so that's exactly what I'm goingto do right now is just hit
record and I want to talk abouta new program I have coming out
and I have to be honest with you, I'm a little apprehensive

some of this stuff out on mycommunity and one of them went
public accidentally and mylovely mentee commented on it,
said how helpful it was, andthen then printed the sheet and

So Spirit is 100% telling me Iam ready.
I'm hearing messages frompeople that need the same type
of program that I needed, whichis why I created this, and so
that's kind of the basis of thisnew program that's coming out.
But let me rewind, because Idon't.

This podcast is never intendedto be a sales pitch.
This is meant to be educationaland helpful and insightful and,
hopefully, some tools andperspective that helps you get
on your best path too, because Ithink this is such an
interesting perspective, thisspiritual journey, because, I've

said it a million times.
This is about the journey ofgoing inward.
This is not necessarily thejourney of being of service and
helping other people.
You have to fix your ownproblems.
You never want to go to ahealer or a channeler that has
not done their own internal work.
And they come from biases,right, they come from
perspectives that do notrepresent the highest and best

version of them, and so you sureas hell know they're not going
to give you the highest and bestversion of you in these
readings too.
But this journey into thespiritual work, this
metaphysical work, it's like aroller coaster and it often
feels like one step forward andtwo steps back, and I know I
have never felt that to be moretrue than in the current state

of the energy of the world, ofeverything that's going on right
now.
And I don't know a metaphysicalpractitioner that has not been
touched by some sort ofenergetic wonkiness, a lack of
clients at this point, and justfeeling completely ungrounded
and unstable in our foundationas practitioners, whether you

have clients or whether you'rejust practicing.
This whole energy mindset isjust really wonky right now,
just really wonky right now.
And so, as I was going throughthis over the course of the last
few months can I be 100% honestwith you, having less clients,

less one on one clients.
I do have a lot more menteesand I opened a community and
that's been oh my God, I love itso much.
I think this is where I'm in myhighest and best.
Alignment is helping andcoaching and guiding other
people, not just talking to thedead, for people Got to be
honest with you and so havingthat space to have less
one-on-one clients for me hascreated the space to really just

self-reflect on myself in thisenergy and do a ton of inner
healing work, a ton of ancestrallineage healing.
You know, you heard me say likeopening up to this galactic
sense, and it's so interestingbecause I'm going to go down a
rabbit hole just for a moment.
That's not what this program isabout.
But when you create that space,as I've talked about before,

when you create that space andyou remove behaviors, patterns,
people, circumstances in yourlife that are no longer aligned
to you, you create space formore right.
You create space for invitingmore fun, more play, more if
you're like me and you're everlearning more tools, more

classes in, and I have to tellyou it felt really uncomfortable
for a few months and now itfeels really good and now,
having that space which at firstfelt like a loss of control,
felt scared, I felt scarcity, Ifelt like I was concerned about

me, about my friends, concerned,um, about me, about my friends,
and that all comes from the egospace of wanting control and
wanting, wanting things to bepredictable and wanting things
to be the way that they were.
And we can't go back to the waythings are.
We can, like it's very clear.
We can't, we cannot, becausethe earth will never ascend If
we continue to be on the samepath that we've always been on
and things have to change,things have to be removed.

Things have to change, thingshave to be removed.
We have to be in alignment, wehave to grow, and so that one
step back or actually it feelslike two steps back, one step
forward, is actually part ofthis program that I wanted to
talk about with you and so like,if you don't want to do the

I mean, I do care.
I hope everyone does it, but Iyou need to identify what's in
alignment with you.
But I think this podcast episodeis going to be helpful unto
itself, even if you don't wantto do anything extra, because
what I found ding is that whenwe are in that mode where I was

several months ago, wherethere's scarcity, there's this
feeling of lack, my ego comes in, my anxiety comes like a giant
flood, a tsunami, into mynervous system.
What happens is that Iliterally can't get out of my
own head, I can't think aboutthings straight, I can't make
good decisions, because everydecision I make comes from my

ego.
I am completely and utterlyungrounded in my own energy,
which is helpful to no one Notme, not my family, not my
clients, no one.
And so I had been challenged byspirit to find my way back to
routines that help me feelgrounded and balanced in my

(06:07):
day-to-day, even though, withthe current state of the world,
there's a lot that I couldn'tcontrol, and I was trying to
control everything that Ipossibly could.
And so, for me, when I'mungrounded, I tend to end up in
my mind space.
I overthink things.
I will go through and I'll try.
I'll look at what I'm going tobe honest with you.

