make sure that you all understand the joys of that game
as well. So as always here in
Archbaganda, we always have themes that we're locking into
that will allow for us to empower each other, that will
allow for us to build together and grow.
And with Anch began that we havea system where it's focused
(02:49):
around 4 pillars, that's mindset, character, your habits,
and ultimately your structure. And we believe with those
characters, opportunities that we are able to foster within
you, we'll be able to help you really become the entrepreneur
that you're destined to be and make sure that you're the top of
the class, world class, best in class, whatever it needs to be,
(03:12):
that people choose you every time.
And we want to make sure you have that energy here today.
Our edition that we're talking about is about the missing
puzzle. Yes, being the missing piece to
the puzzle. And we want to make sure that
you understand that you are the missing piece of the puzzle.
There are puzzles, there are problems, there are issues in
the world. And the best way that you can
(03:33):
step forward in your power, in your ability is to be the
missing piece to the puzzle. And that's what we want you to
understand that you are here at Entrepreneur is the missing
piece to the puzzle. The ability for you to continue
to grow, continue to grow, continue to grow and build.
That's what we want here for you.
And we want you to be able to dothat at all levels of the game.
(03:53):
And that's what we're really about in regards to what you are
possible, what's possible for you.
And being the missing puzzle is where we really take it to the
next level and how we express what it takes to be launch began
the tribe here. And that's what we want you to
be is that part of our tribe andwhat we're building.
So as we always start each edition, we always like to jump
(04:15):
into the headline. So let's go ahead and jump into
it. Let's go ahead and, you know,
unpack what's been going on. Particularly, we like to focus
on technology in this world right now.
Everyone's talking about AIAIAI,so there's so many great things
going on. One great announcement that I
saw that I wanted to mention wasrecently Campus, which is an AI
(04:36):
software that's helping individuals to understand, you
know, what they can do to go back to school using AI teachers
and courses has acquired is acquiring Sizzle AI.
So campus AI is acquiring SizzleAI online 2 year college.
This is an online 2 year collegeprogram, which is what campus
is. And now they're adding on Sizzle
(04:56):
AI to basically be able to add on their user base as well as
the technology that they deployed to really help
individuals grow their educationin the new ways that employers
really need individuals to be able to think.
Particularly what they're hiringfor is for people to be more
tech driven, to be more coding, have those types of dynamic
(05:17):
courses that allow for individuals to have the jobs of
the future. So again, campus is acquiring
Sizzle AI. So that was a cool headline that
went through. What else do we have in the
news? So we also know Slack rolls out
a new AI feature powered by openAI as well as is Anthropic.
So Slack bot is allowing the AI powered Slack bot is now drafts
(05:41):
project plan, summarizes reports, prioritizes daily tasks
and pulls data from Google Drivesales force as well as OneDrive.
So it's basically utilizing the AI tools within their platform
to then we talked about that before, right?
A lot of individuals that are out there as they're building
(06:01):
out their AI stacks, they're basically, you know, using some
of the best in class software that's already out there to
implement within their organization.
So if they already have scale, the way they're achieving AI at
scale is through partnerships. And that's what's bringing
evaluation to companies like Open AI and Anthropic is their
ability to partner with mega, mega corporations and integrate
(06:24):
that within their present software and then upgrade their
software to a more large language model driven type of
activity. So that's kind of the details
around that. Also to open a is partners with
Broadcom to build custom AI chips.
So anyone that's out there checking those out, you know,
looking, you know, that likes more of the hardware side of AI,
(06:47):
that's something you should dig into some more as well as
Microsoft launches an AI image generation model.
So this is called the Mai Image 1 model is designed to produce
photorealistic images with Microsoft saying it sought
feedback from creative professionals to avoid
repetitive and generically stylized output.
(07:10):
So basically they wanted to keepit from what people are seeing.
Everyone kind of sees that every, you know, software out
there is trying to show they can, you know, do the deep fake
type of looks where you can takepeople like Tupac and make them
come back to life and be in a Walmart or would have had them
in a, you know, I'm going to leave it at Walmart.
But just basically, you know, having these different tools
(07:32):
that can do so many different things, render new images,
understand how to be original and not just steal right.
Right now, AI can only borrow from the information that's
within itself and thus in it. It can create, but it's also
creating based on archetypes that are already out there.
If if that's a good way to express it.
So ultimately the AI has to keepon learning and it has to take
(07:56):
an inputs from us as people to make it exactly start to create
new types of images and new imagination.
But honestly, with what a lot ofthe tools can do out there to
render these images, it is amazing.
Even with Hollywood, you know, actors have been nervous because
AI may very well take their jobs.
But you know, like myself, I'm avoice over artist.
(08:18):
So as you utilize your voice, you know, that may be something
that, yes, it can be duplicated by AI, but also those creative
arts will still be necessary. So we definitely want to keep an
eye out for all the different changes that are happening and
all these new technologies that are booming in AI.
