"Affirm Your Values" | The Inverse

Your values are your compass. When you affirm them daily, doubt disappears and peace becomes inevitable.

Host Michael Stewart-Isaacs continues the CHARACTER MASTERCLASS with a profound exploration of values, unconditional love, and the unchanging core within us all.

In this episode, we affirm:

Interest Income Wednesday: The 7 Day Game Plan Advances
Day three focuses on Interest Income—making your money work for you through strategic investments and compounding returns. Michael breaks down how to position your capital so it multiplies while you focus on building character and creating impact. Wealth without character is hollow. Character without wealth is limited. Build both.

Headline Breakdown: Valuation Wins, Mental Health Crisis & Strategic Stakes

  • Steven Bartlett's Company New Valuation: The entrepreneur and "Diary of a CEO" host sees his company's value skyrocket. Michael analyzes the business model behind Bartlett's success and what podcasters and content creators can learn about building valuable media companies.
  • Over a Million ChatGPT Users Self-Harm: A sobering reality check on AI's dark side. Michael addresses the mental health crisis emerging from AI dependency and what this means for entrepreneurs building in the AI space. Technology without ethics creates disaster.
  • NVIDIA Takes $1B Stake in Nokia: Strategic positioning at its finest. Michael breaks down why NVIDIA is betting big on Nokia's infrastructure and what this signals about the future of AI hardware, 5G networks, and connected devices.

CHARACTER MASTERCLASS: The Second Chance Theory Continues
Michael deepens the Life's Victory Formula for Character Development with the next principle: "Affirm Your Values."

"Affirm Your Values":
You can't build anything lasting without a foundation of clear, non-negotiable values. Michael teaches you to:

  • Identify your core values (integrity, family, creativity, freedom, service, etc.)
  • Affirm them daily through spoken declarations, written mantras, or behavioral commitments
  • Protect them fiercely when pressures, temptations, or opportunities threaten to compromise them

When you affirm your values, you become unshakeable.

Unconditional Love is Akin to Peace:
Michael shares a transformative truth: Unconditional love is a key way to remove doubt. When you love yourself, your vision, and your purpose unconditionally—without requiring external validation—you experience peace. Peace removes doubt. Doubt is the enemy of execution.

Entrepreneurs who operate from unconditional love:

  • Don't need everyone to believe in them
  • Don't crumble when criticized
  • Don't abandon their vision during setbacks
  • Don't compare their journey to others'

Unconditional love = unshakeable confidence = inevitable success.

The Inverse: What Never Changes
Michael introduces The Inverse—a profound concept about constancy within change:

"The part of us that never changes is usually our awareness of the lessons we've learned through experiences."

While your circumstances evolve, your strategies pivot, and your goals expand, the core lessons you've learned remain constant. These lessons form your character. They're the inverse of change—the stable foundation that grounds you as everything else transforms.

Your values don't change. Your lessons don't disappear. Your character is the constant.

Affirm your values. Embrace unconditional love. Remember the lessons.

Tune in now for another brilliant CHARACTER MASTERCLASS episode.

We are excited to be the show that you have chosen to continue

make sure that you keep your motivation, always find your
success and have the knowledge you need to be at the best

(00:24):
version of yourself. And we're so excited that you
continue to join Entrepreneur. We have been going through our
four pillars over the last several weeks and that is about
your mindset. It's all about you having the
right character. And we talk about habits and we
talk about structure. And today is October 29th, 2025.

(00:45):
And that makes it yes, that is interest income Wednesday.
Yes, interest income Wednesday. Every day we have a different
focus that we talk about in regards to our income.
That way we understand the way money wants to continue to come
to you and we're excited that you continue to be in power
tribe here in entrepreneur to bethe best version of yourself.

(01:06):
We'll have a great episode today.
We're going to talk about some great gems, share some headlines
and just really break it all down for you all as we're
navigating what to do next when it comes to our journeys in
entrepreneurship in 2026. Oh my goodness is going to be
such a phenomenal year. We want to make sure you have
the best of the best. We want to make sure that the
information in your mind is so strong.

