dreams.
Welcome to the show, Jennifer.
Thank you.
Thank you so much.
Oh my gosh, I'm so excited.
There's so many things to diveinto, but first I wanna dive
into your song, soul Alive.

(02:46):
Ooh, I just wanna dive in there.
First.
It's on your website, the, evennow, talking about, I get
goosebumps, the song You, yourEnergy on the Beach.
I mean, just tell me where doesit come from?
Where does that inspirationcome?
And it's so angelic andbeautiful.
Oh, thank you.

(03:07):
Where does it come from?
You know, I always ask myselfthat, where is, where's this
coming from?
Thank you.
Thank you.
I'm the channel I receive.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Because that's how it feelssometimes.
Like I don't even know where itcomes from.

(03:27):
However, that being said, thereare ways to nurture that
experience, and over the yearsI've gotten better and better at
opening my channel and receivingthe gifts and the messages that
I'm meant for.
And, almost obeying the, I don'twanna call it a command, but

(03:50):
almost obeying the request of mylife.
This is what you're good at,this is what you can, and, you
know.
Like Marianne Williams says, andsays, right, who are you not to
share your light with the world?
So exactly that kind of afeeling, I think ultimately is
where it comes from.

(04:12):
You know, learning to have thecourage to answer the call.
Like, why am I here?
What is my purpose?
What are, what am my gifts?
What am I good at?
How do I maximize them?
How do I work on them?
How do I increase my strengthsand work on my weaknesses?
You know, I work with the GeneKeith, so I talk about shadow
frequency and cities and thingslike that within the gene keys

(04:34):
and, just the evolution of thatover time.
This particular song, soulAlive, actually has a really
beautiful evolution, and Ihaven't talked about the story
all that much, so.
If you wanna hear it, I'm happyto share it.
I wanna hear it because thatsong just, I was just tearing up
listening to it and I thought, this is such a soul calling for

(04:55):
so many women out there.
But particularly it just hit meso much, everything about it
from you to what you werewearing to the ocean.
I mean, I could have been you inthis song.
I was like, oh my gosh.
She, we couldn't, we were justlike, synergistically one in
this moment.
It was so powerful.
Oh, I'm so happy to hear that.
That's, it's great to have thataffirmation of my work.

(05:18):
I'm always so grateful to getthe feedback because sometimes
you do things, you just feellike, what am I doing?
I dunno what I'm doing.
I'm just kind of doing itanyway.
I don't know if it's gonnaresonate with anyone else, but
it feels right to me and I'mjust gonna go with it.
And that's a little bit what themaking of the video was like.
But interestingly, I'll talk alittle bit about the evolution

(05:39):
of the song and the video.
And actually my, my, my wholealbum is coming out next week,
so it perfect time for me todive into talking about this.
I'm happy to do that.
My, the album is called SoulAlive, and it's coming out
September 5th.
So I'm not sure when thisepisode will air, so by the time
it airs, maybe it'll already beout.

(05:59):
Yeah, absolutely.
So it's funny that you saidabout the, music video because
it was actually filmed inMartha's Vineyard, so no wonder
you were feeling a bit of aresonance.
'cause you told me that's such acalling in the, and I was like,
yeah, I was looking at theseagrass and I'm looking and I'm
like, I feel like I've beenthere.
Yeah, you have because I have, yeah, yeah, yeah.

(06:22):
So that, that is a story in itsown, but I'll talk about the
lyrics of the song, how thatcame to be, a little bit about
that because it's actually asong in its original.
When I originally sort ofchanneled it as I call, because
that's how it feels.
It was, I decide and theuniverse provides.

