Ever feel like your emotions have a mind of their own? Let's dig into how understanding our feelings can help us understand ourselves better.

In this episode, I had a chat with Cassandra DeAnn, a Human Design expert, about being a highly sensitive person (HSP). Cassandra explained how our emotions can sometimes make things seem bigger than they really are, especially if our "solar plexus" center is undefined. We talked about how human design helps us make sense of these emotional waves and why we feel the way we do. And, of course, we touched on why it's important to take a closer look at our feelings instead of just brushing them off.

Lastly, we emphasize the importance of understanding our feelings to grow as individuals. We also discovered that human design can offer some interesting insights, but we shouldn't see it as the ultimate truth. It's more like a helpful guide along our journey.

Key takeaways:

  • Emotions are like a natural guide, showing us what's going on inside.
  • Utilize self-reflection: Regularly pause, meditate, and reflect on your emotions and experiences.
  • Trust your intuition and use Human Design as a tool for self-discovery.