(06:28):
I'm going end up in my mindspace.
I overthink things.
I will go through and I'll try.
I'll look at what.
I'm going to be honest with you.
I'm going to look at whateverybody else is doing on
social media.
What does chat GPT tell me to doand post about?
Right, like, essentially, I'mlooking for all of the answers
outside of myself because I'veliterally shut off my intuition.
I am only in my mind space andI'm looking for some quick fix,
a band-aid, tuition.
I am only in my mind space andI'm looking for some quick fix,
a bandaid, so that I can feelmore grounded and in control in

(06:49):
my life.
And it's so interesting becausethe more that I do that, the
less control I have, the lessalignment I am, the less that
I'm going to reap the rewards ofthe effort that I'm wasting.
Because I'm not acting in aspace of highest vibration,
alignment, love.
I'm acting in a space of ego,of desperation, of scarcity,
ding, and so spirit was likeholy shit, timeout.

(07:13):
Stop.
Are you getting the hermitcards in your tarot deck right
now?
Stop, Because what you're doingis you're trying to put a
bandaid on a problem that's thesize of a mountain and you can't
do that.
It's not going to work, you'regoing to fail and then you're
going to reinforce this idea ofyou failing and not achieving
over and over and over again.

(07:35):
And so when I asked, spirit,how do I get back into alignment
?
What do you mean?
Rebuild my foundation, startagain, they pointed to my
shamanism work.
So another lovely tool that iscoming out of my immensely
overpriced shamanism training,and that tool is the medicine

(07:58):
wheel.
And what the medicine wheel is,it's all semantics.
Okay, so I think you've heardabout this before, even if you
haven't heard about the medicinewheel, because the medicine
wheel talks about things goingin cycles based on the direction
.
So the medicine wheel isessentially the four directions
north, east, south and west.
Right, and it is all about thecyclical nature of everything

(08:22):
that happens.
It's about aligning to mothernature, right, like you have the
North, and that's, um, allabout.
I believe it's like spirit andand soul, and connection and the
divine and and winter, right,and it's just so, so cool, right
, um, you have.
I really should have hang on.
I'm going to get my notes out.
I need to memorize this.

Obviously, I look up everything.
My brain is at full saturationpoint at this point.
This point, um, those of youthat know, you know, you know,
so we have all of thosedifferent directions that I will
bring up once I find it on mygiant.
By the way, um, while I'mlooking for that, I'm going to

I'm going to do a little bit ofsidebar.
I hope you don't mind me doingthat, but I have had notebooks
everywhere, like literallyeverywhere under the sun,
everywhere, and it's in.
Trying to find notes through allof these notebooks has been
literally impossible.
And I have to go back, I'mtrying to find more things and

I'm like, where was that note,where?
How do I?
Let me, let me consolidate that, let me put that on my computer
and my one notes.
It was a fiasco.
So I ended up getting, um, aniPad, expensing it, of course,
and I ended up getting an Applepencil with it and I got a
screen protector that makes itfeel like paper.
Those of you that know you know.

(09:44):
And then I got the good notesapp and now that is like a one
stop shop for all of my notes.
You see me with my white Applepencil maybe all the time and in
classes as I'm doing readingsand stuff like that, I'm
literally taking notes right onmy iPad and it's in my own
handwriting and then it'ssearchable after the fact it is
my favorite thing in the world.

10 out of 10 recommend it.
If you were somebody with amillion notebooks around, like
me, because now it's searchableand now it's easy and
navigatable, and if you're a Macperson, it links to everything,
so it's awesome.
So I started with the North,with the soul and winter, right.
And then as you kind of gothrough the different medicine
wheel, if you go to the east,that's your mind, right, that is

(10:27):
all about the air.
It's all about spring andsunrise.
It's all because, if you thinkabout the rising of the sun in
the east, that's new beginnings,that's your conscious mind.
That's beliefs, right, it's thestories we tell ourselves.
And as we move across the sky,let's go into the heart or the
south, that's all about summer,right, that's all about the fire

(10:49):
, energy.
That's about, like adolescence,it's about your emotional
center, your love, your trust orconnection.
And then, as we move into thewest, that's all about autumn.
It's all about your body, it'sabout sunset, physical self,
memory, healing, all thesedifferent modalities.
And so you might start noticingthis theme that it sounds like

heart, mind, body, soul, which Iknow there is about a million
and a half heart, mind, body,soul, or heart, mind, body or
heart, body, soul.
Instagram handles out there,right, there's so many accounts
all about this, but there needsto be a framework around it,
because a lot of people can sayheart, body, soul.

