Let’s meet one of the people that makes your coffee. Joe introduces us to Kelly Spencer who has enjoyed a three-decade career as a barista in the area. She is one of the longest serving employees at Altoona’s Cabin Coffee, continuing a career that has included time working at, consulting with and even owning another coffee spot in Eau Claire back in the 1990s.
She also tells us the biggest changes she has seen in customers and the culture of the coffee shop since the 1990s.