(06:42):
So I decide, and the universeprovides.
We have all we need led lovely.
And I was singing that riff.
And I, because I was in a seasonof deciding and knowing that my
choices, that my words and mychoices, a very conscious time
for me in my life, recognizingthe power that I had to decide

(07:06):
to choose, to use the words thatwould empower me and to manifest
in my life, a state of thriving.
And I, it was just very apparentin all facets of my life.
So that was the riff, and that'swhat I was singing and that's
what I was playing with on thepiano.
But when I, I couldn't getmyself to record it and make it

(07:29):
a part of the album'cause itjust didn't feel like, it felt
like my own activation, but itdidn't feel like the song
version that I wanted to sharewith the world.
And I couldn't get myself tomove with it.
And then I presented it to myproducer and I said exactly

(07:50):
that.
I've been working with this onmy, on myself, and it's been
very powerful for me, but it'sjust not quite right.
And sometimes he gives me alittle nudge of let's go forward
with it, knowing that once Isort of commit that, then I'll
work on whatever needs to workon instead of just saying, this
isn't working and let's notrecord it.
So I said, okay, I'll work onit.

(08:10):
Let's record it.
How does a good feel to it?
And I started, just playingaround what is it that really
wants to come through?
And I had just a great time.
I took a walk with my son and Iwas just playing around.
With him.
He's older, he is, he's 24, but,he's an actor and he is very
creative himself.
And so I was just kind of likebouncing my idea.

(08:32):
I just needed another personthere.
I started for this momentbecause it was such a joyful
song, and I was like, it's this,but it's not this, it's this,
but it's not this, and justplaying.
And finally I was like, soulalive.
And I just was like, yes, that'sthe feeling soul alive.
And I was kind of dancing downthe street and singing it.
It all came out and I was like, yes, yes, yes.

(08:53):
So sometimes the creativeprocess is like that.
And then I knew I had hid it andI started playing with the words
in the chorus that way.
There was another section of thesong that was really interesting
because also very, verypowerful.
Activator for me personally, mysong is always first and

(09:14):
foremost a personal activation,a personal healing,
transformative message formyself.
And I work with it, you know, and then it's like, once it's
done it's medicine, then I'mlike, okay, now it's time to
translate this for other peopleto receive, so one, one of the
verses was, vast as the galaxy Ihold in my womb, heaven on

(09:40):
earth, I'm home.
And I was tapping into the powerof the womb.
And this is something that I'vebeen doing also more and more in
the last couple of years, andit's been incredibly powerful,
way to tune in.
To my truth, to way to tune intomy power, tune into what I'm

(10:06):
really here for.
And, so that was in this songtoo.
And then I was like, you knowwhat?
This song, this is not the rightplace for this message in this
song.
It served its purpose for me toactivate this state of thriving,
this state of soul alive.

(10:27):
I decide right, all the things, but it wasn't the right thing
for the song.
So took it out and I put in,magic everywhere in the air that
I breathe, energy's risinginside of me.
So the energy rising inside ofme really kind of is like my own
code for referring back to thatenergy from the womb.

(10:48):
So that's just some fun littlestories about the creation that
tells you, you know, kind of theenergy that goes into my music.
Yeah.
And then, yeah.
So I don't know if you wanna saysomething before I launch.
Yeah.
It's so powerful.
No, so powerful.
And I felt very, I feltenergetic shifts when I was
listening to it.
And I went back and I was justlike, wow.

(11:11):
I felt like someone was tappingon my head like, now do you get
it?
Like for where I'm at in mymoment in life.
And then, I believe there are nocoincidences.
Everyone shows up in your lifein that moment and here you are.
And I was like, oh my God.
I feel in this moment in liferight now, there are so many
destined faded things that arehappening every moment of every

(11:31):
day that we can no longer denythem.
Mm-hmm.
And us being here today isabsolutely one of them.
And hearing your music.
And I was like, how can I turnthese into playlists for my
Pilates classes?
That was my thought.
I'm like, these are so amazing.
Yay.
Is what I have to say aboutthat.
Totally.
Yeah.