(01:27):
If you didn't feel the mindset episodes in the the last several
weeks, I would advise you to go check them out.
We had some phenomenal episodes that were really meant to shift
your mindset. And now we're getting into your
character. Yes, your character.
And we call that the second chance theory.
Yes, if you had a second chance to do it all over again, to be

(01:47):
able to pick yourself up from the UPS and the downs and really
start over, definitely look at what you can do with what we
call the Light's victory formula.
Light's victory formula. And yesterday we were talking
talking about the aspect of life's victory where we talked
about redefining your vision. So today's episode, we're going
in a little bit deeper and we'retalking about, yes, affirm,

(02:09):
affirm your values, affirm your values, yes.
So according to life's victory formula, you have to redefine
your vision and then you must affirm your values to continue
to be on the pursuit of your life's victory.
And you deserve it. You deserve not only to have a
vision of a business that makes money, but a business that
serves all the purpose of what you've been building your whole

(02:31):
life, the culmination of all your gifts and talents.
And we want to make sure that you feel that here in
Entrepreneanda, And that's all we are, is a rallying call for
you to go and make sure that youhave everything you need to be
the best version of entrepreneurthat you can be.
And that's the entrepreneurial propaganda.
How do we take entrepreneurship and make sure that we can remake

(02:52):
ourselves? And that's why we're talking
about this character shift that we want to help you obtain.
And this episode, we're really going to go ahead and break it
down again, how to affirm your values.
When you think about values, we sometimes think about things
like love, right? Sometimes you want to be a
loving person. We've talked about business
being about relationships and how you build them.

(03:12):
And that can build. But sometimes unconditional
Love's akin to peace, right? So if we can take the values
that we've learned throughout our lives, the things that our
grandparents, our parents, aunties, uncles, so many people
throughout history have been trying to show us when it comes
to how we really center our ourselves as an entrepreneur, we
got to get back to that point where we really try to find our

(03:35):
peace. And part of peace is about you
building that unconditional love.
And you have to have that unconditional love on this
journey of entrepreneurship because sometimes the roads can
be hard. But if you love the thing you're
doing, whether it's building your own personal brand, whether
it's building a brand for othersto share in, whether it's
building a service, whatever it may be an inventive idea, we

(03:57):
want to make sure that you trulyhave the unconditional love of
that you're going to need to be able to find peace in this
journey because sometimes it could be some great UPS for the
vision be set. But also too, we have some downs
that we have to be prepared for.And it's our values that help us
to know how we can handle those moments when we feel challenged.
And that's the part of the character that then becomes

(04:19):
original. And from there, we want to make
sure that you keep preparing yourself for your life's
victory. So I appreciate you all taking
that time. I hope you enjoyed part of that.
As we all always do, we like to unpack the headlines to really
prove out the theories of entrepreneur to see how it's
impacting the world. We talk about everything from
technology, sports, the licensing industry, and

(04:41):
entrepreneur. We're part of an organization
called Mosaic. And with that, we're attached to
so many different media outlets and so many different media
organizations that are focused on sports, gaming, new media, so
many different aspects. And this podcast here is just to
serve you all out there that want to know what it feels like
to create the rallying call for what it means to be the best

(05:03):
entrepreneur you can possibly be.
And we're excited to continue tojazz you up and get you
energized because why? You deserve to affirm your
values. You deserve to have life's
victory. And we want to get you there
here at Entrepreneur. But before we jump into the
headlines, we want to take a moment to thank our sponsor.
Yes, our sponsor is Chi Max. Yes, Chi Max is the greatest

(05:24):
game. Yes, it is a card game designed
with a 40 pack deck that is designed to help individuals
play several different games to help you build your cognitive
ability. For those who don't understand,
great leadership takes great thinkers and be a great thought
leader. You have to have tools that can
help you achieve that. So Chi Max was forged in a way
that make sure that it is the martial arts of card game.

