Because this has come up overand over again too, and I'm
loving my dear Sarah over onInstagram that is messaging me
all of these things and reallymaking me think about psychic

on this podcast, so let'sfreaking go into it, because
it's a lot.

So when I talk about psychicreadings, excuse me, I want to
talk about what this is.
So psychic energy is typicallyperson to person and it tends to

So this is not connecting todeparted loved ones.
This is not connecting to soulson the other side.
Your guides, akashic records,it's none of that.
It's me connecting to your soul, and the way that I like to

What keeps happening in my headis I'm seeing my friend that
goes to a psychic psychic readerwho does it via tarot because
there's all different ways toread psychic energy, but she

does it via tarot and they goonce a year and they just go for
shits and giggles to get all ofthe readings done.
And I'm laughing in my headbecause what I'm seeing is how
accurate these readings can be.
And I think that that is a keyfor psychic readings is a lot of
people are going to them forI'm going to say validation,

number one, and then, like, Iwant to say direction and
guidance, but it tends to bemore of a predictive modality.
A lot of people go to psychicsto say what's going to happen,
and it's not necessarily what doI need to do, and I know some
of that comes out too, but mostof the people are going for
relationships, for validationand for future predictions for

the most part, again, exceptionsto every rule and and a lot of
these psychic readers again, aregoing to either read the energy
, they're going to use tarotcards, they might do you know,

intuitive counseling, but ittends to just be reading your

It's really interesting because, just like mediumship, it can

Everyone can read psychicenergy and I think everyone can

It comes in.
A lot like our intuition.
It comes in and these likeintuitive nudges those of us
that are, I'm going to say, alittle more trained or have
practiced a little more.
It comes in through the clairs,it can come in through.
You know your clear seeing,hearing, feeling, etc.
And so it's just reallyinteresting because most people

And when I say that, what I meanis this feeling and again I
think this was on the podcast ofwhen a bad guy walks in a room,
or when you walk into a roomand the energy just sucks and
you're like, oh my god, whathappened?
That's what I'm talking about.

energy, that feeling of beinglike you just feel it.
You feel the battlefield energywhen you're there.
So it's just again, it'spicking up on the energy of what
is going on around you and thateveryone do, everyone can do
that, and so that's essentiallywhat psychic kind of is is
picking up on the energy.
But now you're just like laserbeaming it to the specific

person who wants the reading.
So this can look a bunch ofdifferent ways for people.
A lot of people will do tarotspreads, where you know you're
just kind of picking up what'son the card and reading into the
energy of those cards andreading into the energy of the
person and trying to getinformation Could be just me
sitting across from you andgetting the information too, but

what it tends to look like oh,I love it.
My team's telling me to do likean x ray view for you so you
can get this because everyoneknows you.
Just sit down, that persontalks to you like as a, as a
sitter, as someone receiving thereading.
You don't really know what'sgoing on.
You're just like, okay, they'regonna give me information,
right.
But me, as the reader, what Iwhat I do is I'll kind of go

through your energy, I'll kindof feel around and might check
and feel how your aura isfeeling.
Are you feeling good, are youfeeling bad?
Right, and that's actually whatI do in a lot of the beginning
of my readings, anyway is I'lljust check in with you and see
how you doing.
Are you hungry, are you thirsty, are you stressed?
And and that me personally, Iuse psychic energy a lot just to
just to check in at thebeginning of a reading to say is

there anything I need toaddress?
So that you can, you can showup as your best self for this
reading, and I'd love that forpsychic energy.
That's definitely the way toapproach it and I think that's
what a lot of people do.
But as you go through like atrue psychic reading.
They will keep going right.
They will keep pullinginformation out of you, and
that's what psychic energy is.
It's like going in and pullingenergy out, kind of like strand

by strand, and seeing what's thestory here, what does this look
like?
And again it shows up in likethe.
So there's two differentreadings.
I'm just, I'm spitballing ithere.
My team is giving me all thisinformation on what to go where,
and I want to go in twodifferent directions.

