Monica is the wife of the Head Coach, Casey Pearce and Marlie is the wife of the Offensive Coordinator, Jarrod Shepperd. Monica and Marlie share with us their experience at coaching school, how being short coaches on the staff effects their families and the coaches, and what they do to build continual relationships with athletes from the 6th -12th grade.
They share great wisdom in how coaching families look out for each other and that "everybody needs somebody". Learn what they love about being a coach's wife and the best part is what they share about what they wish someone would have told them about marrying into this lifestyle.
