Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Endorphasmic, where we talk
about all things endorphasm.
I am your hostess, erica Porter.
I want to talk about the realmeaning of success.
So welcome to today's episodeof Endorphasmic, where we're
diving into a truth that canchange your life.

(00:22):
I think so anyway.
Success isn't about appearances.
It's not the house on the hill, the luxury car or the
picture-perfect social mediareel Certainly not that.
It's not a checklist ofexpectations society says you

(00:45):
need to meet.
Success is how your life feels.
I keep talking about theendorphasm mindset.
It is a feeling.
Success is how your life feels, not to others, but to you, but

(01:08):
to you.
True success is found in thequiet, unshakable knowing that
you are aligned with yourdeepest self.
But here's the thing living alife that feels deeply right
doesn't come without cost.
It's going to ask a lot of you.
It's going to demand courage,self-reflection and, most
importantly, the willingness tolet go of everything you thought

(01:33):
you needed to become.
Listen to that again.
It is going to demand courage,self-reflection and, most
importantly, the willingness tolet go of everything you thought
you needed to become.

(01:54):
Just sit there with that for asecond, living this life, this
life with real meaning.
It will demand that you releaseexpectations, not just those
imposed by the world around youI am like here, talking with my
hands, because I feel verystrongly about this so not just

(02:21):
those imposed by the worldaround you, but the ones that
you've placed on yourself.
It is going to nudge you to stepbeyond the boundaries of
comfort, to risk, to stretch, toreach beyond what you thought
was possible.
Vulnerability will be yourguide.

(02:43):
It will strip away the layersof pretense that you've built to
protect yourself, exposing yourtruest, most authentic self

(03:09):
between fear and purpose, choices that push you to the
edge of your comfort zone andthen just a little further than
that, because the truth is,what's hardest is often what's
most necessary.
And this path will also call onyour integrity, not as a
passive value, but as an activeforce.

(03:29):
Integrity will demand that youconfront the wounds that you've
hidden, that you sit with yourpain not as a burden but as a
teacher.
You'll learn to transform thatpain into wisdom, to turn fear
into clarity and loss intostrength, and through that

(03:53):
you'll uncover somethingextraordinary, the wholeness
that was always within you.
And one day you'll realizesuccess isn't some far off
destination.
It's not waiting for you at theend of the road.

(04:14):
Success is in the way you carryyourself Every step of the way.
It's how you find grace in themess.
It's how you make peace withimperfection and how you see the
beauty in the ordinary moments.

(04:36):
The path to fulfillment isn'tpaved with milestones.
It's built from the small, deliberate actions you take
every single day.
It's honoring what you alreadyhave and making the most of it

(04:59):
and letting that carry youtoward the life you were meant
to live.
And here's the powerful truth.
You can have everything on thesurface and still feel empty
inside, because no amount ofstuff will ever fill the space
that is meant for love, forpurpose and for peace.

(05:23):
And the things that trulymatter are going to require you
to risk.
They'll demand honesty, vulnerability and the courage to
face what scares you most.
But here's the beauty of all ofit this process, the stripping

(05:45):
down, the starting over.
It's designed to humble you, toshape you and to rebuild you
stronger.
With every step, you'll craft alife that is uniquely yours, a
life where your soul feelsvibrant and alive.

(06:07):
It is that endorphasm, it isthe power of the feeling.
The feeling of the power.
It is truly what transcends allphysical pursuits.
It is a life that finally feelslike home.
So today I want you to askyourself, I want you to ask what
does success feel like for you?

(06:29):
Not what it looks like to theworld, but what it feels like in
your heart, because that rightthere, that is where the true
journey begins.
So, with that love, health andhappiness and always much

(06:49):
respect.
