This is a time of wild courage,emotional release, and fearless

The energy you feel right nowisn't chaos.
It's clarity in motion.
It's the universe reminding youthat you are never meant to stay
small, to dim your light or tostay silent.
This is your time for clarity,for action, and for forward

The Aries Super Moon that we arecurrently basking in her
beautiful energies isintertwined with major solar
storms right now, which isigniting fire within you, within
me, within the collective, youmight be feeling charged,

restless, or maybe called to actto say what's been unsaid or
take that first bold stepforward, something you've been
holding back.
The energy right now, it's notasking for permission, it's
asking for truth.
It's asking for you to betruthful with yourself, with
your vision, with what you'refeeling within.

You may have had restless sleeplast night.
You may be feeling a littlerestless today, maybe a little
anxious, but are you reallyanxious?
Or is that excitement withoutbreath?
Because you can feel the currentunderneath.
You can feel something major isshifting and about to happen.
You can feel your intuition,sharpening and emotions.

They may rise before thatthought can even catch up.
That's Aries leading the way.
Instinct First logic.

It is intense, and the universeis saying it is time.
Take the step.

Remember all this that's goingon.
The emotional intensity, therevelations, the universe acting
you for brave action and theenergetic releasing, it's not
something that's happening toyou.

All of this that's going onright now, it is happening for
you.
This is a divine alignment inmotion and it's happening for
you.
So this is the time to take theanxiousness that you're feeling
because you're not quite surewhere it's coming from, and
realizing that it's actuallyexcitement.
It's excitement that's brewing.

That feeling of I knowsomething's about to shift.
I know something's about tohappen, and embracing it.
So I know so many of you havewritten in last night and you
were saying, I haven't slept andall this is going on in my head
and these thoughts and all ofthis stuff.
So I knew I had to jump on andbring you more information.

So all of these little snippetsof podcasts that we do, this is
really coaching.
This is the empowered withinintuitive coaching that we're
doing.
You get snippets of it for you,solely for you in these moments
because I want you to know,again, we're all in this
together.
What's going on with you isgoing on with someone else.
And I want to help and hold yourhand on this journey and let you