(11:51):
Totally.
Totally.
So where did your love for musicand all things metaphysical come
from?
Were there, was it one and thenthe other?
How did that all start for you?
So interesting.
Beautiful question.
I, I think that it's intrinsicto who I am and also to how I

(12:14):
was raised.
You're into human design, right?
Yes.
I love it.
So I'm a projector in humandesign, I think as a projector
I'm always a little bit moretuned into, those kind of
frequencies, it's just sort ofthe way I am designed.
I also had parents that nurturedthe arts, and all of us, my, I
was a very musical family.
Everybody played an instrument, and I just naturally gravitated

(12:37):
to the piano from a very youngage.
I was just really fascinated byit and playing it all the time.
And then my parents put me intolessons when I was about four.
And I just loved it and playedall the time.
And my father was quite aspiritual man, in an
unconventional sense.
But he was a really renaissanceman.

(12:58):
He was interested in philosophyand poetry and music and all
different kinds of music and, very well read.
And so that.
He was always opening my mind, Ithink, you know, and, and
introducing me to ideas thatprobably laid a lot of the
groundwork for my curiosityabout the world.

(13:19):
He was always, curious about theuniverse and showing us, I
remember he got a telescope whenwe were little and when the
Hubble came out, I remember hegot, I still had this big book
that he gave me of all thepictures and, so all the
fascination of what lies beyondand why are we here and what is
the meaning of our life?
And all of that was just normallife to kind of discussion and

(13:41):
in my family, or certainly withmy father.
And so that's probably, I wouldsay it was just, it felt very
natural to me to explore both.
It was a long time before I hadcomfort in my own and using my
own voice.
That was really the.
I don't wanna call it thestruggle, but that was sort of
the, the invitation of my lifewas to learn to use my voice and

(14:06):
to feel confident in using myvoice, because that was the
hardest thing for me.
I didn't sing.
I actually sang in school, musicals, things like that, but
I was not comfortable singing,at the piano.
Certainly if I played music withlyrics, I sang very quietly.

(14:26):
Sometimes I would sing very loudwhen no one was home, to myself.
But for the most part, I sangvery quietly and didn't feel
that I had anything to share.
It was a self-worth andabsolutely self value struggle
as well.
And learning that what I thoughtwas important, what I had to say

(14:47):
was important that I could makemusic.
And share it.
You know, it was long, it was along time.
I wasn't in, it wasn't until Iwas in my forties that I got out
there with my music.
So I think that's, I, that'simportant for people to hear.
I know so many women like you, like myself, who it's like you
really find your footing thatmidlife.
Like you just, that's wheneverything comes together.

(15:10):
And for you, I'm curious, so youhave the music and you have your
voice, you have the healing andyour intuitive side.
When did you realize that musicwasn't just music for you?
That the healing kind of flowedwith that?
How did that pivot come for you?
Well, I, in my first album, evenI, some of the songs that I

(15:34):
wrote then, and one of the mostpivotal things that happened for
me in my life was I wasinterested, introduced to a
Buddhist practice.
That really helped me a lot inwith my, with everything in my
life, but basically helped medevelop my compassion and
courage and confidence and allthose kinds of things.
And I, I really poured myselfinto Buddhist study and practice

(15:58):
and daily practice and thecommunity.
And that helped me a lot.
So when I, and it is whatenabled me to really get out
there and be like, okay, I amgonna do this music because if I
don't, I know I will always livewith regret and I don't want to
live with regret.
Which is actually, excuse me, aquote in a poem that I read by

(16:26):
this philosopher, the Buddhistphilosopher Ada.
And he had a line, it was avisionary poem that he wrote
about basically, how do wecreate peace in the land?
And his instructions to youngpeople was first, first of all,
you yourselves must live withoutregret.
That line just jumped out at me.

(16:47):
And when I read it and I waslike, that, I know what that
means, absolutely.
That I must do the music.
So as soon as I started doingthe music, I was already deep
into pursuing this spiritualpractice.
So it was very natural that thesubject matter that I was

(17:08):
dealing with in some of thesongs, related to some of the
concepts that I was studying andlearning to embody.
Because for me.
It is a healing practice, justthe writing of the music.
So I'm working out puzzles, I'mworking out things that I may
not understand or emotions thatmight be difficult or

(17:30):
relationships or whatever it is.
Sometimes it's about otherthings I've witnessed and
experienced or, had people sharewith me and I'm processing that
through my own lens and a lot oftimes it's my own direct
experience.
So it is kind of a spiritualpractice in that way.

