These are just a few of the benefits of laughter, it truly is the best medicine!