know that you're not alone,you're not crazy to feel the
emotions, the intensity, and theahas and all of this stuff.
I've gotta tell you about lastnight when I was reading through
all of these, texts and emailscoming through, I couldn't
sleep.
And everyone was like, ah,what's going on with the
energies?
And at the same time I was like,ah, what's going on with the
energies?
And as I laid there and I'mthinking, my gosh, my mind just
(06:52):
won't stop.
What I realized is it wasn't mymind.
It was the downloads comingthrough.
It was all of these thoughts andeverything coming through.
And just as this Aries energy,it's about instinct first and
logic later.
I love that, but I also like theA plus B to equal CI like to
know these things.
And recently, like many of youin my life, all of this stuff
(07:15):
has been shifting and turningand I'm guiding in one
direction, guided in anotherdirection, and so on and so
forth.
And then there was this flipyesterday.
And I thought, well, this isinteresting.
And so lying there last night,all of these downloads coming
through and the universe wassaying, do you not remember?
And so to give you a little bitof insight, I was have been
(07:35):
guided in one directiongeographically lately, and all
of a sudden yesterday thatflipped to a place I had never
heard of to a place that I knewnothing about.
And I thought, this isfascinating.
However, when I was laying therelast night, the downloads coming
through was saying, no, no.
Don't you remember?
Because while it was a newgeographic area and I couldn't
(07:55):
pinpoint anything, I thoughtthere is something familiar
about it, but I just don't knowwhat that was.
Well, rewind.
Two winters ago I did a podcastwith a woman who happens to live
in this town.
The woman was looking forPilates.
I was not there.
It wasn't the right time for usto work virtually together.
However, I did my researcharound the town, found a
(08:17):
wonderful instructor with agreat studio, aligned them up,
had a great relationship withthe Pilates, owner, and sent
them on their way.
Now, fast forward to two winterslater.
This is the town.
Everything is lining up aroundsomething's brewing in this
geographical area.
And I thought, oh my gosh.
However, at the same time, upuntil this point, I have been
(08:40):
receiving all of theseopportunities in completely
different areas, and so there'ssomething that I always talk to
when I'm coaching people nevertake a job for a location and
never take it for the money.
Follow your heart first.
If you follow your heart first,everything will come into
alignment, and you'll end upwith more than you ever thought
(09:01):
in a most amazing place.
And it'll just be, it'll blowyour mind, the universe, God
will blow your mind.
So come back to this situationfor a second.
Everything that I was leaninginto was.
About these opportunities.
And while, yes, I like thelocation, things weren't lining
up, maybe the opportunities werelining up and the abundance
(09:23):
coming along with looked reallynice.
But the, there were other thingsthat just weren't lining up, and
I thought, Hmm, but yet this.
Was the complete flip flop andsomeone came to me and said,
Hey, here's a great place youshould check this out, and so on
and so forth.
So.
I was all up in my head and Iwoke up this morning a lot of
anxiety because there's allthese feelings of confusion of
(09:47):
am I leaning in the rightdirection?
And this is something exactlythat.
Sarah, you questioned if you'relistening today, Sarah, you sent
in a message and you were like,how do I know when I'm leaning
in entrusting the universeversus being maybe tested with
something old?
And that isn't a great question.
And although we don't alwayslike the word testing, it is
true, right?
(10:07):
The universe will say, are youover that lesson?
Are you done?
Have you lived out that pathenough?
And are you ready for something?
So this for me has been.
A huge opening of a situationbecause it was going back to
someplace, that was comfortable,that was familiar, great
opportunities.
(10:27):
However, the missing piece wasactually quite big and that was
about a home.
And so there was a bit oftesting going on there of was I
gonna try to force this?
Was I gonna force all of thisversus without.
Even looking or wondering, I hadwoken up the day before with
(10:47):
this message of you should sendso-and-so a text and ask them,
Hey, do they have a rentalproperty?
In this certain area.
I did.
I didn't know that they did.
I sent the message and theperson went, oh my gosh, we
totally do.
We love have rented from thembefore up in the northeast.
They were like, we loved you.
They begged me to come back tothe Northeast.
They're like, we would love tohave you in our property down
(11:08):
there, basically here's the redcarpet, here's your home.
In an area that I knew nothingabout but was kind of looking,
and I was like, this is kind ofintriguing.
So.
When you're open to sitting downand leaning and not forcing into
something, and this goes back toSarah's question, you can really
begin to understand where theuniverse is still giving you
(11:29):
what you think you need whilealso presenting what it is that
the universe knows is in yourhighest and best good.
And so when I looked at this atfirst, I went, Ugh, gosh, it
doesn't seem to offer theexpansion and the this and the
that of everything I was lookingfor.
So I sat down, Googled somethings, and lo and behold, I
(11:51):
come across a video and theywalk you through the whole town
and they walk you througheverything.
And when I tell you and I haveboxes, you know, check, check,
check, check, check.
Does it have this?
Does it have that?
Does it have this?
Does it have that?
Oh my goodness.
I literally sat here and went,wow, this place sounds
absolutely flipping amazing.
How come more people don't knowabout it?
And sign a sister up?
(12:13):
Even better than where I waslooking.
So going back to Sarah'squestion, and about 10 of 10 of
you, others who were like, howdo I know?
How do I know?
You just know when somethingflows and it's easy, and the
universe goes, oh, by the way,here you go.
You still are part of aco-creation.
You still are to be takingaction.
(12:34):
All this time I've been takingaction, showing the universe
that yes, I'm willing to expand.
I'm willing to do this, I'mwilling to do that.
All this stuff I didn't think Iwould ever do again.
I was like, sure, I'll do it.
Why not?
I have nothing to lose andeverything to gain, and that's
always my perspective.
I'm always open.
To new opportunities.
I'm always open to hearing themand listening to them, and then
(12:54):
taking that pause.
Remember, there is power in thepause.
You take that pause and you seeand feel what feels right within
you, what really feels right,and what feels in alignment, and
so.
That answers Sarah's questionsand a few of you others that
were asking with all of theseenergies.
(13:17):
It sort of flipped everythingaround and that's what Aries
does.
Aries is leading the way,instinct first, logic later.
I was leading with logic, whichif you know me, you know, that's
not generally how I lead.
I was really trying to dosomething that I used to do in
my life, which was basicallytrying to put certain ducks in a
row and.
(13:37):
And all this stuff and theuniverse went err.
Hold on a moment.
And my big moment of realizationcame of all the places at CVS
today.
I had to run an errand and I getout of the car and I receive a
lot of messages through licenseplates.
Through music too.
But today it was a license platethat I could not, not deny.
(14:01):
And I got outta the car and itstruck me and I went, whoa.
And I'm always looking up thespiritual meaning of the
numbers.
And so I look it up and theuniverse, and God is saying to
me, enough, basically stop beingpractical.
Stop being logic.
Stop looking where the abundanceis.
Stop trying to make everythingabout A plus.
(14:22):
B equals C.
You've lost your alignment.
Come back into alignment andlean into what feels best from
your heart.
We're gonna take care of therest.
You forgot that.
And I did.
I honestly, gosh, y'all, I'mhuman.
And that is the beauty of all ofthe programs.
And when I work with you, I'vebeen through it so I can so see
(14:44):
it laser beam it, see it withinyour lives because of generally,
I've already let it, and a lotof us are going through the same
thing right now.
And for the universe to tap meon the shoulder this morning and
go.
Could you just settle down aminute there, sister?
Because you're trying to followthe abundance.
You're trying to follow what inessence you think you should be
(15:05):
doing, which is not whom I am atall.
And let's think about what wejust presented you with
yesterday.
Lean into that a little morebecause we got you however.
When we have energies like this,when we have solar storms that
come up like this, everything isgoing basically bats shit crazy
quick like a tornado is comingin and whipping through that
(15:26):
energy because it's clearingout, it's shifting.
It has to shift you.
It has to do something to reallychange what's going on in your
life to bring you to a halt sothat you can find your power in
the pause.
Dive into the energetic insightsthat you can expect.

