(00:02):
What's going on everybody? This is Entrepreneur Gander and
I am Michael Stewart Isaacs, MSI, your favorite guy.
Excited to be here for another edition of Entrepreneur Gander.
Yes, today is Sunday, October 26th, 2025 and that makes it
what that's Royalty Income Sunday.
(00:23):
So we are so excited here at Royalty Income Sunday that we
have so many amazing things to share with you today here at
Archbaganda. We're excited that we are the
platform for millennials and Gen.
ZS that want to really fill in the gap in regards to where they
really need to grow in their entrepreneurial journey.
And we're so excited to bring episodes every help resonate
(00:44):
that frequency and that message that hopefully is helping you
see a little bit more of how youcan improve your game each day.
And here in Entrepreneur, we're always excited to share that
with you. We've had so much fun over the
last several days when we've been building out, which is
helping you all understand the system of Entrepreneur built up
(01:05):
a four major pillars that is about your mindset, your
character, your habits, and thenultimately your structure.
And if you have those things together as an entrepreneur,
you're almost unstoppable. And so we really want to help
you get that resonant frequency and how you carry yourself, the
energy that comes from you. Or we're hoping as a tribe here
at Entrepreneur that you really understand that we're here to
(01:28):
empower you and make sure that you feel that you're supported
in regards to pursuing an audacious dream that you have
within your heart. So entrepreneurial propaganda is
about helping us shape our mindset, shape our words and our
character in a way that we can deliver for messages that get
people to believe. And we're hoping that you
believe here at Entrepreneur. And we're excited you came back
(01:50):
for another jam packed fun episode.
We're going to really give you agood lesson today because you
know, we've been going through alot of our series over the last
few days and we've been talking about the five PS of self
determination, which is what builds up your mindset.
And that's power, prestige, principles, profit and
protection. And so over the last several
(02:11):
days, we've been breaking it down with our master class
theories to really go deep in each one of those.
And we've been talking about thewhole concept of protection over
the last few days. And so now we're going to really
continue to help you build thosegates in those moats that will
help to protect you and vision and your idea that no one can
come and sabotage the hard work it's taken for you to build what
(02:33):
you're building. And so, but what we have to talk
about today is a concept called being graciously aggressive.
Yes, graciously aggressive. Come on, say with me, everybody
graciously aggressive. So when we think about how do we
with all the boldness that I'm talking about here in
entrepreneur Ganda. And for a person who has the
strength of knowing who you are and you're really getting to the
(02:56):
point where you're taking all this knowledge of mindset and
looking to build your character will really have to come up to
the space where you have to be graciously aggressive.
That means deep down in the sincerity of who you are, who
understand the vision, the mission, the reasons, then the
whys that you're pursuing what you're building.
Sometimes there are gatekeepers and they're the people who are
(03:17):
keeping you out of talking to other people in their kingdoms
and you have to have the abilityto cut through and make sure
that someone lowers the gates for you and someone allows for
you to cross over their moats soyou have access, so you can
continue to grow and build. And part of that is having the
ability to be graciously aggressive to get to that point.
Even in the days when people used to do wars and fights, they
(03:40):
would have a thing called a parlay.
And the parlay was in a situation where you just came
kind of weak handed, but it was a conversation amongst leaders
or people who were in the decision making capacity that
could sit down and talk before the war took place.
And when you had those parlays had to still have a stance where
there was a level of aggressiveness, but there had to
(04:00):
be a level of grace and courtesy.
So everyone can at least understand that if it's going to
be war, it's going to be war. But if we can find peace, let's
find peace. And so when we build into our
leadership, when we're building into our mindset and we really
want to establish protections for all the hard work we've
built within what we're building, we got to know how to
be graciously aggressive. And that's what we're here with
(04:22):
entrepreneur is to give you a different perspective on what
you should be out here doing andhow you carry yourself.
So that way as an entrepreneur, you know, you're resonating a
frequency that feels different, that feels like you do have a
different mentality than others. And with that, people will take
notice and you will start to open up mood Brewers that you
didn't even know that you could open.
