Mas nem todo mundo sofre uma crise tão intensa que deixa de se colocar em contextos como esses e passa a prejudicar a própria vida.
O transtorno de ansiedade social é uma fobia específica que, no extremo, pode levar pessoas a mal saírem de casa e procurarem evitar contato com o mundo a todo custo.