Sign by sign over the next 72hours, what is being highlighted
specifically for your sign Now.
Also, pay attention to yourrising sign, to your moon sign.
Pay attention to them allbecause there is going to be

However, the missing piece wasactually quite big and that was
about a home.
And so there was a bit oftesting going on there of was I
gonna try to force this?
Was I gonna force all of thisversus without.
Even looking or wondering, I hadwoken up the day before with
(10:47):
this message of you should sendso-and-so a text and ask them,
Hey, do they have a rentalproperty?
In this certain area.
I did.
I didn't know that they did.
I sent the message and theperson went, oh my gosh, we
totally do.
We love have rented from thembefore up in the northeast.
They were like, we loved you.
They begged me to come back tothe Northeast.
They're like, we would love tohave you in our property down
(11:08):
there, basically here's the redcarpet, here's your home.
In an area that I knew nothingabout but was kind of looking,
and I was like, this is kind ofintriguing.
So.
When you're open to sitting downand leaning and not forcing into
something, and this goes back toSarah's question, you can really
begin to understand where theuniverse is still giving you
(11:29):
what you think you need whilealso presenting what it is that
the universe knows is in yourhighest and best good.
And so when I looked at this atfirst, I went, Ugh, gosh, it
doesn't seem to offer theexpansion and the this and the
that of everything I was lookingfor.
So I sat down, Googled somethings, and lo and behold, I
(11:51):
come across a video and theywalk you through the whole town
and they walk you througheverything.
And when I tell you and I haveboxes, you know, check, check,
check, check, check.
Does it have this?
Does it have that?
Does it have this?
Does it have that?
Oh my goodness.
I literally sat here and went,wow, this place sounds
absolutely flipping amazing.
How come more people don't knowabout it?
And sign a sister up?
(12:13):
Even better than where I waslooking.
So going back to Sarah'squestion, and about 10 of 10 of
you, others who were like, howdo I know?
How do I know?
You just know when somethingflows and it's easy, and the
universe goes, oh, by the way,here you go.
You still are part of aco-creation.
You still are to be takingaction.
(12:34):
All this time I've been takingaction, showing the universe
that yes, I'm willing to expand.
I'm willing to do this, I'mwilling to do that.
All this stuff I didn't think Iwould ever do again.
I was like, sure, I'll do it.
Why not?
I have nothing to lose andeverything to gain, and that's
always my perspective.
I'm always open.
To new opportunities.
I'm always open to hearing themand listening to them, and then
(12:54):
taking that pause.
Remember, there is power in thepause.
You take that pause and you seeand feel what feels right within
you, what really feels right,and what feels in alignment, and
so.
That answers Sarah's questionsand a few of you others that
were asking with all of theseenergies.
(13:17):
It sort of flipped everythingaround and that's what Aries
does.
Aries is leading the way,instinct first, logic later.
I was leading with logic, whichif you know me, you know, that's
not generally how I lead.
I was really trying to dosomething that I used to do in
my life, which was basicallytrying to put certain ducks in a
row and.
(13:37):
And all this stuff and theuniverse went err.
Hold on a moment.
And my big moment of realizationcame of all the places at CVS
today.
I had to run an errand and I getout of the car and I receive a
lot of messages through licenseplates.
Through music too.
But today it was a license platethat I could not, not deny.
(14:01):
And I got outta the car and itstruck me and I went, whoa.
And I'm always looking up thespiritual meaning of the
numbers.
And so I look it up and theuniverse, and God is saying to
me, enough, basically stop beingpractical.
Stop being logic.
Stop looking where the abundanceis.
Stop trying to make everythingabout A plus.
(14:22):
B equals C.
You've lost your alignment.
Come back into alignment andlean into what feels best from
your heart.
We're gonna take care of therest.
You forgot that.
And I did.
I honestly, gosh, y'all, I'mhuman.
And that is the beauty of all ofthe programs.
And when I work with you, I'vebeen through it so I can so see
(14:44):
it laser beam it, see it withinyour lives because of generally,
I've already let it, and a lotof us are going through the same
thing right now.
And for the universe to tap meon the shoulder this morning and
go.
Could you just settle down aminute there, sister?
Because you're trying to followthe abundance.
You're trying to follow what inessence you think you should be
(15:05):
doing, which is not whom I am atall.
And let's think about what wejust presented you with
yesterday.
Lean into that a little morebecause we got you however.
When we have energies like this,when we have solar storms that
come up like this, everything isgoing basically bats shit crazy
quick like a tornado is comingin and whipping through that
(15:26):
energy because it's clearingout, it's shifting.
It has to shift you.
It has to do something to reallychange what's going on in your
life to bring you to a halt sothat you can find your power in
the pause.
Dive into the energetic insightsthat you can expect.
