God says in Jeremiah 33 verse 6,Behold, I will bring it health
and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the
abundance of peace and truth. In the midst of desolation,
darkness, and judgment, God speaks a word of hope.
Jeremiah was prophesying during a time when Jerusalem was under

(00:20):
siege. The city was filled with fear,
sickness, and ruin. Yet God's voice breaks through
the sorrow with a powerful promise.
Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them,
and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.
Let's pause on that word. Behold, God wants us to pay

(00:41):
attention, to lift our eyes fromthe rubble of our lives and see
what He is about to do. Even when our situation looks
hopeless, God says, look at me and watch what I will bring.
He promises health and cure. Not just physical healing,
though. God is able to heal sickness.
He is Speaking of a deeper healing, a restoration of what

sin, rebellion, and hardship have broken.
God offers a cure for the disease of the soul, the wounds
of the heart, the divisions of his people.
He is the Great Physician, and his healing goes far beyond what
human hands can achieve. God says not once, but twice, I
will cure them. When God repeats Himself, it's

to emphasize the certainty of His promise.
Healing is not just a possibility, it's His declared
purpose. He delights in restoring what
was lost. He rejoices in bringing
wholeness where there was brokenness.
And what will He reveal? The abundance of peace and
truth. Not just a little peace, not

momentary relief, but abundance,overflowing peace, the kind that
guards our hearts and minds. Philippians 4, verse 7.
Peace that the world cannot giveand cannot take away.
And truth, the light that dispels lies, the clarity that
sets us free, the wisdom that leads us back to Him.
In Jesus Christ, this promise finds its greatest fulfillment.

He is our health, our cure, our peace and our truth.
By His wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53 verse 5.
By His Spirit we are restored, and in His Word we see the
abundance of His peace and truth.
