“Nuestra actitud, durante la meditación -explica Jorge- es todo lo opuesto a esperar. No esperamos nada: reconocemos y aceptamos que ya hemos llegado a donde debíamos llegar y que todo ya es como tiene que ser. En el instante presente reconocemos la plenitud.”
Luego, en la sección “JORGE CHARLA CON DAVI”, Davi Carneiro comparte su experiencia de “tenzo” (cocinero) en un retiro de meditación Zen, práctica que no solo pasa por preparar comida sino también por comprender “cómo cocinar nuestra vida”. En otras palabras, cómo hacernos responsables de la calidad de nuestra experiencia en la vida cotidiana.
Por último, Davi y Jorge hablan sobre la práctica de la generosidad.
