Steven brings over 25 years of experience helping individuals and teams design and lead innovative, engaging schools. Katrina holds an MS in Therapeutic Recreation from UW–La Crosse, an MSW in Clinical and School Social Work from UW–Madison, and is a Certified Brainspotter. A pioneer in prevention, intervention, and post-vention, she brings a clinical lens to innovative approaches that foster healing and resilience. Rooted in the Driftless as a mom and dairy farmer, she is also a dedicated crafter of hope. With a love for rhubarb, tap dance, and weaving joy into her work, Katrina embodies persistence, advocacy, and science in every circle she joins.
