Hey you guys! Today I've got a shorter episode for anyone wanting some motivational affirmations to get back into the gym and eat a bit healthier. This is one of the hardest things a lot of people face when trying to change their life and I'm here to help. I've been there and have struggled before with eating better and working out. This is something that everyone can achieve but it's about starting and committing to changing your lifestyle to one that is less about instant gratification and more about patience. It takes patience to see results in the gym. It takes patience to decide to make the healthy food rather than going through the drive thru and picking something up.