Or you will start seeing gates raised for you because people
(04:46):
want your presence because they want that energy you give off.
And that's what we're building here, tribe.
So I thank all of you for sticking with us here at
Otropiganda. We have so many great things to
talk about. It's Sunday, so we're going to
have some fun today. But while before we do that, as
always, I like to take a moment to thank our sponsor.
Yes, our sponsor is Chi Max Yes,Chi Mac is God's greatest game.
(05:08):
Chi Max is a 40 deck card game that was designed with you in
mind as the person who wants to build their mindset to the level
of having stronger cognitive abilities that ultimately allow
for you to build your memory up.As well as being able to build
your math skills so you have stronger skill sets that will
allow for greater income and greater opportunities to find
(05:29):
you. G Max is like a card game that

the years, but it plays out in acard game fashion that has a
different story storyline that talks about the Infinity of your
life. So you definitely want to get
your hands on a Chi Max deck. I play it often and my family
plays it. It allows for us to have this
impact that we're having in regards to our minds and we want
(05:53):
you to have that same sensation. So you make sure you get you a
Chi Max deck. You can get you one at
mosaic.com. That's mosayk.com.
Yes, mosaic.com. Mosayk.com get you a Chi Max

(06:15):

Chi Max has a lot of great things in the pipeline and I'm
so proud that entrepreneur was able to be sponsored by this
phenomenal card game that is God's greatest game.
So you definitely get yourself adeck of Chi Max.
So while we get back to our topic today, we always take a
(06:38):
little bit of time to just, we really talk about so many great
things. We talked about the headlines,
we talked about AI, we talked about technology, and we talked
about so many different things that are starting to implement
within different industries. But today I want to take a
moment to just take the personaltime out to really talk about
how's it all building for you out there?
(06:58):
How's it really growing? Sometimes we don't get a chance
to take stances that allow for us to really do self checks and
really check in. For me, I'm taking a moment
because personally, I, as I'm getting you all to get to know
who I am is Michael Stewart Isaacs through this platform.
I don't want to just be someone who's just leading the charge,
but I want you to get to know mea little bit.
(07:20):
So I want to talk about something personal for a moment.
I had the pleasure over the weekend to celebrate my aunt,
one of my favorite people who's my mother's sister or older
sister. People who've heard previous
episodes me talking about my mother, she had a birthday
recently. My aunt and her share birthday
that are a few days apart, but we had a opportunity to
(07:41):
celebrate my aunt's 75th birthday.
Yes, shout out to my aunt for celebrating her 75th birthday.
I as I always want to make sure to love on my family through my
platforms. I really want to make sure you
all understand the power of thattoo, right?
Love the people you love deeply and love them through the things
you do. Don't shun it.
(08:01):
Don't try to think there has to be some separation.
We're all human and we want to share those things with one
another. And that's part of this mindset
shift because too many people like to put like, you know,
traps on their brain to think, Ican't say this thing in this
area. And I can only say things in
this way. And I can only act like this in
one way. And they do all this code
switching in their mind. But when you really have a
(08:22):
mindset that really loves what you love, love who you love, you
be yourself authentically, right?
And that's the part where we're just talking about this
gracefully aggressive being yourself, being OK, They would
be in yourself, even if sometimes it may irritate or
harm other people's in terms of how they think you should be,
you still step up and say, you know what?
This is who I am and what I'm inman like for me, I love people
(08:45):
and I love hard. I love everyone out there.
I love you as a tribe. I love my family, my tribe, and
I'm always grateful to be able to express that.
So I hope you all definitely understand.
I want to take a moment just to shout out that because you know,
my again, my aunt turned 75. That's such a milestone to our
existence. That's 25 three times over in
(09:06):
terms of just the life experiences that we get to
resonate with. So we want you to all have that
feeling to understand that we'rebuilding lives that we want to
take us into our our ages that allow for us to see
grandchildren and see great grandchildren and really give
them the wisdom of our experiences.