(17:50):
Just the writing of the musicand integrating these concepts.
So right away from the start, there were pieces of that in
there, but it wasn't like aconscious, oh, I see that this
goes to, like that, that this ismy niche or this is what I do,
or, there was just no, there wasno, intentional practice around

(18:10):
it.
It was just what came throughand what I was processing.
And then so I was gonna say, sois, does this where I feel like
human design could have sort ofpointed or given a little bit of
a light bulb Yes.
To later put right to put thepieces together for you?
That's what happened becausethen I did my second album and I
started feeling like I wasstraying from my voice.

(18:34):
Actually, I had an incredibleexperience doing my second
album.
I worked with the mostunbelievable musicians and the
sound, this is sound, I think isphenomenal.
And I didn't feel like I wassaying what I wanted to say.
And it was during the pandemicwhen everything shut down and we
all went online and startedtrying new things online.
And I put myself into spiritualcommunities and really wanted to

(18:57):
connect with other like-mindedwomen and really poured into
that.
I was in a songwriting circle aswell as many other groups and
met women from all over theworld.
It was fantastic.
And that's when I first heardabout human design and I hadn't
even heard about Jean Keys.
First heard about human designand was so interested to find

(19:17):
out I was a projector and whatthat meant.
And then it was kind of like,oh, so much of my life was like
made sense.
Suddenly it was like such arelief when you're a projector
and you didn't know it.
If anybody's a projector outthere, they understand what I'm
saying and it's like, ah, nowonder, you know?
So that was a huge relief and itmade me want to understand more.
I started.

(19:38):
So it was really through thepandemic.
And I, and then I did a little, another little class and then
all these changes andrealizations, and then I decided
I'm just gonna do acertification.
So I put myself into a year longprogram studying human design,
jean keys, and that's when allthis music started coming out of
me.
And I, well, there's so manylayers to this, but I started

(20:01):
understanding, my shadowfrequencies and embracing my
gifts more and applying them, and then weaving that into the
music.
And then, one thing kind ofleads to another, when you get
into that flow state of life.
So that led to me, realizingthat I could help other people
in this way.

(20:21):
So I started offering, there'sso much more to the story, but
I'm trying to, like, how do Itell it all?
But, the.
I started weaving that into mysessions where I was helping
other people and weaving musicalelements into my sessions with
other people.
And then I received the feedbackthat it was so incredibly

(20:44):
powerful that it was soincredibly life changing that,
people shifted in, whether itwas their perspective, on a
relationship or something intheir business, or whatever it
was that they were goingthrough.
Sometimes people even hadphysical, shoulder pain or
something that went away from myvoice.
And I, then I started okay, whatis this?

(21:06):
What does this mean?
You know?
And, and it's kind of, for me,you're a human design.
I have an open spleen, completely open spleen, so fear
is a very familiar.
Territory for me.
So I go to fear right away.
This is scary.
Everything first gets processedas fear.
This feels what is this?
And then you start feeling like,am I delusional?

(21:27):
Am I crazy?
Is this real?
Am I, have I gone off the deepend here?
What do I, what is happening?
And then, you know, you startmeeting other people and
learning and expanding your, understanding of the shifts and
things that are taking place onthe planet right now.
And under, and deepening myunderstanding too, of the power

(21:48):
of sound.
And I just at one point waslike, you know what?
Maybe I don't understand it andmaybe I, I will never understand
exactly scientifically, but I amnot gonna deny that this is
happening and that I have thepower to help other people this

(22:10):
way.
So let me just do what I canwith it.
Right.
I think sometimes there don't,there doesn't need to be words
to explain when you have thevalidation of the people around
you of Yeah.
The experiences they've had withyou, through the work that
you've done, the sessions andyour music.

