Rich Bonlender, with Pillar Bank, talks with Heather Logelin the President & CEO of the St. Croix Valley Foundation. The foundation is a community organization that serves a number of communities in Western Wisconsin. She explains how the foundation operates and their goals in our region.
With this particular foundation, they oversee some 500 specific funds that direct grants to particular communities and entities within them.
