Susan is a body-based trauma, grief, and resilience coach. She is a trained movement practitioner, Mind/Body educator, inspired facilitator and valued change strategist.
She helps people break free from intergenerational cycles of trauma, emotional pain and negative self-talk.
Susan has been on the frontline, providing mission-critical support and guidance to healthcare workers' management teams through mergers/acquisitions and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Through these complex experiences, Susan taught somatic practices to healthcare providers and patients with a focus on stress relief exercises that restore a felt sense of wholeness and ease, evening during times of great duress.