I think also too we might need to note that California has
become the first state to set rules for AI chat box.
(08:40):
So Gavin Newsom signed a new AI safety law which makes companies
like Open AI, Meta and CharacterAI responsible for keeping users
safe with age checks, self harm alerts and clear this is AI
warning. The law takes effect on January
1st, 2026. So where some of the federal
(09:02):
objectives to go after open AI and some of these initiatives
have failed. Some statewide organizations are
still going after some of these major AI companies and providers
to make sure that there are somelevel of reasonable rules of the
road so they understand how to go about keeping user data safe,
how to keep people safe, how to keep children safe.
So even though we have a new wild, Wild West of AI in terms
(09:26):
of how people may deploy it or want to innovate within it, we
also have to be careful for those bad actors, the
fraudsters, the different individuals, the predators that
are out there that will use the technology to harm or train
technology to become all those negative things and then thus
create the harm, right. So as we look at today, you
know, we're talking about being the missing piece of the puzzle.
(09:49):
So as we go through the headlines, as we breakdowns kind
of what the the parameters here as a tribe with entrepreneur, we
want to make sure that you understand where you fit in and
that you might say, hey, Mike, Imean, I hear you talking and I
hear all these great things, butat where do I fit in?
How do I really make sure that Ican be the missing piece of the
puzzle? And so that goes back to your
(10:10):
mindset, right? When you have a mindset that can
sometimes limit you from the potential of your growth, you
have to sometimes seek new inputs or you can grow and
evolve. What you don't want to be is
both someone who knows that you're not giving yourself
everything you need to grow at ahigher level that you think you
deserve to be. But also be so close minded that
you don't let new information come in that could be useful to
(10:32):
you to help you grow. And one thing you have to
understand is who you are is so important to your power, but
it's so important to being that missing piece.
Really understanding the unique proposition that it is to be
you. Understanding exactly what it
means that when you look in the here every morning, when you
think about your mind and scan it, when you look at your heart
(10:53):
and plan it, you make sure that you understand that you cannot
be taken for granted. And so thus you have to bring to
the world exactly what your value is.
You have to show them. It could be as simple as how you
cook. It could be how you bring your
mechanic skills to repairing a car.
It doesn't matter what it is, but it comes so naturally.
And thus someone needs what you have and you have.
(11:14):
It's imperative, it's urgent that you go out here and serve
that purpose. And that's, that's what it means
to be the missing piece to the puzzle.
Because if anyone ever played like jigsaw puzzles and my
children, they love playing puzzle games and so forth.
The one thing we hate more than anything is when you get to the
place where you're almost completed with the puzzle and
then you realize you're missing a piece.
(11:36):
Oh my goodness, doesn't it suck to feel like you're missing a
piece? So what I want you to realize is
somebody woke up today realizingthey were missing a piece and
guess what tribe you very well may be the missing piece to
their puzzle. And the only way you're going to
know that is by going out there today is profit income Tuesday.
You deserve your profit. Go get it.
(11:58):
Make sure that these people knowthat you exist.
Make sure they understand what your mission is.
Make sure your marketing, advertising, connecting,
building, and you may say, I'm doing all those things, Mike,
I'm doing all those things, I get it.
But then if it's not working where you live at, go further
out, go deeper, go to places that can take you to the levels
that you're meant to be. Because as we said in one
(12:19):
edition before, in our in our, in our episodes, we talked about
location, location, location. So if you know you have an ocean
type of thinking and go to things that bring you to the
ocean. But if you're dealing in the
pond, if you're dealing in the lakes, then you make sure you
get every bit of catfish, whatever you like to fish for a
trout, whatever you may find, you better go find it and go be
(12:41):
the missing piece to the puzzle so people understand that you
are what they've been looking for.
And I'm excited that you here have continued to build with us
here at Archer began to, becausewe want you to know that, but
all about building a standard. And that's what we're about.
And when you know, you're the standard that people want you
cuz you are best in class. And that's what we want to help
(13:02):
you foster here. So thank you all for taking a
beat with me today cuz I really enjoyed that.
You know, really kind of talkingthrough that because there's so
many things going on in the world right now.
You know, I, I was looking at anarticle that was talking about
AI and you know, talking about it's shifting of the ad
industry, right? So the ad industry is concerned
whether or not they're about to have their Kodak moment.
(13:24):
Meaning when Kodak cameras came, they kind of disappeared because
people got to digital phones andthey weren't ready for the
explosion of digital phones and people being able to take
pictures on their phones. I mean, there was a moment in
time, y'all like we have to go back.
And I know for people who are 25and younger here listening,
there was a time we used to haveanother device that you had to
(13:46):
take pictures from and whether they were blurry or not or
whether they were straight, you would never know until you had
to go take it to another store. And then you had to wait and
give it to somebody so they can develop them.
And now your pictures weren't even private because you had
someone at a store that was ableto see what you printed and see
what came out and didn't print come out.
