Whether you're dealing with a minor speeding ticket or no insurance to all class c misdemeanors Law Office of Robert Andrew Navar Esq. provides the expert legal counsel and representation you need to protect your driving record and minimize penalties.

Why Choose Law Office of Robert Andrew Navar Esq.?

1. Specialized Expertise in Traffic Law

Traffic laws can be complex and vary depending on the specific offense and local jurisdiction. We focus exclusively on traffic violations, meaning our attorneys are highly experienced in this area of law. Whether you’ve received a simple citation or are facing more serious charges, our team has the expertise needed to navigate the intricacies of traffic law and deliver favorable outcomes for their clients.

2. Ticket Dismissal and Reduction Strategies

One of the primary goals when hiring an attorney for a traffic violation is to either get the ticket dismissed or reduce the associated penalties. Our Traffic Attorneys are skilled at finding opportunities for ticket dismissal, using legal loopholes, improper procedures, or errors made by the officer at the scene. Even if a full dismissal isn't possible, their attorneys are often able to negotiate reduced charges, lower fines, or minimize the impact on your driving record. In many cases, this can help you avoid points on your license and prevent increases in your insurance rates.

3. Comprehensive Legal Representation for All Traffic Violations

Whether you’re dealing with a minor traffic infraction or a more severe offense, we handle a broad range of traffic violations, including:

  • Speeding Tickets: Whether you were speeding slightly or going much faster than the posted limit, the firm will assess your case and help you determine whether contesting the ticket is worth it.
  • Red Light and Stop Sign Violations: If you’ve been ticketed for running a red light or failing to stop at a stop sign, their team can evaluate the circumstances and fight to have the charge dismissed or reduced.
  • Driving Without Insurance: A common charge, especially for those who forget to renew their insurance, can lead to fines or license suspension.
  • Expired Registration or License: Even simple offenses like expired vehicle registration or an outdated driver’s license can result in costly penalties.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Okay, I am here with Robert Navar. How's it going,
man? Good. Long time .

Speaker 2 (00:02):
How we doing ? Yes, sir. Good, very good. Thank you
so, so much.

Speaker 1 (00:04):
Okay, cool. So , um, I know you got lots of
locations here spread outthrough El Paso, traffic ticket
lawyers 9 1 5 serving theNortheast. That's pretty cool.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Oh, yes, yes. We, we , we, we cover the northeast ,
uh, uh, we, we pretty much have, uh, offices throughout the
city of El Paso now for, foranybody who gets , uh, in the
unfortunate situation wherethey get a traffic ticket,
we're here to help.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
Cool. So you guys do traffic tickets, you do
warrants, so that'd bespeeding. No insurance
registration type ofviolations. Um , you have the
ticket attorney to call righthere in town?

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Yes, absolutely. Uh, we see tickets for equipment
violations , uh, headlights ,uh, taillights , uh,

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Window

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Tinting. Window tinting is common. People , uh,
here in the Sun City, like toget their front windshield
tinted. And so we, we deal withthose as well.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
That's amazing.
Okay, cool. So , um, you know,I know you've been doing this
for a few years. Do you see anychanges in the way the police
officers conduct themselves? Islike, just kind of , if you can
just expound on the experienceof being a traffic ticket,
traffic ticket attorney here inEl Paso, specifically, like

(01:18):
when you go to the, the courtto fight.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
Well throughout, you know, the years that I've been
doing this , um, I've, youknow, when I first came into
it, I thought that, you know, everything was gonna be , uh,
it was gonna be tough to fighttickets and , uh, the cops were
gonna always be honest and tellthe truth. The district
attorney was gonna be , uh, youknow, honest with integrity.

(01:45):
And , uh, you know, unfortunately that's not always
the case. And so , uh, whatI've learned is that you've got
to have a very good knowledgeof the law in that area. You
have to have ability to , uh,know what procedural steps that
you can take in order to fightyour ticket. Mm-Hmm.

(02:08):
, there are a lotof legal issues involved with a
traffic ticket. There's a lotof legal requirements that most
people don't know. And so , uh,through my experience and my
dedication to , uh, being thebest traffic ticket lawyer in
the city of El Paso, I'velooked for all those little
details that I can challenge acase on that most other of my

(02:32):
colleagues and most otherpeople wouldn't have realized
or caught. And , uh, and thereare a lot of mistakes that are
still being made by the , uh,district attorney's office and
by the police. And I've , uh,through my experience, I've
been able to look for thosemistakes and highlight those
mistakes, provide the law tosupport my contention, why this

(02:55):
case needs to be dismissed. AndI've been very successful at
doing that.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Yeah, I see that you got , you have lots of good
reviews and lots of goodfeedback. I've been checking
before we started thisinterview, I was looking it up.
Um, okay, so what about if youget a ticket and you just
forget about it and turns intoa warrant? I'm sure you guys
can represent for those aswell, right?

