This week, we're getting real honest; I've been feeling very heavy with self-doubt and imposter syndrome. And since a lot of it comes down to social media, today I'm sharing some things you (and I) can try to get out of what I'm calling a self-doubt spiral. So if this episode hits home for you, just know that you're not alone. We have so much at our fingertips these days that it's so easy to feel overwhelmed by it all, but you can get through it if you just dig deep and do the work friends.
