SPEAKER_02 (00:00):
Thank
SPEAKER_00 (00:04):
you so
SPEAKER_01 (00:09):
much for joining us.
(00:30):
to go back and listen to some ofthe previous episodes but going
forward you know hopefully thiswill be a little bit more
enjoyable and professional Iguess
SPEAKER_00 (00:38):
yes
SPEAKER_01 (00:39):
we're also working
with you know an editor and
producer which is great too so
SPEAKER_00 (00:44):
hopefully be able to
put out more content now because
things are very busy behind thescenes here at Compact so now
we'll have a little more of astreamlined process to get
content out
SPEAKER_01 (00:53):
yeah definitely yeah
your marketing efforts have
definitely helped us ramp up theamount of RFQs we get to
SPEAKER_00 (00:59):
yes it's awesome I
mean and and even the types of
leads we've been getting are aregreat so it's it's been a lot of
fun having a lot ofconversations next week uh we
have five total conversationsand three of those are facility
tours so
SPEAKER_01 (01:15):
yeah
SPEAKER_00 (01:15):
yeah definitely
SPEAKER_01 (01:16):
definitely exciting
times uh with the new expansion
yes um you know coming anddefinitely getting the the right
leads for the type of companythat we are in that dry food
packaging space and high volume
SPEAKER_02 (01:29):
and
SPEAKER_01 (01:30):
And I think the
people that are going to our
website and learning, they canlearn a lot about what we
provide, but they get a betterunderstanding of the type of
company that they are and thetype of company that we are.
And it gives them that sense ofclarity as a partner.
And having those meetings, Ithink, has been definitely
rewarding for us.
(01:52):
But that clean marketing effortthat you've put together is
definitely helping that.
SPEAKER_00 (01:56):
Yeah, we're
positioning ourselves to be that
long-term partner.
partner for people.
And that has definitely shown tobe successful for the types of
clients that we want to workwith.
And, you know, as we've talkedabout before, customers who
aren't necessarily the right fitfor us, we still provide value
for them by, you know, showingthem what we can help them with
(02:20):
for future projects so that theycan reach out when they need us.
And then also providing themwith resources in the meantime
that they can work with if we'renot currently the right fit.
SPEAKER_01 (02:33):
Yeah.
And I know we'll have a futureepisode about some of those
resources, but I know you'vebeen working behind the scenes.
We've invested as a company inthe efforts that you've already
put forward, but the things tocome, I don't know if you want
to talk about any of those.
Yeah, let's do it.
Yeah.
Okay.
So I know the learning centerfor me, I think is going to be a
big expansion to the resourcesthat we provide.
SPEAKER_00 (02:55):
Yes.
So the vision is that currentlywhat's on our website is a lot
of great information that's alittle bit spread out all over
the place so it's hard to youknow get all the information you
need in one spot the learningcenter is going to do that it's
going to bring it all in onespace that's going to be easily
filterable so you could searchby exactly the topic you want to
(03:18):
see whether that's very specificyou know topics about seasoning
spray versus slurry orparticular packaging formats you
want to read articles about whatwhat's the best type of
packaging format for yourspecific product.
Um, we're going to have all thatinformation.
Also our podcasts and futurewebinars will be on there.
(03:40):
So it's just going to be a greatplace for people to go to not
only learn about who we are andwhat we do, but also just
contract food packaging ingeneral.
Um, and you know, provideresources for them to, uh, take
the next step forward for theirbrand.
SPEAKER_01 (03:54):
Yeah.
And that to me, that's one ofthe, you know, one of the really
exciting things that we have,uh, happening in the company
right now.
Um, and I love the fact thatwe're able to provide, uh, you
know, a wealth of resources foreverybody.
So yeah, we are a dry foodpackaging, high volume, SQF
level three, all of those thingswhere we work with a lot of high
profile clients.
(04:16):
Um, and it's nice for us to beable to provide resources for
everybody and, you know, andwe've already had it right where
we've provided resources andfeedback and solutions for
brands that maybe just didn'thave the volume yet to work with
some of our automated equipment, but they've come back.
I mean, we had that one clientthat we met with, they were back
six months later and theirvolume almost 10 X because they
(04:38):
hit the market.
They took some of the advice andnow they're really excited to
work with us and we can providea better solution for them based
on our capabilities.
SPEAKER_00 (04:46):
Exactly.
Exactly.
And, and part of theconversation with that client
was all the different formatsthat we could help them with.
Right.
SPEAKER_01 (04:53):
Yeah.
Yeah, definitely.
Yeah.
Our, our best solution, like, you know, the best value that we
provide is probably being ableto diversify into all the
different types of marketspaces, be it grocery or your
convenience market or the bigbox stores.
Those are all differentpackaging formats.
And with our equipment, we canhelp clients take that one thing
(05:16):
that they do really well, thatproduct that they develop, and
put it into a plethora ofdifferent packaging formats and
sizes and case packs fore-commerce and all those things
and really help them explore allthose opportunities that they
really just didn't Because theydidn't want to have to buy five
or six different pieces ofequipment to be able to do
SPEAKER_00 (05:37):
that.
(06:01):
Yeah,
SPEAKER_01 (06:02):
definitely.
And yeah, and with those marketsserve too, there's certifying
bodies that get involved.
So yeah, it is packaging formatsand sizes and fill weights and
space and being able to learnhow to ship into those clients.
But then you have the qualityaspect of it.
So, you know, we go through allof that already and we're
already qualified to be able towork with each one of those.
(06:23):
So, you know, like our Costcoaudit and things like that
become a great resource for the,you know, the clients that we
work with and scale.
SPEAKER_00 (06:31):
Yes.
And those things are Yeah,
SPEAKER_01 (07:03):
definitely.
(07:31):
in, you know, in growing this, this platform.
SPEAKER_00 (07:34):
Yes, totally agree.
And, um, yeah, we've hadmultiple comments from even
current clients who see it andthey're like, wow, we didn't
know you had a podcast.
It's so cool.
So yeah, it's a lot of fun.
We love being able to provideinformation for, for you.
And if anybody has suggestionson, on future topics, we are
happy to hear them.
Um, you know, we, we would loveto hear it.
SPEAKER_01 (07:55):
Definitely.
Great.
Well, that was fun.
SPEAKER_00 (07:57):
Yeah.
Thank you.