(11:32):
And I know I'm clearly out ofbalance when we're looking at
this medicine wheel because I'min my mind all the time.
Right, I am in what is thatEast all the time.
Call it what you will, call itsemantics, right, it doesn't
matter.
The medicine wheel just putswords to the thought of the
modality.
So if you don't like the ideaof the East or the or the

medicine wheel, it's totallyfine.
You can keep it just in this,in the context of the mind,
heart, body, soul.
If you want to bring it intomore of the earthly indigenous
planes, that's when the medicinewheel comes in, right, and I
think that's the beauty aboutall this work, and I think it's
a perfect reflection of thepoint I always make is that it's
all the same stuff.
It's different modalities,different connections, it's

different semantics, but eitherway, you're all connecting to
the same information, and thatis absolutely true in this
exercise.
So, essentially, what spirittold me I needed to do was
balance this stuff on a dailybasis.
I can't just walk into my day,wake up, get my coffee, sit down
and start doing work, becauseI'm not starting from a grounded

foundation, I'm not startingwith this balance of my heart,
mind, body, soul.
I'm jumping right into my mindand creating this like
one-legged chair that I'm justgoing to push through everything
and get everything done and Ithink it works for a long time,

until it doesn't work, untilit's really broken our vessels
of our, our energetic being, sothat we can start bringing more
balance and thinking clearly andmaking good decisions.
Because, if I just want you tothink about it, right, when do
you have your best days?
When do you have your mostfocused, amazing, wonderful,

(13:30):
clear days, where you know youget into flow, state where
you're happy, where you'rejoyous, right, because I
guarantee you, those are dayswhere you've balanced your heart
, mind, body and soul.
Maybe you woke up and took ahike that was me yesterday.
Maybe you sat down and pulledsome tarot cards.
Maybe you sat there justlistening to the birds in the
morning.
Maybe you started your day witha nice chat with your

significant other or your kids,right, maybe, maybe those best
days are those days where youhave connections where you are
reflecting or journaling ormeditating to start the day.
Maybe it's those days where youget up and you move your body.
You do yoga, you go for hikes,you um, you know, do things that

honor your body, stretch, go toCrossFit if you're a
CrossFitter, right, and and anddon't you feel so good when you
feed your mind?
And when I say mind, I thinkthis is to me, this is my
trigger right, because my mindcomes from the divine, masculine
right and I'm constantly makingdecisions, moving things,

(14:38):
pushing forward with things,using my mind.
But that's not what I should bedoing with my mind.
My mind should be a space oflearning, of enjoyment, of
growth, not just of doing andexecuting.
Right, it's all about the ideas, the beliefs, and so, as you
think about these four differentareas, when they're in balance,

(15:01):
you're in balance, and so Iessentially took this radical,
deep dive.
Half of the books that's on theshelf behind me are all about,
like the medicine wheel andshamanism.
Just because I'm like I need tolearn everything.
Welcome to my believe that'sthe one or the three line in
learn everything.
Welcome to my I believe that'sthe one or the three line in
human design.
Welcome to my one or three linein human design, because I go

(15:22):
deep on things.
So I researched what does itmean to be in alignment or out
of alignment with your heart,mind, body and soul?
What does it look like whenmaybe two are on and two are off
?
So I essentially created thisprogram.
And then what I startedrealizing because spirit works
in amazing ways is that when Ihad the, when this idea popped

(15:44):
into my head, and it literallypopped into my head, so I know
it wasn't mine, I know I wouldnot be creating this program.
Of spirit Didn't pop this in mymind because, lord knows, I
don't, I do not like feelings, Idon't want to talk about it.
Okay, I don't, I don't, I don'tUm.
So, so as we're talking about,um, this program, and as we're
talking about this idea, hang on.

Okay, about this program, whatthe fuck was I talking about?
I got distracted, I'm sorry.
What the fuck was I talkingabout?
I got distracted, I'm sorry.
Um, oh, spirit would give meideas.
So not only did first I take alook at this deep dive down the
medicine wheel and I was doingeverything bait on the basis of
the medicine wheel alone, andthen spirit started dropping

(16:29):
these nuggets of nervous systemin there for me, and that's
probably like thankful for myamazing semantics class that I
took with Aaron, who was on thepodcast previously.
But there's just something aboutthis nervous system reset that
comes when you balance yourheart, mind, body and soul.