So if you go to a psychicreader and you have specific
questions in mind, that'sactually your best bet.
Okay, because they can hone inon specific relationship
information, career information,you know, family feedback,
health, etc.
So they can actually.
What's cool about psychic energyis you can go wherever you want

It's all available for thetaking, but you have to go and
reach for it.
You have to.
You have to like set theintention.
Of which one am I reading, sothey might go into relationships
, pull that information out andgive you a story about the
relationship.

Again, it all depends on whatkind of information is available

We, as the readers, tend to nothave control over what is
coming in, which is veryinteresting.
But I would recommend, if youare going for a psychic reading,
have your list of questions,have what you want to talk about

Versus, if you just go to apsychic reader and you're just

like I'm just seeing what I'mgoing to, what I'm going to get
today, what will most likelyhappen is they will pull the
easiest information for you,which might not be anything that
you want to hear.

Nope, I'm just gonna, I'm gonnaleave it there because I'm

So there's there's pluses andminuses to each of these, right?
So the pluses with psychicenergy is it tends to be a
mirror for what's going oncurrently in your life, right?
That it can be really good toreally help you assess what's
going on, what's the currentenergy, how am I feeling about

it, maybe where's that energycoming from?
So it's really good just to say, like, currently in my present
body, what's going on, what's myphysical being, what's going on
?
Where it falls flat is that itis not this amazing, unbiased
information that comes from thespirit world, right?
Because if I'm connecting toyour departed loved ones, I am

not connecting to your energy atall.
I'm going to let your departedloved ones tell me what's
important.
What are we talking about?
Where are we going?
What's the information I needto share with you?
And it's the same with theAkashic Records.
Right, you might come in with aspecific question, but all the
information comes from them.
It's unbiased, it's from aneutral party.
Psychic energy is not a neutralparty.

Psychic energy comes with thebiases of us as humans.
So, really good example.

deflated she's been overpsychic readings and how she

But what happens is she wouldgo to a psychic reader who would
tell her that she's gettingtogether with her ex boyfriend,
right?
What's with your ex?
What's with your ex?
What's with your ex, right?
Their ex-boyfriend, right?
What's with your ex?
What's with your ex?
What's with your ex, right?
So, naturally, probably thefirst time she went to this
reading and correct me if I'mwrong, sarah your ex was
(09:36):
probably on your mind.
And because it's on your mind,that psychic reader probably
went into your energy and feltthe vibration of an ex-boyfriend
.
Because it was on your mind,because it's the easiest
information, the easiestvibration to grab, because
you're probably thinking aboutit over and over again and they
took that strand and they pulledit and they said tell me more,
because that is what is on yourmind, right?
And then what happens becausethat is the most prevalent thing
on her mind is now she'sthinking about it right.

Now she's thinking aboutgetting back together with her
ex, right?
And they tell you they'll tellyou what they want to tell you.
I'm sorry they do, but they'lltell you like, oh, you're going
to get back together with him.
All these different thingsThey'll read into the energy and
read into the potential ofbeing, you know, back with your
ex, right?
So then what happens is nowSarah is thinking about her ex.
Now she's thinking my ex isgoing to get back together with

me.
Heck, yeah.
And then I'm justhypothetically speaking, days,
months, years, not years days,weeks, months go by and she's
like, huh, my ex hasn't shown upyet.
What's going on?
So she'll go to a psychic reader.
She'll go to a differentpsychic reader and she'll be
like tell me about myrelationships.
And you know what?

Because she's been thinkingabout it, because she's
expecting the ex to come backand she's waiting for it.
What do you think that readerpicks up on?
That's right, the energy thatshe's thinking about, the energy
that's in her field.
Now this psychic will say hey,I'm seeing your ex here.
Hey, I'm seeing that he's goingto come back.
And, and as Sarah continues toget these readings, god, isn't

that proof, right?
Don't I have all of thesedifferent psychic readers all
saying the same thing, allgiving the same information
about how I'm going to get backto my ex.
And hey, multiple people saidit has to be true.
But the reality of thesituation is, as she goes to
more readers and as more readerspick up on that energy that's

already at the surface, they'regoing to essentially have this
like self fulfilling prophecy ofreaders that are going to
continue to give her more andmore and more of the same of
what she expects.
And this is the problem withpsychic energy, especially if
people are untrained in thepsychic, and I feel like there's
just it's like I'm sorry it is,I know, no disrespect for

