About the Guest:
Dr. Paula Gordon, Ph.D. is a visionary school leader. She has spent over 25 years working as a Teacher, Principal, Vice Principal, and Dean in the United States, Venezuela, South Africa, and Kuwait.
Dr. Gordon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT; a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Howard University, Washington, DC, and a Ph.D. in Education Policy from Rutgers University, New Jersey.
With extensive experience in instructional leadership, teacher development, building effective learning cultures for schools and classrooms, data-driven instruction, and curriculum design, Dr. Gordon gets results for schools.
