La ex clavadista olímpica Jashia Luna nos comparte las respuestas a todo esto y más. Jashia fue campeona nacional de clavados por más de 15 años consecutivos, ganó múltiples medallas nacionales e internacionales como Copas del Mundo, Juegos Centroamericanos y Grandes Premios. Participó y fue finalista en las olimpiadas de Sydney 2000, Atenas 2004 y Beijing 2008.
Ahora Jashia se dedica al rendimiento humano de niños (Ready Steady GoKids), jóvenes y adultos (BlackHawk) implementando un sistema de entrenamiento individualizado, que busca ayudar a las personas a optimizar su rendimiento físico y mental y es mamá de Romina y Max que tienen 8 años :)