anyone that is a psychic reader,but it is like the entry level
version of, like I'm going tosay, spirit communication, even
though it's energy to and it'sperson to person.
But it is the entry levelcommunication and like it's
totally valid and I, if you'retraining us, I this but people
who are untrained can't tell thedifference between what's a
thought, what's going on in myhead or how am I feeling, versus
(12:09):
what's reality.
And the problem is a lot ofpeople are going to these
psychic readers and they arejust a mirror for what is going
on in your energy, like I said.
So if you are thinking aboutyour ex, they're going to pick
up on that and give you thatback to you, right?
It does not mean that thereading is accurate or the ex is
coming back.
It just means that you'rethinking about the ex.

And I think a lot of peopledon't understand this about
psychic energy and I thinkthat's why a lot of people feel
this work is bullshit.
They feel like they'recharlatans in this work, because
people are untrained in thesemethods, and that's why I don't
offer psychic readings everybody.
I only talk to the neutralparties, because I know how

complicated that energy is, Iknow how difficult it is to pull
apart someone's thoughtpatterns versus what's the
reality of it and, to be honestwith you, I don't trust myself
to be able to tell it apart allthe time.
So I don't do it.
And if you're one of thosereaders that can, I freaking
love that.
That's amazing, right.
But that's why I rely on thoseneutral third parties the guides

, the loved ones, the Akashicrecords to give the information,
because I know it's coming froman unbiased source, because I
know it's coming from anunbiased source.
So this is the problem with alot of psychic readings and I
know I'm overly simplifying thisbecause there's so much
complexity again to the psychicwork, and that's totally valid,
totally fair.
But I want you to go in withthat perspective.

And what is rolling around in myhead now is my friend who I
would go to lots of thesepsychic fairs with and she never
understood it and she was theone who introduced me to
mediumship.
By the way, she's the one whosaid, hey, go to this woman.
She's amazing and I was likeI've only ever watched it on TV.
So she's actually the one who,who really like open the door

for me.
So thank you, girl.
But what she, she always toldme is that when I went to
mediums they were alwaysaccurate every time they would
talk about, you know, not onlywould they give evidence of the
departed loved one and messagesright, but the messages in, in
the predictions and the feedbackand like the health things,
they would always come true andshe's like, why was that so
(14:19):
accurate?
But when I went to go to get apsychic reading, it was so muddy
and inaccurate and I had toexplain the difference to her.
I had to explain that thepsychic energy is reading your
energy and your energy isprobably really muddy and your
energy is and she is, she's,she's like a brick wall
energetically and I love her andit's very hard for people to

get through and be able todecipher and that's why that
that information was alwayswrong or always not clear or
always not great.
So I want you to kind of checkin with that.
The problem, I think, with a lotof people is that you can't
really tell the differencebecause 99% of mediums are
actually psychics.
Yep, they pull your departedloved ones, energy advice,

feedback from you Isn't thatinteresting, because you can be
a very, very good reader.
You can definitely go intosomeone's energy and ask tell me
about mom and all of thatinformation that's stored in
your energy, your auric field,all about mom, about everything.

You know who she was, what herpersonality was, how much money
she had in the bank, right, likehow she wanted to die, where
she's buried all of that's inyou, right.
So very good psychics can gointo you and do what looks like
a freaking amazing mediumshipreading.
And until you're versed and youcan feel the energetic
difference, like I can on it,are they pulling that
(15:50):
psychically?
Are they pulling that frommediumship?
It's very hard to differentiatethe two and I'm going to give
you this green flag.
It's not a red flag if youdon't have it, but it is a green
flag if you do see it.
So if you don't, if thisdoesn't happen to you, it
doesn't mean it's not mediumship.
But if they give youinformation that you can't place
that would not be in yourenergy field or your knowledge

field, that is mediumship.
That's like a really basic,easy way to say it.
So if there's something thatyou're like have we all had a
reading where they were maybenot a medium poles, maybe a
grandfather that died before youwere born, for example, and
they'll give evidence thatyou're like I have no idea, I'll
write it down, I'll take it andthen you go to like maybe your

