El Foro Internacional para una Justicia Abierta, que se llevó a cabo el 28 y 29 de noviembre, fue una oportunidad fantástica para enterarse hasta la obsesión de todo lo que se necesita hacer para acercar los poderes judiciales a la ciudadanía. Una urgencia de las más grandes en el país, como saben.
Si la justicia en México fuera abierta, sería más justa, en primer lugar. También remontaría la desconfianza que las y los mexicanos tenemos hacia ella. Pero también reforzaría a los propios poderes judiciales. Promovería su independencia. ¿Por qué? Bueno, en este episodio Laurence Pantin, coordinadora del programa de Transparencia en la Justicia de México Evalúa, charla con mucha alegría con dos jueces que decidieron caminar la senda de la transparencia por sí mismos. Son María Silva, magistrada del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación, y Pablo Casas, juez del Poder Judicial de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