(16:53):
You balance your nervous system.
It's a one-for-one connection,so you need to learn the tools.
So the nervous system is socomplicated, right, and that's
part of this program, too, istalking about.
Let's talk about your nervoussystem.
Let's talk about where yourbody actually physically does
that keeps you unbalanced,because the way our nervous

(17:20):
system responds today is aresult of the things that we
needed to survive when we werecavemen, right, and so our
nervous system is verydysfunctional and outdated for
the challenges that we facetoday.
Because, oh Lord, do you get anemail from your boss and just
immediately have a panic attack,right, like this is what I'm
talking about.
This is your nervous systemoverreacting, thinking that an

(17:40):
incoming email is thesaber-toothed tiger coming to
get you right.
And so it's learning how tobalance your heart, mind, body,
soul to help you balance yournervous system, because the
nervous system can be socomplicated and there are so
many professionals out there whowill talk about nervous system
regulation.
It'll tell you.
You know, the semantics courseI took was amazing.

(18:02):
But there's just this everyonewants to talk about how do you
take triggers from your nervoussystem and solve those triggers.
But I'm saying, if you comefrom a foundation of a balanced
nervous system to begin with,you are much less likely to be
triggered at all.

(18:22):
And so that was my hypothesiswith this program Is, if I
create a good foundation, am Igoing to get less anxiety and
triggered throughout the day?
And you know what your answerwas you bet your ass.
You bet your ass.

(18:43):
It has been life changing Havingthese structures in place.
For me, having this foundationin place today, because to me
this is a daily activity.
So I take every single day andI say what can I do for my heart
, my body, my mind and my soul?
And I tried to do in themorning those of us with kids
it's hard in the morning I'mtrying to shuttle them off, get
to camp, like trying to get aworkout and trying to shower,
trying to look okay.
I'm going to say look okay.

(19:04):
I'm an asshole to myself, toeverybody, everybody is.
And so I try to incorporatethis where I can throughout the
day, so I will.
I I've started to just likehere's my foundation, this is
what I want to achieve today.
I tap in with spirit what arewe doing today?
And then throughout the day,I'll toss in where I can heart,
mind, body, soul stuff andcreating that foundation has

(19:27):
allowed me again to be lessanxious throughout the day.
It allows me to know when I'mstarting to go off balance.
Um, um, I'm starting to learnwhich tools I'm starting to go
off balance.
I'm starting to learn whichtools help me significantly
versus which tools are notnecessarily the best alignment
for me.
So I mean, I want to give anexample that everybody talks
about meditation.
So to me, meditation is a toolof the soul, right, it is a tool

(19:48):
from the south of the medicinewheel, and meditation can
definitely be beneficial forthose of you that are built for
meditation.
It is a skill that is difficultto learn and if you have, like
an ADHD mind like me I'm notofficially diagnosed but if you
have that kind of a busy, busymind, meditation is going to do

nothing for me.
Right, I need to practice itmore.
Maybe it will if I practice,but instead I'm much more in
line with pulling some tarotcards for the day.
Let me channel some messagesfor the day.
Right, like what are some otherexamples?
Um, please hold, I do haveother examples.
Um, connecting with your higherself, like writing down your

dreams, like these differentthings reflecting on a dream,
doing dream interpretation theseare other ways that you can
connect to your soul and feelthat connection, and I think
that's the that is the biggestproblem with all this work is
that everyone likes to tout.
There's a right way to do thiswork.
There's a right way to exercise.

There's a right way to treatyourself to fill your heart
right.
There's a right way to exercise.
There's a right way to treatyourself to fill your heart

There's a right way to keepyour mind busy or keep your mind
anxiety at bay.
Right, take the medication.
There's a right way to connectwith your soul.
That's meditation.
And I think I'm going tochallenge all of you to say we
are all unique snowflakes.
I hate that term, but it's true.

We are all unique snowflakes.
We are unique, uniquesnowflakes.
I hate that term, but it's true, we are all unique snowflakes.
We are unique in ourfingerprints.
We are unique in our energy.
We are unique in ourexperiences, our mindset, our
lessons that we're learning here.
Every single one of our soulsis so unique, and so I want you
to step out of this cookiecutter mindset that everyone

does it the same way and oneperson's better than the other
because they do it a certain way.
There's two things that arecoming to mind from spirit, as I
just say that.
Number one is for those of youthat are on social media and you
follow these gurus.
I call them gurus.