mom, and you're like hey, mom,was this true, was this about?
Did my grandfather do this?
And then she says, yes, that'ssomething that's not in your
energy field, that's notsomething a psychic can just
pull out.
That's something that's not inyour energy field.
That's not something a psychiccan just pull out.
So that's your green flag formediumship If you have to go
somewhere else to validate theinformation, that's mediumship.
Again, green flag if you see it, not necessarily a red flag if
you don't, because sometimesyou're best friends with people

and they're only going to giveyou information that you know
right, and that's okay too.
So hang on a second.
Where am I going with this?
So red flags with psychicenergy is be wary.
Like like, get them.
If you love getting your tarotcard spread, like freaking, do
it.
I love it, I you know, followyour passions, follow your heart

So, if you love, if you lovepsychic readings or getting
tarot readings, do it.
I absolutely encourage you todo it.
Do not let that reading makedecisions for you, okay, like,
don't don't talk.
Don't make decisions based onoh, oh, this thing's like these

Who would do that?
This is a sure thing.

And do this like that's goingto be a dead end for you.
Do not.
Do not make decisions based onthe information that comes from

Now should you take it and maybemull it over, think about it,
balance it with otherinformation.
Absolutely, absolutely, butreally these should be more for

But, and like just kind ofopening you up to, maybe, new
energies, new perspectives.
Like I think that is so key andso use it as such, right, think

Again, it's a mirror, but setreasonable expectations about

You know if, if you feel likeit's real cool, but don't take
it at at word value from fromthe person.

But I would recommend, if youare going for a psychic reading,
have your list of questions,have what you want to talk about
, right?
Versus, if you just go to apsychic reader and you're just