(05:46):
The same way we physically work out our bodies, we must find
ways to work our mind. In the era of AI, Chi Max is
making sure that human beings don't go obsolete.
So make sure you check out Chi Max God's greatest game.
It is a phenomenal game. It has so many different plays
that you can play out with the gaming.
It's original 40 card deck. So it takes you back to touching

(06:08):
something physical to really stimulate all of what it means
to be a human. And Chi Max is the tool to do
that. So check it out.
You can find it at mosaic.com. That's mosayk.com, mosayk.com
and get yourself a Chi Max deck. You'll you'll thank me later.
So back to the show. We have so many things to talk

(06:28):
about with today's episode in our series where we're talking
about your character and we callit your second chance.
And we ultimately help you with your life's victory formula.
And so yesterday again, we talked about redefining your
your vision. Now we're talking about
affirming your values. And so with that, we're going to
jump in to see what's been goingon in the headlines.

(06:48):
So many stories, so many things going on.
I mean, we're going to talk about everything today, from
licensing to some of what's going on in the AI world,
because I mean, it's been a lot going on.
So if any, maybe I heard out there, Google's launching
something called Poem Only, which is the AI tool.
It is a tool that has Google just killed all the creatives

(07:09):
and they're making this new tool, AI powered marketing tool
for Google Labs. It's from them in partnership
with DeepMind, and it aims to help small to mid sized
businesses rapidly produce on brand social media campaigns.
So check it out. It's a poem, Lemie.
It's POMELLI. It's a new Google tool for small

(07:30):
business owners. I think again, here at
Entrepreneur, we want to help you be aware of some of the
newest technologies that you canuse to get ahead of the game and
really be an expert out here, not only just in what you're
building in personal brand, but being able to truly express your
entrepreneur right, your entrepreneurial propaganda.
Let the world know you exist. And the best way to do it is to

(07:52):
use the newest technologies thathelp that become a reality more
than ever. So definitely check that out
also to in headlines PayPal plusChatGPT a check out revolution.
PayPal has struck A strategic partnership with open AI to
embed its digital wallet into ChatGPT.
So PayPal is jumping ahead of the line and as ChatGPT has been

(08:15):
talking about people being able to do e-commerce and retail and
stuff directly from the platform.
Now PayPal is getting involved with people can accept payments
through ChatGPT. So this is a new partnership
they've announced. So keep your eyes out for that
also too. We have over 1,000,000 ChatGPT
users are committing what they call self harm.

(08:35):
So ChatGPT has done, of course, the founder, the owners of Chat
GP, which is open AI has a report that came out that more
than 1,000,000 weekly users of ChatGPT engaged in conversation
showing explicit indications of suicidal planning.
So that's something that they'venow tracked within the platform
that individuals are so sad and depressed out there.

(08:58):
They're actually searching for suicide based information.
So what we want to do is definitely, you know, give our
condolences for anybody out thathas ever been harmed by suicide.
But we also want to make sure here at Entrepreneur, we give
you the, the motivation, the confidence, as well as whatever
you need for your healing so youcan continue on the journey that
you deserve to be seen and grow. And that's what we want to make

(09:20):
sure. But we want to highlight the
headlines because that's an interesting point that we want
to make here is that we want to make.
That's why it's so important that we're encouraging and we
build each other. And that's what this tribe is
about here at Entrepreneur, because we want to build people
up so they can be the best version of self and not see
anybody saddened in this world because they don't feel like
they can achieve what they're meant to be.

(09:40):
And that's what's kind of changearound here with our tribe here
at Ontropiganda also to open AI targets at AI research interns
by 2026. So check that out as well if
you're interested in getting into AI space as well too.
So many headlines coming out of that space.
Also too, if you haven't heard, NVIDIA has announced a $1

(10:01):
billion stake in the Finnish telecom company Nokia.
So those who may Nokia from backin the days where they used to
make the little cute little cellphones, if you had Nokia is
pretty cool before we had the mobile phones of today.
And now looking at the the biggest kind of mergers of both
AI and what's going on with NVIDIA with the chips that they

(10:22):
produce, working with Nokia is going to be amazing.
So now they're they're investingin the company to be able to
procure new tools to go into some of their expansion plan.
They plan on building data centers all across the globe to
really facilitate what this AI revolution is all about.
So you all stay tuned to what isgoing on with NVIDIA and also

(10:44):
what they have going on in partnership with Nokia.
So check that out. So many other things going on.
Of course, there's some more deals going on with open AI.
They always got something going on.
Elon Musk. This was an interesting headline
you all. So I've checked it out as well
too. So Elon Musk alternative to
Wikipedia is finally live. The AI generated encyclopedia,

(11:05):
dubbed Rock Rockopedia uses the X AI Grok to generate and Fact
Check content with no human editors involved now.
So the X platform that has the Grok AI software is now created
something called Grokopedia where they're basically
mimicking Wikipedia to allow forinformation to be embedded.