I say guru very loosely,because I think that they're
very spiritual, ego-centeredpeople that just do really good
marketing.
If it smells of desperation, ifit feels like desperation, it
is desperation.
So they might have a reallygood social media presence, a
ton of followers.
There is one woman on TikTok.

(22:16):
Have a really good social mediapresence, a ton of followers.
There is one woman on TikTok.
If you've seen her lives, sherecently shaved her head.
I'm just going to, I'm going toleave it there.
She's got.
She's got more than a millionfollowers.
You know what I'm talking about.
If you're over there on TikTok.
She smells of desperation, shereeks of desperation, right, and

I'm like I want to say fromsoul to soul.
I'm sure she's a lovely soul,but her incarnation drives me up
a wall.
Okay, like she's so out ofalignment and there's all
there's so, like if you tuneinto somebody that has millions
of followers and you're likesomething's not right about them
, I guarantee something's notright about them.

That is your intuition tellingyou something is out of
alignment, right, and I alwaysfelt that way about this woman
and recently the universe toldme why.
Because she has an intake formfor her mediumship readings that
she charges like $800, athousand000 for, and she has an

intake form that asks all thequestions about your departed
loved one before she gives you areading, so she knows exactly
who that departed loved one isby Googling through your form
before you even connect with her.
It's not mediumship, right?
Anyone who can read energyknows it's not mediumship.
So that's what I'm talkingabout.
So pay attention to those gurusthat say I'm doing it right, I'm

the best, it's my way or no way.
Because a lot of those timesthey're gatekeeping, they're
holding things down, they'retrying to make it a limited
availability so that it'seconomics right If there's less
supply, prices can go up, rightand so they're trying to
gatekeep these spiritualcommunities and modalities and
methodologies when it should beLinux, it should be open source,

okay, the second thing thatcame to mind is that I'm saying
that and it's not coming to mymind, so I'm hoping spirit
brings it back to me.
So I'm saying that and it's notcoming to my mind, so I'm
hoping spirit brings it back tome.
So I'm going to skip over itfor a moment.
Do you see how I put spirit onthe spot there all the time?
I'm like I'm just going tostart talking and hopefully it

will come in, and I'm sure thatit will.
But just pay attention, right,because there is no right way to
do all these things.
We are unique souls and we needto find our own unique
foundation that helps ournervous system feel stable, and
so that is really what thisprogram is about is.

Let me teach you about yournervous system, just the basics.
I'm not a science major, I'm abusiness major, so it's what
I've researched and synthesized.

Let's learn where yourstrengths are in terms of that
medicine wheel your mind, body,heart and soul and let's learn
where your weaknesses are, andlet's use a tool a day to see

what impact it makes on your day.
What impact it makes on yourday, and at the end of this
program you will understand whattools work best for your energy
.
We are not going to gatekeepanything.
You will learn all about yournervous system, how it's all
connected to make youcontinuously out of sorts, out

of alignment, out of balance,because it's built to do that,
because it's built to protectyou right, and so it's going to
take every little tiny thing andmake you feel like it's the
biggest emergency in the world.
So it's giving you the tools tolearn why your body does that,
how your body does that and alsohow do you resolve it in the
best way that is aligned for you.
So it really is this energeticreset program for you.

And then, okay, the reason I'mpausing is because I feel the
shift in the energy.
So I know I'm supposed to godown a different rabbit hole
here.
So I did create it for me.
But what I've also found isthat so many of my clients need
it, because what this programwill do is set a foundation for

you to be in the optimal spaceto receive loving guidance and
support from spirit.
Whether you are a metaphysicalpractitioner, whether you are
someone who likes to get thereadings, it essentially allows
you to become a very clearvessel so that you can receive

from spirit directly if you'rethe practitioner, indirectly if
you're receiving a reading inyour most receptive state state,
and so this is actually formedas well, not just for me, but
from a frustration of my soul.
Alignment sessions, I gotta betotally honest with you.
I think they're amazing.