Speaker 2 (03:15):
Yes, absolutely. You know, there's oftentimes where
you , we get a ticket and wejust forget about it and don't
do anything about it, and thenlater on we get a notice in the
mail saying that you had anactive warrant and , uh, the
city , uh, can , uh, arrestyou. And when that happens ,
uh, you can get arrested atyour home, your place of

(03:35):
business, you can get arrestedfor driving your vehicle, and a
cop just happens to pull upbehind you and run your plates
and see that you have an activewarrant. So , uh, it's very
important that you contact usimmediately so that you don't
have to pay those warrant fees.
You don't have to go throughembarrassment of being
arrested, being booked, beingfingerprinted , uh, and
putting, put into a holdingcell with a lot of other

(03:58):
people. It's very embarrassing, very stressful. Call us, we can
get that warrant lifted , uh,within a matter of a day or
two. It's very important thatyou give us a call , uh, so
that you don't get arrested andyes, we do do that.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Okay, cool. That's great. Okay, so , um, I do know
that you're doing occupationaldriver's licenses now and
that's just basically forpeople that can't get a regular
license for whatever reason, they can get one for specific
use, right? Yes. Can you kindaexplain that to us? Yeah,

Speaker 2 (04:29):
So people who at one point had a valid license and
because for whatever reasontheir license got suspended
'cause they had too manytraffic tickets or they got ,
uh, arrested for driving whileintoxicated, or they , uh, got,
let's say they got a convictionfor not having insurance. The
city of El Paso or the state ofTexas rather , uh, with the

(04:54):
help of the district attorneyin El Paso will actually file a
case to get your licensesuspended. And that does happen
very often. And so what anoccupational license does is it
allows you to have a temporarylicense and gives you the
opportunity to be driving avehicle and to be legal , uh,

(05:15):
to not be , uh, run the risk ofbeing , uh, pulled over and
arrested for driving with asuspended license or getting
another ticket for having asuspended license. And
occupational license gives youthe opportunity to have a
license so that you can go towork so that you can go to
school , uh, or if you have aloved one that needs , uh,
medical help , uh, you need totake a loved one to the

(05:36):
hospital to clinic. You can doall those things with an
occupational license and youdon't have to run the risk of
being arrested or get an , uh,given a citation for not having
a license. If you call ouroffice, we can generally, once
we get some paperwork from you,we can get you a temporary
occupational license within amatter of a few days.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
That's awesome.
Okay. Well, this is for , um,you know, your, your office is
traffic Ticket Lawyers 9 1 5 ,uh, located in the Northeast.
Um, now if you could just tellme real quickly what is, like
the , if you have like acraziest story or, or something

(06:17):
like a crazy memory that youhave of a ticket that you had
to defend or you got into itwith a officer or a judge or
something like that. Do youhave anything like that that
you could share?

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Oh, several.
Several. And I , I mean, youknow, I, I've , I've seen for,
for doing this for over 20years, I've seen every thing
that you can possibly see , um,from cops lying , uh, getting,
catching a police officerthrough his testimony , uh,
admitting that he made amistake or lying. Those are,
those are things I do all thetime. Um, you know , uh, I, I

(06:50):
look always, I always have tolook back to the reason why I
became a lawyer in the firstplace. And that's when I was a
, I I would, I was an avidrunner. I still am. I jog
outside a lot and , uh, I got atraffic ticket because I was at
a crosswalk and somebody ranthe red light and hit me. The
officer didn't wanna do anykind of investigation into it.
He was in a hurry. He justwanted to give a ticket out. He

(07:14):
listened to the driver who hitme, said I just ran in front of
him. So he actually gave me aticket. I fought that ticket in
court and I won. And it wasever since then that I knew
that this is what my passion isbecause , uh, at some point in
time it's more likely than notthat one of us are gonna be
faced with a , uh, crime. Anofficer's going to , uh, allege

(07:38):
that you committed a violation.
And I , uh, I am , I'm afraidof that. And so I wanted to be
a lawyer so that I can fightthose kind of cases. And that's
been my focus and that's mypassion in my life and I am
very fortunate to be able to dothat.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