(11:29):
And I guess it's supposed to generate what's supposed to be
more factual based information versus what Wikipedia has been
said to be inaccurate or with the human fact checking.
Some people have, you know, you know, judgments about that.
But again, if anybody's interested, check that out.
Grocopedia, it is live. I've actually checked it out to
see what it does. It is pretty interesting.

(11:50):
But you know, I'll let you all choose for yourself what's, you
know, what's what. Also, Google has new tools to
help you create an on brand social content.
So that's the one we were discussing earlier to really
build out what you're building. So again, y'all stay on top of
what's going on. All these things center back
around of values, right? When you see AI expand, when you

(12:11):
see people who are really starting to change literally the
fabric of our society, it all starts with your values.
And when you have the right value, sometimes you can open up
so many doors to whatever your life's victory is.
And what we want to do is be able to leverage these fools to
get in position so we can find those values.
Because what we're building is the inverse of all of this,

(12:34):
right? So we want to talk about like
not choosing to do these things, right?
You can look at the world and say, oh, it's another change.
I was already just getting used to social media.
Wasn't TikTok the next big thing?
And you can overlook what AI is doing and then say, I don't want
to bother with that. I've already got too much to do.
I can't learn a new thing. But I encourage you to look at

(12:56):
the inverse, right? Look at the inverse situation on
what if you chose to embrace AI?What if you really chose to
embrace a platform like Entrepreneur?
That's telling you. It is time for you to rise up.
It is time for you to be a part of this tribe and build your
own. It is time for you to emerge to
the best version of yourself. But you must affirm your value.

(13:16):
You must step forward and be willing to be seen.
And for that, the riches and theblessings of you being willing
to be the best version of yourself will start to manifest
on their own. And that's what it's important
in regards to building your character and your second chance
to be a character. You must first be on set.
And if you don't show up for yourself, so I encourage you to

(13:36):
look at the inverse, go to the opposite thought.
Don't fall back and and make excuses on why you're not moving
forward. Jump out there and build.
Because we really want to make sure that part of us using that
never changes is the awareness and the lessons learned through
experiences. So as we grow and we keep on
taking on new experiences, it makes you the original version

(13:59):
of you. No one else has your life
experience expertise. No one else has what you've
created. And once you realize that and
it's all based on the values that you have within your life,
then you start to build it. It's akin to what we're talking
about in our mindset when we talk about the five PS of self
determination is power, prestige, principles.

(14:20):
So when you look at values is very akin to your principles.
And when you look at building that within this entrepreneur,
the system, the whole point is that within your character, you
have to have values that you've established similar to the
principles that you've committedto, that people can know who you
are for that. But you actually went out there
and affirmed it, meaning you putit to use.

(14:42):
You've shown people the power. You've shown people the way you
stand for something. Whether I think sometimes we
forget like this is like if it'sa campaign every day, we're
always running for something. We're always trying to build up
the messaging. It's like with Ashwagandha, we
want you to feel the daily campaign of what it means to be
an election, to be out here likeyou're running for something.

(15:04):
Because to keep your business growing year after year, it's
like you're running for something and you have to be
willing to show up. You have to be willing to show
people what you stand for. If you're going to build teams,
if you're going to be a leader, these people need all of you to
really emerge and come together. And that's what we're urging
you, Tribe. That's what we're building.
This arch began the platform notonly just to inform you, but to

(15:26):
also show you how empowerment should feel as well as what you
can do with it when you start totaking in more and more and
more. And we hope you keep tuning in
to be able to take that in here.So let's just jump into a few
more storylines. We've talked enough about AI.
Let's jump into the other space that I love.
And we're talking about the inverse.
So we're talking about what we can do to be the opposite of

