Antes de pedirles algo a nuestros hijos adolescentes, necesitamos mirarnos a nosotros mismos.
En este diálogo, Ana María nos invita a comprender que la crianza no es solo acompañar a nuestros hijos, también es un camino de autoconocimiento, acuerdos y responsabilidad emocional.

- Los roles claros en la pareja, y cómo esto aporta estructura y calma al proceso de crecimiento de los hijos.
- Los límites, no como castigo, sino como contención; y los “errores favoritos” que, según Ana María, la han transformado como terapeuta, mamá y ser humano.
Este episodio es una invitación a volver a nosotros, a revisar lo que heredamos sin darnos cuenta, y a construir relaciones más presentes, más humanas y más reales con nuestros adolescentes.

The Brothers Ortiz
