Words are so powerful. If somebody hits you with their fist, it's painful, but after some time, that pain goes away; if someone uses bad words against you, then the impact on your life is much longer. Every word we say has the power to build and destroy someone. So it's essential to use our words very carefully.
First, my friend, we need to understand that if we want to lead an extraordinary Christian life, we cannot make that happen if we are not ready to sacrifice several things in life.
If we have to be an effective Christians on this battlefield, one of the essential things we must understand is the spiritual authority we have in Christ and we must practice it by faith. Remember, you cannot practice it by the logical mind but by faith in God alone.
If someone slaps us, we might try to forgive or ignore it, but I don't think we would be calm if someone spits on us purposely. During all these insults and painful moments, Jesus was thinking about you and me. His heart was full of love for me and you.
Even though the Bible doesn't say the date of Jesus' return, it tells the end time signs. As the child of God, I believe we should be aware of what's happening around the globe rather than just living within the four walls of our own life.
No matter what you go through in life, never forget that you are the creation of God, and He is your creator, and you are valuable to him more than you think.
So many have tried to vanish the word of God from this earth, but they all failed utterly, and God’s word is still relevant and powerful to change the lives of anyone. The Gospel is the ultimate solution for this world.
When you study the scripture, it gives you an insight into the sovereignty of our God. His authority and power. He is above everything. He has supreme control over anything and everything; remember, you are His child. You are important to Him.
We live in a society where people don’t forget the mistakes of the people they know. Imagine if someone was leading a sinful life but came to Christ, became a new creation, and started to lead a good life with God. There would be people who still don’t accept that person with his transformation but mock him about his past life.
When we get worn out in life, we can do two things: either give up or find a solution for it and propel forward more fruitfully.
It's human nature that we all love to have a brand new things in life, from a pen to our favorite car. When we get it for the first time, we are super excited to explore it. But after some time, that excitement fades away, and we are least bothered about it. If you don't believe me, go through your house, and you will find at least two things somewhere in the corner of the house once you are excited about it...
As the child of God, to see spiritual growth on a daily basis, we must take intentional steps, and intentional talking is one of the factors that lead us to our spiritual growth. Haven't you experienced spiritual dryness after certain conversations? I have experienced it, and the reason is in some of our conversations, we forgot who we represent. Sometimes we continue to say things even after the Holy Spirit guid...
The Kingdom of Heaven doesn't belong to a self-righteous person but to a person who is poor in spirit. Being poor in spirit is the key to receiving the blessing of God's Kingdom. Pride and self-righteousness are the biggest enemies of being poor in spirit.
In Christian life, pride has no space; not only that, we must be humble in every area of our lives, which is the key to Godly blessings and favor.
When you study what's happening around the globe, it ignites the truth that Jesus Christ is coming soon. This world is getting ready for that in all aspects. So many incidents in this world are loudly proclaiming that we don't have to wait more years. It's very near. But the question is, are you ready?
As humans, it's impossible to lead a perfect life without being afraid of anything. But as the children of God, we can win over all the fearful battles with the help of God. We need to put our faith in God.
Holy Spirit has a profound role in leading a person to a victorious Christian life. It's precious and powerful to guide you to lead a righteous life. There is no way you can lead a Christian life without giving the right importance to the Holy Spirit.
Don't think raising people from the dead is the only way God can reveal His glory. Even in your daily life, you can witness the glory of God. As you listen to me, ask yourself when was the last time you saw the glory of God as the result of your faith.
So the Bible teaches us to be content, and it's better to be a righteous person with little things in life than to have so much gain or wealth through injustice. End of the day, it's not your wealth that has eternal value but your righteous life in this world.
If your friend doesn't correct you for any of your mistakes but just cheers you all the time, then it's time for you to analyze that relationship. We all learn from our mistakes, and if we don't have someone to show our mistakes, then we won't even recognize our mistakes and think we are hundred percent perfect, which leads us to destruction.