(15:47):
what we're doing, to do something different than what we
normally do. And that's what 2026 is going to
require. It's going to require the
different version of you to get to the character, to who you
truly are meant to be. Not just what you've been OK and
accepting, but who you are meantto be and give the world no
choice but to accept you for whoyou are.
That is the tempo. When I tell people my name, I'm

(16:09):
Michael Stewart Isaacs, I step in a room, someone spelled my
name wrong. I make sure they get it right.
I made sure to take that allegiance and take that inverse
to no longer fall back and be comfortable with those things.
And I encourage you all to take the same tempo in your life
because it will start to show people the difference and it
will show people the values you have.
And that's the key is that you have to affirm your values every

(16:31):
day so people do not under misunderstand the message, the
branding and what you're all about.
And that's what's so important about us laying this out.
So let's just jump into some of what we were talking about.
So I love talking about licensing deals and things that
go on. So Disney and Formula One, we
talked about Formula One here. They've done some deals lately
with the setup with Hot Wheels, which was a good connection, but

(16:53):
Disney and Formula One collaboration that launched in
November at Las Vegas Grand Prix.
So the Fuel Magic campaign will bring experiences and products
to fans and start with the show at the the fountains of the
Bellagio. So it's going to be a cool
interaction between Disney and the Bellagio as well as the
Formula One. So y'all stay tuned for that.

(17:14):
I'm sure there'll be a lot of content on the Internet for us
to enjoy and see it second hand.If you're not in present, if
you're in Vegas, definitely let me know about it.
Tell me tell a friend to tell a friend about it.
Also to PepsiCo, Mark's moves tobrand house, branded house with
new logo. So in the, it's the beverages
giant's first new logo in 25 years, which aims at improving

(17:36):
consumer recall and to set theirdebut packaging in 2026.
So those Pepsi fans out there, don't get too caught up.
They're about to change up theirlogo.
They're really kind of really trying to rebrand who they are,
especially going after 2025. That's what I'm saying.
This is what Orange Begin is telling you, man.
Everyone, even the major corporations are taking time to

(17:57):
rebrand themselves. They got everything helping them
see themselves different. Whether it's an agency, whether
it's AI tools, you have to take the time right now to jump out
there and build. Don't wait for anyone to give
you permission. Do it now, do it wrong, do it
right, do it with teams, do it with no team, but just do it
because that's spirit of right now.
That's what we're talking about because you have to affirm

(18:17):
values. And even Pepsi in this instance,
they're affirming their values and they give you the inverse.
They could have stayed with the traditional Pepsi logo and said
that's what Brandon is, but theysaid no.
In this new era, we want to redefine ourselves to the new
generation so they have a brand logo of who we are that they can
grow up with. Have you ever thought about
that? Growing up and being able to get

(18:39):
people in your audience, your fan base, to grow with you and
then introduce it one day to their kids to really be a part
of what you're doing and what you're building, what you've
built over the years. That sentimentality, that
legacy. How do you build that?
Again, I want you to think the inverse, see something
different, see the opportunity that this is the possibility
that is set for you and make thedecision to make the switch by

(19:00):
affirming your values. Claim your second chance.
Get into you the victory of lifeand find your way towards a
better character because you deserve to be that version of
you that you've been so waiting to come and take the stage and
people are in awe with. And people want your autograph.
I mean, I want it all for you. That's what we're talking about

(19:20):
here and that's what we want to RIP and roar.
Also some quick brief headlines as well too, that I thought was
cool. This one is Steven Bartlett
Company, which is steven.com hits a 200.
I mean, I'm sorry, let me say itright, 425, $1,000,000
valuation. So the Diary of Aceo podcast
creator has secured an 8 figure investment living the firm a

(19:43):
$425,000,000 valuation. So Stephen Bartlett, some of the
people may have ever checked outDiary of Aceo.
I'm a fan, you know, of a show like that.
I love learning about people who've done it before me that
give you those little nuances and insights.
And if you're a junkie like me, you watch it all the time.
And that's what we're talking about here, Tribe.
Let's talk about that in the comments, right?

