Local restaurant entrepreneur, Peter Gruetzmacher tells his story of growing up in a restaurant family and the passion he had had for it from a young age.  That has led to him owning and operating establishments in Menomonie including Jake’s Supper Club since 2009. The restaurant is so entrenched in the local consciousness that is serves as a marker when giving people directions.
