Host Victoria Ferguson is joined by Chava Vietze, who is a start-up consultant with years of experience in tech who spent the last year exploring psychology, mental health, & mentoring. Her mission is to increase diversity & inclusion with an empathy-driven perspective in historically white & male-dominated industries such as tech, VC, & start-ups. They'll be bringing awareness to everyday feelings/emotions on a larger scale, addressing the ability to grow from not only our own experiences but also through others, Why sharing our stories matters & helps others grow, & Tracking/Being conscious of our growth. Chava will also be joining us on E03 - Empathy in the Workplace.
