Next, Tony and Evan talk about the news of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson joining the Board of Directors of TKO Sports, the group that owns WWE and UFC, and his acquisition of the trademark rights to "The Rock" trademark (16:35). Later, Tony and Evan discuss a somewhat recent trademark infringement lawsuit in the SDNY between AMC Network and Liberty Tax Service over the use of the fictional business "Sweet Liberty Tax Service" in the AMC hit show "Better Call Saul" (24:09) and how the Grimaldi test under trademark law afforded a win for AMC. Tony and Evan also discuss the proliferation of sexually provocative deepfakes of Taylor Swift on the Internet and how Taylor Swift may gear up for litigation (32:40).
