Tras un año de ‘amenazas’ de intervención en la estructura y funcionamiento del Poder Judicial por parte del Legislativo y el Ejecutivo, la iniciativa de reforma judicial presentada por el ministro Arturo Zaldívar, presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, puede ser la mejor noticia posible, en un mundo real y con expectativas mesuradas.
