Jocelyn Cruz is an Ayurvedic Professional, Holistic Healer, and former Rage-aholic, drawing from her rich lineage rooted in indigenous practices. With Taíno ancestry from the island of Borikén (Puerto Rico) and a family history of espiritistas and santeros, she brings deep wisdom to her work.

As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Jocelyn leads Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2020 and shares her expertise with adults and children since 2019. Beyond yoga, she practices Sound Healing, Thai Massage, Bodywork, and is a Chakra Systems Expert, with extensive training in shamanic practices.

Jocelyn's passion is liberating women from cycles of rage and shame, empowering She-E-O's to reclaim their Divine Feminine Radiance.