(22:31):
And I think that maybe that'swhat speaks for itself.
It doesn't, there isn't an Aplus a B, there's just a
magnificent moment.
I like I said, I listened tothat song and what a shift.
I listened to a few of yourother songs and I thought, what?
And then my first thought was, wow, how can I weave this as
part of, a Pilates playlist?
Because I love to integratehealing frequencies and I can.

(22:55):
Absolutely feel the depth of thefrequencies that the shifts that
are coming through.
And I think for,, and eachperson is going to feel it very
differently based on where theyare, in that moment with life.
But I think it's just so amazingand so powerful, your music,
your voice, and how amazing itis that it can affect every

(23:16):
single person in the momentwhere they are and give them
exactly what they need in thatmoment in time.
Yeah.
It feels like such a gift.
I'm just grateful to be achannel.
I don't really know what else tosay, you know?
I just, like I said, I feel likeI just, I, I said yes instead of

(23:40):
you said yes.
I said instead of Yeah.
Instead of, no, I just said yes.
Okay.
Right.
Do you think, and I'm just gonnatoss this out there, do you
think that perhaps the universegave you human design so that it
would help articulate theprocess of your fears and allow
you to lean into them a littlebit more comfortably?

(24:03):
Because there was like a solidpiece to it.
You could understand it becauseyou could make sense of it based
on what human design was givingyou so that the fear wasn't so
fearful because you couldsomewhere make sense of it.
Does that make sense?
Yeah.
I said, and I do believe thatwhen you have a completely open
center in human design, thatit's really your superpower.

(24:24):
Because you, you don't have asmuch conditioning around it as
you do if you have gates in thecenter and.
Therefore you can turn sort of,in Buddhism, we talk about
turning poison into medicine.
You can kind of turn the poisonof it into the medicine of it,
more easily.
So it does feel like asuperpower.

(24:45):
So as much as I've had fear,I've had courage and what is
courage?
But the, the overcoming of thefear.
You can't have courage withoutfear, right?
So, right.
The poison, the medicine, thefear, the courage, right.
The yes.
But looking at it through thelens of human design definitely
is very affirming for a lot ofaspects of my life has been

(25:09):
incredibly helpful.
I'm aligned one and I'm veryaware that I overthink and I,
and I over you know, I overworkand I, I need to get things
really, I, I need to go wayoverboard almost before I feel
confident enough to sharesomething.
I wouldn't call myself an expertin something because I of that

(25:32):
need to really know, likeeverything about a subject in
order to feel like I'm okay tosay I know something about it.
Understanding those aspects ofmy personality have, helped me a
lot in, navigating the trickieraspects of being me.
And that's what's so beautifulabout human design for me.
Gene keys even more I don't knowif you know about gene keys, but

(25:53):
I do.
Yeah.
I was into Gene Keys way before,it was the cool thing way before
I even ever heard of humandesign.
I am always like, ahead of thecurve, and then sometimes it'll
stick with me and sometimes itwon't.
And it stuck with me for awhile.
And then I was, rooted elsewhereand then all of a sudden human
design came back full force.
And thus the as well.
I find it all incrediblyfascinating.

(26:15):
I love all of it.
I love the astrology.
I love the numerology.
There's so many different waysto look at yourself through
everything that it's if youdon't get one thing, it's the
Rubik's cube of your energy andyou'll eventually understand and
get it.
And I think that the further youdive into human design and peel
back those pieces, you reallyget who you are, and maybe who

(26:37):
you were at one point.
Right?
You know, the same person, thatphilosophy, the same person, or.
The same person.
You can have the same thing.
Same thing said to you likethree different people, but all
of a sudden Jennifer Harper saysit to me and I'm like, ha, there
it is.
And it was like, I have to say, like just the other day, someone
had me look at the same humandesign I had been looking at for

(26:59):
I don't know how many months,however long.
There was just one word that wasdifferent.
And it completely shifted in meand I went.
Of course now it all makessense.
I had literally been looking atthe same thing for so long
though.
But it was just, and I thinkthat's why, you just, you have

(27:21):
to keep digging.
You have to keep looking.
You have to be open like you areto being that channel and
everyone is, has the ability forthat to listen.
Absolutely.
And let it flow through.
And speaking of that, so whenyou know you're being that
channel and things are flowingthrough you, could you be in the
grocery store and now all of asudden Jennifer's penning a
song?
Oh, absolutely.
Yeah.

