Peace #7: Entering the Heart - A Kabbalistic Journey to Peace
The Hebrew letter Lamed, a symbol of the heart (Lev), learning, and divine connection, through the lens of Jewish mysticism. It highlights the three aspects of the heart:
- Self-Care – The heart nourishes itself first to sustain others.
- Relationship – The heart and lungs work together, symbolizing family and community.
- Service – The heart serves the entire body, reflecting our spiritual role in the world.
This is a Kabbalistic meditation, guiding you to enter the “holy of holies” within—the heart’s sacred space. Through deep breathing and reflection, we listen to the heart’s wisdom, fostering peace within and beyond.
The ancient wisdom encoded in the Hebrew letter Lamed reminds us that the heart is where divine wisdom becomes manifest through our actions. By approaching our heart with reverence through meditation and conscious breathing, we can access this inner sanctuary of peace and let it guide our service to the world.
