Im Sommer 2016 erleidet Christina Hillesheim einen Zusammenbruch und steht mit 34 Jahren plötzlich ohne Job und Perspektive da. Daraufhin wird sie auf unbestimmte Zeit mit der Diagnose Burnout mit generalisierter Angststörung krankgeschrieben. Während ihres jahrelangen Heilungsprozesses lernt sie gemeinsam mit Ärzt:innen, Psycholog:innen und Psychotherapeut:innen, wie und warum Ängste entstehen und – das Wichtigste: wie man sie wieder loswird!