(27:41):
Yeah.
Okay.
I was gonna, I was wondering oris it more no, like you're zen
in the moment and it's, nothings can come in at random
times.
As a matter of fact, I can't sayI've necessarily had an
experience in the grocery store, but I have had an experience at
the, on my first album in thedressing room at the gym.
I was nine months pregnant and, with my first child and a song

(28:02):
just came through, and it's asong that I still enjoy today
that, as a matter of fact, I'mprobably gonna perform it in my
next show.
It's a song called She's InControl, still resonates for me
to this day.
It was, I was needing to releasecontrol in order to have a baby,
and the song just kind of camethrough.
So, yeah, it can be odd times.
Some of the songs on this album,a lot of the songs on this album

(28:25):
actually came through water.
That's a very potent place forchanneling for me.
The bath swimming pool, youknow?
Yes.
While swimming, so, yeah.
But it could be any old time, middle of the night.
I have those.
I had one last night whereliterally I was recording a

(28:46):
podcast interview in my sleep, but I was awake and I was like,
do I need to get up and do thisright now?
I totally get it.
And but the shower is huge.
The, oh, being at the beach forme is, it's just like this open
portal that's amazing.
That comes through and that'swhy I resonated so much with the

(29:07):
essence of your website and themusic and everything.
It's just, it's so flowy andit's so vast and deep.
All at the same time.
And I love what you said thatthat it's available to all of us
because I think that's such animportant point.
We all have our gifts and we,and that's what's so beautiful
too, about understanding thejean keys, especially I feel,

(29:28):
because it points out this isyour gift, in this year this,
they're your gifts blatantly,right?
Blatantly, yes.
And not that, a lot of peopleare critical about human design
and GMPs'cause they're like, oh,you don't wanna put yourself in
that prison or think that.
You, you're stuck with a certainthing because of that.

(29:48):
And I just don't see it that wayat all.
I, I don't feel constricted byit in any way, shape or form.
I feel expanded by it.
I feel it's a map that for me tointerpret, reinterpret and go
deeper, contemplate, you know, and, give me clues as that can
help me in my evolution.

(30:09):
So I don't see it that way atall, but I know there are a lot
of people who feel that wayabout it.
But I would just say tolisteners, if you don't know
about human design and GeneKeeps, there's fabulous tools
for understanding the self andexploring yourself and that yes,
we absolutely all have our giftswithout a shadow of a doubt.

(30:30):
And.
Again, as I say, it's never toolate because it truly isn't ever
too late to reinvent yourself,to discover new gifts, to decide
you're gonna go for it, tochange a job, a relationship,
whatever.
It's just never too late.
You're here, you're alive,you're breathing, you know?

(30:53):
Then it's not too late.
Exactly.
Actually, you're right on time.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah.
And now you offer incredibleprograms, incredible ways to
work with you that encompassfrequency and your music and the
human design and gene keys.
Share a little bit about thosewith us.

(31:14):
'cause tho I found those to bevery powerful as well.
Sure.
I offer individual sessions,which I love to work one-on-one
with people.
I love to go deep, I love tohave meaningful conversations
and really support somebody in atransformation.
So one-on-one sessions, are justsomething that I really love.

