Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to
Endorphasmic, where we talk
about all things endorphasm.
I am your hostess, erica Porter.
Today, this is the BeautifulLife Podcast.
Today is December 31st, 2024,and we're about to embrace a new
(00:21):
year, 2025.
So welcome to a space where wedive deep into the core of
living a powerful, meaningfuland beautiful life.
This is not a conversation aboutwaiting for the perfect timing,
the perfect person, or forlife's mysteries to magically
(00:41):
align.
This is about.
This is about stepping intoyour readiness, a readiness to
live fully within the questions,to embrace the uncertainty and
to accept that life is not meantto be entirely understood, but
profoundly experienced.
(01:01):
This life is fleeting.
Everything the challenges, thetriumphs, the heartbreaks and
the joys all temporary, andthat's what makes it so precious
.
We have only so many years toknow what it means to love and
to live as humans.
(01:21):
So I say love it all.
Love the painstaking moments, the beautiful ones, and even the
messy, confusing ones.
They are the essence of thehuman experience the insecurity
that's part of it.
The heartache that's part of it.
The joy, the risk, the failuresall part of it.
(01:43):
Nothing is truly lost if welearned, we grew and we reached
further because of it.
Your willingness to fail isdirectly tied to your potential
to grow and succeed.
Grow and succeed Now.
(02:09):
This is appropriate for me as afitness professional who often
uses a timer either countingdown or counting up.
But the timer of life neverstops running, and the greatest
regrets often come from notreaching for the things we truly
wanted when they were stillwithin our grasp.
And a beautiful life is notsomething that happens to us.
It's something that we build.
(02:31):
It's a series of choicesnurtured over time, constructed
not from logic alone but fromthe depths of our hearts.
It's not immediatelycomfortable, but it's worth
every ounce of discomfort ifit's built on what truly matters
(02:52):
.
And this is just my opinion.
Other people might have verydifferent opinions, but if
you're listening to this podcast, you're listening maybe because
you like my thoughts.
I don't know.
You could let me know.
Imagine the life your 90 yearold self would wish for you.
(03:13):
Think of the whispered prayersthey might send back through
time.
Go where your heart alreadycalls you.
Move toward the truth.
You already know that's what my90-year-old self would wish for
me.
I believe that A beautiful lifeis not made of years that slip
(03:37):
by unnoticed, but of momentsinfused with intention and
courage.
It's built with someone whodoesn't just make you fall in
love with them, but inspires youto fall in love with who you
become in their presence.
I hope that really makes sense, because it is powerful.
(03:58):
It's about finding a partner.
This is anybody who loves youas you are and still creates
space for your growth, someonewho would carry you when you
cannot walk and hold your handuntil the very last moment.
(04:22):
Happiness is not about how yourlife appears to others.
I keep repeating this messagebecause often especially because
I witness this on social mediapeople are so hell bent on
creating this perceived life onsocial media at the expense of
(04:44):
their own life.
Happiness is not about how yourlife appears to others, but
about the depth of yourconnection to it.
Stop posting on social media.
I mean really honestly stop.
It is about the bonds you create, the care you pour into your
(05:04):
days and the bravery with whichyou live.
It's about showing up with yourwhole heart, unguarded and
unapologetic, because, at theend of it all, it's not about
how full your life looked fromthe outside, but how deeply you
felt it on the inside.
(05:25):
And, by the way, you don't feelthat shit on social media.
I mean, yes, you can be movedby somebody's post.
You can connect with friends.
You can stay connected becausewe live in a very big world, but
, at the end of it all, it isnot about how full your life
looked from the outside, but howdeeply you felt it on the
(05:48):
inside.
On the inside, this is yourinvitation to build a life worth
living, not an easy one, butone that is truly and undeniably
yours.
So, as 2024 closes and, man, itwas a beautiful year, no matter
what happened.
We get to experience life everysingle day.
(06:12):
There are people that don't getlife anymore.
They've passed, they've movedon, they've died, and so we get
to embrace it and live it fully.
So I hope that you appreciateall of the moments from 2024,
the lessons.
(06:32):

the wisdom, the laughter, thejoy, all of it, because it's all
part of our life.
