Hablamos sobre meditar en los cánticos además de esto una de las palabras usada en los Salmos la cual es Selah, que es como el Amén o Aleluya que no tiene una traducción especifica, pero tiene muchos significados, indica "Parar y pensar", es decir, que podemos parar en un cántico y meditar en lo que se acaba de cantar.
La palabra Selah aparece en 39 salmos, lo cual es un 26% de todos los salmos. También aparece en Habacuc. Y es usado para definir una meditación en los cánticos.
El versículo base que usamos es Salmo 77:6 y usamos de ejemplo el Salmo 3 que contiene 3 Selahs.