And that's the beauty and the things I learned from my family.
(09:27):
So I just want to share that fora moment.
Thank you all for hearing my heart with that.
Because, you know, family means means a lot to me.
So definitely want to take a moment out, right.
Also to, you know, something that was sticking out today,
we're going to talk a little bitbriefly about headlines.
I don't want to go too much because there's always there's
always some, you know, unique story in the headlines.
(09:48):
But let's talk about what's going on quickly.
Chinese startups drop the world's cheapest humanoid robot.
So there's a Chinese startup that is building out a humanoid
robot and then unveiled something called Boom Boom, a
humanoid robot. And it's the price that a
thousand $1370. So would you buy a humanoid
(10:11):
robot? Let me ask you all that.
Would you buy a robot out there that could do the things you
need, chores, help you around the house or, you know, even do
some work with you? And we're not talking AI now
we're talking about the actual humanoid.
That means a robot that moves like a person moving around your
house. Would you feel comfortable with
that? Let me know.
Let me know in the comments whatyou feel about those parts of
(10:33):
the headlines. Also, too, unitary reveals its
most advanced humanoid robot yet.
So they're also. There's a whole slew of
humanoids that are being built out by all these different
companies. Amazon also.
Of course, people may have heardthe headlines.
Amazon reportedly plans to replace 6000 potential U.S. jobs
with robots. So instead of creating a market
(10:55):
where they're going to increase their job loads with more
humans, they're actually going to employ more human.
They basically using humanoid style robots, little arms,
little robots that move packagesaround and it puts it in bends
and positions them. So people who, you know, we're
still going to have people driving trucks, but at some
point, I know we've been talkingabout a lot of self driving
trucks and those types of items in the marketplace.
(11:18):
But the question is what part will humans play right?
Will it be a video game situation where we're playing
out a lot of these things? But again, when you look at what
these companies are doing, they're being graciously
aggressive because they're slowly telling you that there's
a potential that you'll be obsolete.
And they can use machines to do the same functions they're
asking you to do. Or you can say, where's the
(11:40):
opportunity? And part of what we're doing
here at Entrepreneanda and the work I do, I'm the founder of
organization called I Am Brilliant.
Or about helping people utilize their gifts and talents in ways
that serve their community, create entrepreneurial
opportunities. And the same thing like we're
doing here in this platform as atribe.
I'm just giving you the inner game, the inner workings of our
system and how we make it all work.
(12:01):
Because I really do care about people.
And I think we have to see that if we don't upgrade who we are.
If you're not listening to Entrepreneur again, every day,
they get the headlines to get the scoops to get the game in
terms of just the gems of the ways that you can change your
attitude and change your mindsetin a way that allows for new
success, new opportunities to find you.
(12:22):
Then I hey, Rick, I'm doing my part.
I'm doing the best I can to be apresent and be consistent
because I see the changes coming.
I see it from the vantage pointsthat I have in my career.
And I want to make sure that youall as an audience have it too.
And you're not unprepared for what is to come, but you're
really being you're getting the reboot here with Arch begin.
(12:43):
And that's what we're all offering is a reboot of
mentality that will allow for that entrepreneurial roar to
come out of you so you can continue to be the best version
of yourself. And that's the graciously
aggressive because I'm, I live that style, right?
I'm always graciously aggressivein my approach and what I'm
trying to do because why that's the, the ultimate impact that we
(13:04):
want to make, right? Everything should be about the
impact that you want to make andwhat you're building.
You know, entrepreneurs, sometimes we have to realize,
you know, entrepreneurs find opportunities or create an
opportunity, right? So as an entrepreneur as this
graciously aggressive approach because you're trying to make a,
you know, an impact, you have toeither have to find an
opportunity or you have to create an opportunity.
(13:26):
And the ones who out there get it, you get it.
You got, they got to find an opportunity or you got to create
the opportunity. You got to go out there and be
graciously aggressive and find ways to make someone buy
something they didn't want to buy.