like I'm just seeing what I'mgoing to, what I'm going to get
today, what will most likelyhappen is they will pull the
easiest information for you,which might not be anything that
you want to hear.
Okay, and in addition, nope,I'm just gonna, I'm gonna leave
(07:43):
it there because I'm going to gointo the next one.
Nope, I'm just gonna, I'm gonnaleave it there because I'm
going to go into the next one.
So there's there's pluses andminuses to each of these, right?
So the pluses with psychicenergy is it tends to be a
mirror for what's going oncurrently in your life, right?
That it can be really good toreally help you assess what's
going on, what's the currentenergy, how am I feeling about
(08:04):
it, maybe where's that energycoming from?
So it's really good just to say, like, currently in my present
body, what's going on, what's myphysical being, what's going on
?
Where it falls flat is that itis not this amazing, unbiased
information that comes from thespirit world, right?
Because if I'm connecting toyour departed loved ones, I am
(08:26):
not connecting to your energy atall.
I'm going to let your departedloved ones tell me what's
important.
What are we talking about?
Where are we going?
What's the information I needto share with you?
And it's the same with theAkashic Records.
Right, you might come in with aspecific question, but all the
information comes from them.
It's unbiased, it's from aneutral party.
Psychic energy is not a neutralparty.
(08:48):
Psychic energy comes with thebiases of us as humans.
So, really good example.
And thanks, sarah.
I hope you don't mind me namingyou, not giving you your screen
name, but Sarah, over onInstagram, was talking about how
deflated she's been overpsychic readings and how she
takes them with a grain of salt.
And I and I, yes, please takeit with a grain of salt, right,
(09:11):
and we'll talk about that.
But what happens is she wouldgo to a psychic reader who would
tell her that she's gettingtogether with her ex boyfriend,
right?
What's with your ex?
What's with your ex?
What's with your ex, right?
Their ex-boyfriend, right?
What's with your ex?
What's with your ex?
What's with your ex, right?
So, naturally, probably thefirst time she went to this
reading and correct me if I'mwrong, sarah your ex was
(09:36):
probably on your mind.
And because it's on your mind,that psychic reader probably
went into your energy and feltthe vibration of an ex-boyfriend
.
Because it was on your mind,because it's the easiest
information, the easiestvibration to grab, because
you're probably thinking aboutit over and over again and they
took that strand and they pulledit and they said tell me more,
because that is what is on yourmind, right?
And then what happens becausethat is the most prevalent thing
on her mind is now she'sthinking about it right.
(09:59):
Now she's thinking aboutgetting back together with her
ex, right?
And they tell you they'll tellyou what they want to tell you.
I'm sorry they do, but they'lltell you like, oh, you're going
to get back together with him.
All these different thingsThey'll read into the energy and
read into the potential ofbeing, you know, back with your
ex, right?
So then what happens is nowSarah is thinking about her ex.
Now she's thinking my ex isgoing to get back together with
(10:21):
me.
Heck, yeah.
And then I'm justhypothetically speaking, days,
months, years, not years days,weeks, months go by and she's
like, huh, my ex hasn't shown upyet.
What's going on?
So she'll go to a psychic reader.
She'll go to a differentpsychic reader and she'll be
like tell me about myrelationships.
And you know what?
(10:41):
Because she's been thinkingabout it, because she's
expecting the ex to come backand she's waiting for it.
What do you think that readerpicks up on?
That's right, the energy thatshe's thinking about, the energy
that's in her field.
Now this psychic will say hey,I'm seeing your ex here.
Hey, I'm seeing that he's goingto come back.
And, and as Sarah continues toget these readings, god, isn't
(11:04):
that proof, right?
Don't I have all of thesedifferent psychic readers all
saying the same thing, allgiving the same information
about how I'm going to get backto my ex.
And hey, multiple people saidit has to be true.
But the reality of thesituation is, as she goes to
more readers and as more readerspick up on that energy that's
(11:25):
already at the surface, they'regoing to essentially have this
like self fulfilling prophecy ofreaders that are going to
continue to give her more andmore and more of the same of
what she expects.
And this is the problem withpsychic energy, especially if
people are untrained in thepsychic, and I feel like there's
just it's like I'm sorry it is,I know, no disrespect for
(11:47):
anyone that is a psychic reader,but it is like the entry level
version of, like I'm going tosay, spirit communication, even
though it's energy to and it'sperson to person.
But it is the entry levelcommunication and like it's
totally valid and I, if you'retraining us, I this but people
who are untrained can't tell thedifference between what's a
thought, what's going on in myhead or how am I feeling, versus
(12:09):
what's reality.
And the problem is a lot ofpeople are going to these
psychic readers and they arejust a mirror for what is going
on in your energy, like I said.
So if you are thinking aboutyour ex, they're going to pick
up on that and give you thatback to you, right?
It does not mean that thereading is accurate or the ex is
coming back.
It just means that you'rethinking about the ex.
(12:31):
And I think a lot of peopledon't understand this about
psychic energy and I thinkthat's why a lot of people feel
this work is bullshit.
They feel like they'recharlatans in this work, because
people are untrained in thesemethods, and that's why I don't
offer psychic readings everybody.
I only talk to the neutralparties, because I know how
(12:53):
complicated that energy is, Iknow how difficult it is to pull
apart someone's thoughtpatterns versus what's the
reality of it and, to be honestwith you, I don't trust myself
to be able to tell it apart allthe time.
So I don't do it.
