No basta con implementar criterios de eficiencia energética y confort térmico en el diseño, es crucial monitorear las edificaciones una vez que están habitadas y en operación, para conocer y comparar los datos y así darnos cuenta de si realmente el diseño y la implementación funcionan como lo planeamos y tomar decisiones con certeza.
Los expertos Franco Morales, María Delia Bermeo, Martín Wieser, Jachen Schleich, Pedro Samaniego y Monserrat Bobadilla comparten sus experiencias en procesos de monitoreo que se han puesto en marcha en edificios modelo del Proyecto CEELA, desde la Universidad del Azuay en Ecuador hasta la Aldea Tulum en México.