You know, take on a service thatyou believe they need will
convince me, right? Because right now I have to pay
grocery bills. I have to take care of my
medical people have new things that are going to be presented
(13:49):
with them over the next several days and months and weeks that
we have to prepare as entrepreneurs to be willing to
understand those pain points early, but still be able to get
through the the initiative that we need to do to make the
impact. And so it's a combination of
energy that you have to start toget within your mindset that the
awareness not only is aware of what's happening and
(14:11):
regurgitating get back to the world, but knowing how to
process the information at a higher level.
So then you can command what's the headlines are telling you in
a way that you're now going to create new things that one day
will be the headlines because you're the leaders and you're
the tempo that's changing the environment or prepared for the
environment that's changing in away that you're bringing new
(14:31):
solutions, new innovations, new inventions, new imagination that
isn't fearful, but is allowing for it to be a greater
opportunity for the impact to bestrong.
And that's what a real entrepreneur does.
And that's what we're doing hereat Entrepreneur.
Again, as a tribe, we're ready for the new world.
We're ready to set the order. We're ready to make sure that
people have the things they needand the things they didn't even
(14:51):
know their need. Oh my goodness, it's about to
change their lives. And I look forward every day for
anything I could do to change people's lives.
And that's the greatest, the aggressive part, right?
I have a humble heart for what Iwant to do to serve people.
But at the same time, I know thework that I'm doing, I know the
products I'm making. I know what I'm doing is a part
of making the impact on people'slives.
(15:12):
And I'm so intentional with that.
And that's the aggressive part, and that's the urgency.
So when we sit at these parlays and we're talking through all
these different aspects of how this thing is going to go, we
got to understand, I declare waror I declare peace, but we're
going to make sure it gets done. And that's what I'm talking
about that kind of energy is that kind of fight that we're
trying to promote here for you to really get the energy to, you
(15:35):
know, really get your, your, yourself going and be ready to
really go out here and make the impact that you're deserving to
make as an entrepreneur. Right?
You know, you know, I, you know,my wife says a really cool quote
the other day to me and she saidsomething when she said I can't
come down, but you can come up, right?
So imagine that, right when you're sitting here in every
(15:56):
position you're in, we don't want to come down to people's
levels. You want to bring them up to
your level. You want to bring them up to
your awareness because it's not their fault that they're not
aware of what you're aware of. But it's your a graciously
aggressive approach that has to make sure that they become aware
of what you're aware of. And once they are aware of it,
that they know what you're building, what you're part of
(16:17):
the teams you got going on, everything that's going, they
can't resist it. So what else can they do but
work with you? And that's the graciously
aggressive part, right? Because the impact is so
tremendous, they can't ignore you.
And that's what we're building here in Arch Baganda is a spirit
of a tribe that gets that roar, that gets that cry, that loves
the energy. And they're going to go through
(16:38):
every door possible and that's what we're here.
We're building it. Oh man, I hope y'all feel the
passion because I love this. I love what we're able to do
here. And I know what we're building
as an organization. I know what we're building out
here. My company, Mosaic, Oh my
goodness, we're building so manythings.
I know your companies are building it.
I want to hear their names, put them in the comments, Let me
know who you are. And I'm going to make sure we
(16:58):
shout you out as we build. The tribe here at Arch began to
because we want you all to feel like you have something that's
giving a Thunder roar to what you're being.
You know, creativity keeps depression out, I think, I think
sometimes, you know, when I'm able to be creative, it helps to
keep the depression out. And I want you to feel that
energy that you don't have to bedepressed anymore because you're
(17:18):
keeping in my phenomenal ideas or the way you feel about
yourself or the things you want to express the world.
Let that out because if not, it's going to create that
depression in your life. You got to get that out of you.
You got to get those energies out.
Don't let them creep up in it. It's not worth it, right?
The goal is to always feel useful with your expressions.
