The concept of an "accountability mirror" is a profound way to stay in tune with ourselves, where we really are and visualize where we want to go! We talked about being mindful of certain things about ourselves we may wish to improve in a healthy way, as well as celebrating the good things. We also talked about focusing on solutions, not just problems. We covered some ground in the concept of affirmations and shared some of the things Zig Ziglar used to share with his audiences!
