Si tienes un negocio, logra que tus clientes sean no solamente fieles pero fanáticos de tu negocio. También te ayuda a que te compren con más frecuencia y que con cada compra te compren más. Suena irreal, pero Vinicio va por la segunda década haciendo este trabajo.