And so every time we come out here and express ourselves and
(17:39):
build, build what we're buildingin entrepreneurs, you're going
to feel useful. You're going to feel like people
need what you have. Again, understanding these
situations in these parlays, being graciously aggressive,
getting to the point because we're talking protection people.
You're talking about the protections that you're setting
up in your life. And you got to have the energy
that makes sure that people do not want to mess with you, let
(18:00):
alone don't want to hear what you have to communicate.
And we really want to set that up in a strong way here as a
tribe because that is the mindset that gets through
opportunities. That's the person that starts to
build a character that people can't stop.
And that's what we want you to feel like is that you're
unstoppable force that's making an impact with the phenomenal
idea and service or imagination that the world needed so
(18:22):
desperately and did not know they needed it.
And that's what we're here ringing a charge with
entrepreneur because we want youto feel that passion and you
know within your your own purpose and what you're doing.
So thank you so much for always connecting man.
You know, I can stay here with you all forever because I love
what we're building here. And I love when we take the
headlines and get worried about some humanoid robots.
(18:43):
Let them come bring the humanoids on.
They ain't They're not going to be like us because we're getting
the upgrade right now. We're getting the reboot right
now. We're building it.
And that's what we're building as an organization.
That's what we're building. Tribe, keep the reboot.
Come on, let's go. Let's upgrade.
These technologies aren't going to be better than us.
Why could I listen to Aunt Beganda?
I got got me a new mindset. I'm building up my character.
(19:06):
I'm building my habits, I'm building up what what I have
going on with my structure. No one can stop me.
Come on, man, Michael Stewart Isaacs, MSI, your favorite guy.
I'm not going to let you down. I'm going to give you what you
need that energy to charge through, you know, do whatever
you got to to take on the army yourself.
That's what we're building over here for you to get stronger
here as an entrepreneur. And we want you to feel that as
(19:28):
we also talk about, you know, keep, you know, just you better
keep chasing your dreams. That's all I could say, you
know, for me and all of what I was talking about earlier,
spending time with family and, and I can make excuses at a
moment, you know, real human moment where I, I literally
smashed my finger right right before I was about to go and
celebrate my family member and, and really, you know, give all
(19:50):
of myself to my family and the energy.
I could have said, no, I'm hurt right now and I can't do it.
But no, even through our own hurts and pain, we have to
continue the March. We have to understand there's
going to be some battle scars toamongst each day that we go
through. But sometimes it it leads to a.
Telling of a balance that comes in our lives that sometimes we
(20:11):
were really, we're about to havethe most joyful occasion come to
us even in moments when we feel our greatest pain.
And you have to always be anticipating that.
You have to always be ready for that.
You always have to really just be prepared for the success that
you're destined to have. And that's what we're saying.
That graciously aggressive part allows for you to open up all
(20:31):
those doors of destiny where they won't close to you without
feeling like you're hurting somebody else or they like me
because I'm nice or anything. No, just be gracious, be
aggressive. And grace comes from God.
So we want you to feel that energy that's within your true
frequency of who you are and whoyou were created by.
(20:52):
So you know who's you are and what you're capable of doing.
And that's the greatest protection you can put over your
home, over your company, over your community.
And that's what we're building here with Orange Began is that
ability to grow. So I really, I'm telling you, we
feeling it today and I'm grateful because this is what

(24:32):
Make sure you you're using your ideas to turn into intellectual
properties that you can own as assets and truly take your life
to the next level of opportunities.
So we're here to teach that. We're here to give you the
energy you need to be in the room.
I'm so excited. We've been going over our
series, the five PS of self determination a part of our
mindset through on series. We've been breaking down the
last several days, all the power, prestige, principal,
(24:55):
profit. Now we're in protection.
We've gone through the 1st 2 days of protection.
Now we're going through the lastday.
So once we get through all the what we're talking about as far
as mindset, we'll bring it back together as a team and we'll
talk through a tribe and really make sure that we are able to
really understand where we're going with our mindset.
And then we're going to start talking about our character.
So I'm excited about the journeyof where we're going here with