(31:34):
I have, several different waysto work a one-on-one, which are
on my website.
One, I go a little bit deeperinto the design and, help people
who really maybe don't knowanything, are more new to, to,
to the design, learning abouttheir human design and gene
keys, I do both at the sametime, so I don't do them
separately.
I look at both maps together andthen I sort of, they jump off

(31:58):
the page at me and I put my ownspin on it.
My own projector guidance on it,my own vision on it, my own
gift, magic potion, whatever.
And, and I think there is adegree of psychic ability that
maybe is, comes more naturallyas a projector.

(32:18):
I don't know.
But I'm not, I'm just gettingmore in tune and in touch and
willing to call it what it is,which is, we all have that
ability as well, but I feel morein tune with mine and trusting
of that, those intuitive hitsthat I get when the maps kind of
jump off and just hold space forpeople to, to share what they're

(32:39):
going through and what it isreally on their heart and in
their soul that's holding themback from whatever it is that
they most desire in their life.
And, help them move throughthose blocks by my reading of
their charts.
And then I bring in the sound, what I call sound alchemy, which

(33:03):
is, really intuitive voice, intuitive voice work that's
using my voice as a healingtool, much the way you'll have
people use sound bowls, right?
And people go to like soundhealings.
I just use my voice and I usethe frequency of the voice and I
work with the maps, and I don'teven know how to explain it, but

(33:26):
whatever comes through is anenergetic transmission that
transmutes, transmutes mutes theenergies.
And, maybe it's even similar toreiki.
I don't know too much aboutreiki, but it's like I use my
voice and and the human designand the Jean Key and I, kind of
put it together in my own wayand it's.
Clearly helped a lot of peopleshift their lives.

(33:46):
So that's, I'm just grateful tobe able to do that.
And then more recently I've beendoing, some group work where on
retreats, women's retreats andworkshops where I've gone and
offered this work in a groupsetting.
And that's been reallyinteresting and powerful.
And, it's given me anopportunity to play on my feet

(34:09):
more.
'cause a lot of these othersessions are on Zoom and I love
to be in person and, be on myfeet and transmit my voice.
And also, you know, I moveenergy also through my hands.
So I worked the energy, thevoice, the hands, people
directly there.
And, it was just in Greece on aretreat and.

(34:30):
I was basically hired to helpthe women connect their wounds
to their throats.
I was like, okay, I can do that.
I didn't really know exactly howI was gonna do that, but I just
knew that I could do that.
And through, the, some of themusical messages, some of the,

(34:51):
my songs that I've written, Iused those as jumping off points
and then did individual, eventhough we were in group setting,
I did individual work within thegroup setting.
So that has been fabulous andI'm definitely gonna be doing
more of that.
I also was at a workshop inBarcelona.
So yeah, I, I'm, and justexcited that more invitations

(35:14):
are coming in for me as a resultof the work that I've done
already.
And I know that this is.
A really important aspect of thehealing that I can bring.
That's amazing.
That sounds so great.
I'm so excited for you.
And what a beautiful time in ourworld right now because, our
world needs so much healingcollectively.
So the more between your musicand the retreats and your one oh

(35:38):
ones, it's a beautiful way to beable to work with you on
different levels that people canexperience and work with you.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I lo I love it.
I really, really love it.
So I'm thrilled and I'm alsogonna be doing more, per musical
performances where I am creatinga show, but it's more of an
interactive healing experiencein the show.

(36:01):

All right, Jennifer, so as weare getting ready to wrap up and
close the show today, is thereone last piece of inspiration
that you would like to leavewith us?
I feel like I've said it, butI'll say it again because these

(38:11):
two points are, feel like themost important points I could
ever offer anybody, which isthat we all have gifts inside of
us that many times we're nottrusting of them or might feel
like they're strange or we'renot.

(38:33):
We're.
For whatever reason, we'reconditioned to believe that it's
not okay for us to go afterthose dreams, those desires, and
pursue those gifts, but it'snever too late and it's okay.
And trust yourself and go forit.
That's what I really like toshare with people.

(38:54):
I hope that everybody can find away to live their life without
regrets as well.
Amen.