And if you're one of thosereaders that can, I freaking
love that.
That's amazing, right.
But that's why I rely on thoseneutral third parties the guides
(13:16):
, the loved ones, the Akashicrecords to give the information,
because I know it's coming froman unbiased source, because I
know it's coming from anunbiased source.
So this is the problem with alot of psychic readings and I
know I'm overly simplifying thisbecause there's so much
complexity again to the psychicwork, and that's totally valid,
totally fair.
But I want you to go in withthat perspective.
(13:36):
And what is rolling around in myhead now is my friend who I
would go to lots of thesepsychic fairs with and she never
understood it and she was theone who introduced me to
mediumship.
By the way, she's the one whosaid, hey, go to this woman.
She's amazing and I was likeI've only ever watched it on TV.
So she's actually the one who,who really like open the door
(13:57):
for me.
So thank you, girl.
But what she, she always toldme is that when I went to
mediums they were alwaysaccurate every time they would
talk about, you know, not onlywould they give evidence of the
departed loved one and messagesright, but the messages in, in
the predictions and the feedbackand like the health things,
they would always come true andshe's like, why was that so
(14:19):
accurate?
But when I went to go to get apsychic reading, it was so muddy
and inaccurate and I had toexplain the difference to her.
I had to explain that thepsychic energy is reading your
energy and your energy isprobably really muddy and your
energy is and she is, she's,she's like a brick wall
energetically and I love her andit's very hard for people to
(14:41):
get through and be able todecipher and that's why that
that information was alwayswrong or always not clear or
always not great.
So I want you to kind of checkin with that.
The problem, I think, with a lotof people is that you can't
really tell the differencebecause 99% of mediums are
actually psychics.
Yep, they pull your departedloved ones, energy advice,
(15:06):
feedback from you Isn't thatinteresting, because you can be
a very, very good reader.
You can definitely go intosomeone's energy and ask tell me
about mom and all of thatinformation that's stored in
your energy, your auric field,all about mom, about everything.
(15:27):
You know who she was, what herpersonality was, how much money
she had in the bank, right, likehow she wanted to die, where
she's buried all of that's inyou, right.
So very good psychics can gointo you and do what looks like
a freaking amazing mediumshipreading.
And until you're versed and youcan feel the energetic
difference, like I can on it,are they pulling that
(15:50):
psychically?
Are they pulling that frommediumship?
It's very hard to differentiatethe two and I'm going to give
you this green flag.
It's not a red flag if youdon't have it, but it is a green
flag if you do see it.
So if you don't, if thisdoesn't happen to you, it
doesn't mean it's not mediumship.
But if they give youinformation that you can't place
that would not be in yourenergy field or your knowledge
(16:11):
field, that is mediumship.
That's like a really basic,easy way to say it.
So if there's something thatyou're like have we all had a
reading where they were maybenot a medium poles, maybe a
grandfather that died before youwere born, for example, and
they'll give evidence thatyou're like I have no idea, I'll
write it down, I'll take it andthen you go to like maybe your
(16:33):
mom, and you're like hey, mom,was this true, was this about?
Did my grandfather do this?
And then she says, yes, that'ssomething that's not in your
energy field, that's notsomething a psychic can just
pull out.
That's something that's not inyour energy field.
That's not something a psychiccan just pull out.
So that's your green flag formediumship If you have to go
somewhere else to validate theinformation, that's mediumship.
Again, green flag if you see it, not necessarily a red flag if
you don't, because sometimesyou're best friends with people
(16:54):
and they're only going to giveyou information that you know
right, and that's okay too.
So hang on a second.
Where am I going with this?
So red flags with psychicenergy is be wary.
Like like, get them.
If you love getting your tarotcard spread, like freaking, do
it.
I love it, I you know, followyour passions, follow your heart
(17:17):
.
So, if you love, if you lovepsychic readings or getting
tarot readings, do it.
I absolutely encourage you todo it.
Do not let that reading makedecisions for you, okay, like,
don't don't talk.
Don't make decisions based onoh, oh, this thing's like these
are the lottery numbers, right?
Who would do that?
This is a sure thing.
(17:39):
And do this like that's goingto be a dead end for you.
Do not.
Do not make decisions based onthe information that comes from
these sessions.
Now should you take it and maybemull it over, think about it,
balance it with otherinformation.
Absolutely, absolutely, butreally these should be more for
entertainment purposes,connections, giving perspectives
(18:02):
, like that is absolutely whatyou should be taking these for.
But, and like just kind ofopening you up to, maybe, new
energies, new perspectives.
Like I think that is so key andso use it as such, right, think
of it as like therapy withoutthe PhD, right?
That's essentially what thesethings are.
So it's it's really foressentially what these things
(18:26):
are.
So it's it's really forintrospection and reflection.
Again, it's a mirror, but setreasonable expectations about
what you're going to walk awaywith, because nothing's going to
be 100% accurate.
Certainly, if they talk talkabout the word curses, fucking
run for the hills right and beskeptical about the information
that you receive.
You know if, if you feel likeit's real cool, but don't take
it at at word value from fromthe person.
(18:47):
So, again, the reading is input, not the absolute truth or not
the absolute path ahead.
So I hope that really helps forall of you.
Let me see if there's anythingelse I'm supposed to be saying.
Nope, they're giving me theokay sign in my head, so perfect