I think there's people that cancome to me and be one and done,
because they're just lookingfor one piece of advice, one
piece of feedback and and theyjust need a little bit of a push
from the universe that this isright for them.
But for a lot of people andit's not personal this is not a
negative thing, this is notjudgment.
A lot of people have a lot ofwork to do, and so one 60-minute

session is not going to fix youI'm sorry, it's not Ding and I
really wish it could, and I likeI can't understate it, I can't
like I really wish it could.
And for someone like me that hasthis drive, this passion to
transform people, can I tell youhow much I cried at Frozen 2?

daughter.
I was sobbing at the end, whenshe sings that song, that she
was all she had been looking for.

And so that's what I want forother people, people.
I want other people to realizeyou have everything.
You are an amazing soul withunlimited potential.
You can be whatever you want itto be, and the only thing
holding you back is you, is yourlimitations, is you the, the

(28:35):
circumstances you've beenbrought up under, the trauma
that you've attracted along theway, your generational trauma
that needs to be undone.
All of those are justimperfection, band-aids,
stickers that have been stuck onyou, and I want to help you
remove them, one at a time, sothat you feel unstoppable, so
that you feel like Teflon, sothat you remember who the fuck

(28:55):
you were before all of thissocial programming fucked you up
.
Like that's what I want to do,and I can't do that in an hour
and and when I do have only anhour with people and they can
only book one session or theyonly want to book one session.
I want to give you the bestfoundation that you can.
I want to give you the mostreceptive state that you can so

(29:19):
that you really hear what spirithas to say.
Because it's an hour, they cangive you so much information,
but if you're not open toreceiving it, because your mind
is on overdrive or you're havinga panic attack or you just you
feel really sick and gross inyour body right or your heart,

(29:39):
you just, you just want someoneto see you and tell you that
you're loved.
Spirit wants to give you all ofthat times I was going to say
times, 10 times, a hundred times, a thousand times, a million.
They want you to remember whoyou are as a soul, without all
of this baggage that you want tobe solved in an hour.

(30:03):
And so that's really where Iknew that I had to go public
with this program and it wasn'tjust an exercise for me to
rebuild my foundation is thatI'm realizing everybody else
needs it too.
Everybody else needs toremember who they are and build

(30:24):
this foundation so that they canbe calm, so they can be
receptive, so they can tap intotheir intuition more, so that
they can connect with spiritbetter and so we can get out of
this hamster wheel of a societythat has programmed us to become
lemmings.
And so I guess it comes fromall of that.

(30:47):
It comes from clearing thatclear space for my mediumship
students it creates from youknow, clearing that space for
for my soul, alignment sessions,for my business client sessions
, so that you can get the mostout of everything that you want.
And if I can't give you, if youdon't have enough time or money

(31:08):
for my mentorship sessions, atleast this will give you a
really good foundation so youcan start to open up yourself
and you're going to start tolearn when certain modalities
are helpful.
Because if you, most of thepeople who are coming to me for
mediumship, they're not comingto me for the South, for the
soul they're coming, or theNorth see, I'm already screwing

(31:31):
up they're coming to me becausethey need more love.
They're coming to me from aheart.
Their heart center needs morespace, it needs resolving of
grief, it needs love, it needsconnection, right.
And so if you need more love,go get a mediumship session.
If you want to talk to yourdeparted loved ones, if you want

(31:51):
to understand the journey ofyour soul, because you feel like
you're missing some componentof your soul, go get an Akashic
record session right.
All the modalities ridiculouslyfit into the medicine wheel
structure that I'm talking about.
Because if you've created thatfoundation and that baseline
right, don't waste your money ona soul alignment session.
If you haven't taken this likeright, like realistically

because a lot of people comingto me are because they're off
balance and they don't know howto get on balance this program
does it for you and it's wayfucking cheaper than doing a
soul alignment session with me.
But what it's also going to dois make you realize where you
truly have the gaps.
Where do you truly need anAkashic Records session?
Where do you truly needguidance and love from support
and spirit?

(32:34):
Right, this is your fast trackto figure out what the true root
causes are, and we don't haveto take three sessions to work
through your symptoms and makeyou feel good and trusting and
loving of spirit.
We can just go roll up oursleeves and get right back to it
.
I'm trying to innovate the waythat people use these
metaphysical tools so itexpedites the process for you to

get exactly the guidance andlove and support that you need
from spirit.
It clears the path for you andthat is the basis of this
program.

the inner work, that balance tocreate space for you to invite

more magic and fun and thethings in your life that you
need, and hopefully it's gonnaresult in a whole less doom
scrolling on your phone.