(20:05):
But anybody? That's familiar with Stephen
Bartlett and his work and what they're doing with the Diarrhea
CEO and some of their spin off content and also some of the
business ventures that he's pursuing.
It's just a really amazing to see what him and his team have
put together. And again, that's what it's all
about. It's entrepreneurship.
He's a perfect example of someone who took a personal
brand and then leveraged that notoriety, built great content,

(20:28):
and then from there kept building into building
relationships that allowed for him to create the profit, not
again profit being money, but the profit, the relationships.
And then from there was able to start striking out to create
more opportunities to create businesses.
And he keeps on going. And the thing I like about it is
a stoic nature that he, he doesn't get too high, he doesn't
get too low. He stays right in the middle, he

(20:48):
stays even keel. And that allows for a brand, a
person that we see to be recognized.
I think he's probably a fan of someone like Steve Jobs or
something like that. They're seen as stoic characters
that are seen as even keeled characters, but they know
exactly what the vision is and they know how to get other
people behind the vision and themission.
And you have to be able to be that kind of individual.

(21:10):
And that's what Orange Began is about.
It's again, we were talking about the political analogy,
like you're running for a campaign all the time.
But again, you got to have values.
You got to have your values and you got to affirm that means you
have to show your deeds in this world for people to see it.
So again, I encourage you to show the inverse.
Show people the opposite of whatthey thought you were and really
show them something new within your character.

(21:32):
Surprise and shock yourself and grow because there's so many
people showing us every day thatsomething new can come on board.
It doesn't matter who's been around for years.
If you just start. You can be and become Mr. Beast.
You can become Stephen Bartley, you can become Michael Stewart
Isaacs and be able to walk into rooms and people see you for
everything that you've been ableto build.

(21:53):
We talk about intellectual properties and inventions and
all amazing things that allow for you to take your ideas to
the next level. Some people are going to talk to
you about stocks and bonds. Some people are going to talk to
you about real estate, but we talk about intellectual
properties, the patents, trademarks, it copyrights book
idea you have and you all these things have value.

(22:13):
The script idea again, we're talking about character here,
right? All of that is allowed to be
unleashed in you and that's whatwe're here to encourage with
Aunt Mcganda. So again, we are so excited to
bring you these episodes. I hope this was an exciting one.
I felt the energy and I hope youdid too.
Aunt Mcganda is here to give youthat, Joe every day to allow for

(22:34):
you to see what we really want to build going into 2020 and
2026 and really building for a greater day.
We've been building several episodes to really breakdown
multiple systems. You see how we're building here?
Tribe, It's organic, it's real, it's authentic.
Why? Because I am ACEO of mosaic.com.
I am the CEO of so many different operations.

(22:56):
But coming to Ontra again, it's been a pleasure of mines.
Why? Because this is my values here.
I value you all Tribe and every day I want to make sure I give
you gems that will help you be in a better position than you
were yesterday. And I hope this was encouraging
to you because you deserve to bethe best version yourself.
So give yourself that second chance.
Make sure you affirm your values.
Again, I'm Michael Stewart Isaacs, I'm on all major

(23:18):
platforms. You can find me on YouTube
channel. I have an Instagram page also
too with Entrepreganda. We're building every day.
We have our X channel for Entrepreganda.
We also have an Instagram page for Entrepreneur.
You get some of our backgrounds on some of our lifestyle and see
what we have going on with all our different company units
with. We have a lot of great launches

(23:40):
coming up. I am Brilliant, which is I'm the

Maxx has going on as well. Our sponsor, so excited to see
what T Maxx is doing. It has two young youth founders
of the organization, a 8 year old and, and a five year old.

(24:22):
And I have the pleasure to call those two, two wonderful young

Entrepreneur Mosaic at Mosaic MOSAYK.
And we have a Chi Max server that we're building out to
really start talking about the game of Chi Max and how that

you're not trying to be the bestentrepreneur out there for those
who play chess to know the stimulation.
So those who play games like Go G Max is the original game that
creates a whole new level of stimulation.
It's a high value game for high value players that really want

to get to the next level. And we're so excited to be in
partnership with this organization and what we're
doing to grow it. So thank you all so much for
checking us out. I hope this episode gave you
something. Tell a friend to tell a friend