And then you had all your whatever your business was
(14:07):
exposed. And that's how we used to do
cameras and photos back in the days for my young Gen.
ZS that may not be aware of thatright now, you all have privacy.
You have your cameras on your phone, you have your phone
memory, you have Snapchat, you have this chat, you got this
photo, you got TikTok. You got so many different ways
that you could take photos and really be able to keep them
(14:29):
private. But they're always in the cloud,
right? There's somewhere somehow in a
server, all of the images, just like those photo places.
We used to take our photos and drop them off.
Now they're up in a cloud in theserver somewhere, and I'm sure
there's some backlog approval somewhere that people see
everything and anything that we put out there in the cloud.
But ultimately, as I was saying, the ad industry is worried about
(14:50):
their Kodak moment. My advice to the ad industry is
reach out to entrepreneur. We got some great ideas for you.
We have ways to make sure that your people stay fresh with the
latest AI tools and use AI as a tool and not as a concern.
And definitely we want to make sure that we can build
individuals that believe in themselves and understand how
they are the missing piece. So to my comrade ads in the ad
(15:12):
industry, you are the missing piece, but just don't worry
about your Kodak moment. You're going to last.
Don't worry, we're going to figure out new ways to build and
grow together. Also to you know, it's Amazon
seasonal hiring updates of beinggoing on.
Kroger looks outside for CEO andalso Walmart's golden ticket and
has been going on. And then you know, so it's it's
(15:32):
the season now where people are preparing for those big retail
upticks. When you look at the holidays,
it's been a little slow in a lotof the data that's been out
there. But ultimately we believe that,
you know, the consumer's always going to spend.
They're just waiting to the lastminute and then it's probably
going to be like a surge of people buying things, but
they're looking for deals, right?
And that's our job as entrepreneurs, my job to teach
(15:54):
you, whether it's profit, income, Tuesday or any day,
we're talking about what it takes in this entrepreneurship
field. We want to make sure that you
have those insights to give you the instincts that you need to
know when to move, when to strike, what seasonal, you know,
situation am I in? How should I move?
How should I be prepared? How should I prepared, you know,
1218 months prior to this moment.
So I'm ready, everything I'm doing even today being on this
(16:17):
mic with you, I prepared for this months in advance, a year
in advance 18 months ago becauseI knew exactly what I needed to
bring in each step and iterationbecause of the experience that I
have in entrepreneurship. Again, I'm a 27 year old vet in
the entrepreneurship space. So ultimately this for me was
been a journey of really just kind of building out, you know,
(16:40):
a lot of opportunities, understanding how can I take my
imagination and really start to own my intellectual property.
And as I went on that journey and I went through a journey of
self discovery, I was able to document the process.
And that process is what launch began is all about.
It's about giving people clear, loving direction that really
helps them reach that level of professionalism that they really
(17:02):
want to achieve. But sometimes they may not know
how to fill in the gaps. And that's why we talk about
what we talk about on our show. Another thing I want to talk
about is the industry I love themost, which is the licensing
industry. And with the licensing industry,
you know, lately there's been a lot of nostalgia, meaning
there's products from our youth. And if you're in my generation,
I'm probably the late end generation X early end
(17:23):
millennial generation. And ultimately we have a lot of
products and services when we were younger that we want, you
know, that we're like, you know, old retro cartoons like Ninja
Turtles, you know, you, you nameGarfield, etcetera.
And you're starting to see them make a like they're being
reimagined in 2025 and beyond where people are starting to
(17:44):
take those images and start to bring them back into some kind
of level of retro fashion, right.
So something that was your childhood now has relevancy to a
new generation and who has mastery of those things.
But you right, you know, you get, you knew the fake all the
characters, you knew all their moves and their sounds and their
little statements and slogans and sound bites and all these
(18:06):
things. So now you can take that
intellectual understanding and now monetize them in spaces like
licensing. If you have some other
professional based services, factories form fits of something
you create, you can now use character art to help expand
that and you can use nostalgic characters that you grew up with
to be a part of that journey. So just a little note from the
(18:28):
licensing section here in regards to what's possible with
the world of IT, intellectual properties and licensing and
what you can build. So as we go into our final
lesson today and we really want to get into, you know, what
we're every time with addition with Orange began, I kind of go
round Robin in regards to our daily themes, what we're
(18:49):
building as a tribe, how we're, you know, in this episode being
the missing piece of the puzzle and really getting to that
directive of how we achieve thatby just being present, by
understanding the value of what we offer.
But today, for us to get there, I really have to think about the
concept of humility versus humiliation.
So let me tell you why I said this.
(19:09):
Family, right? As an entrepreneur, you must
realize that your ability to connect with people as a
community and audience and user base will lead you to your best
rooms, right? You want to be LED into the best
rooms possible. So the way you do that is always
been told to me by being humble, right?
Waiting your turn, being the person who has a good name in
(19:31):
the room, right? Our reputation that we've built,
but sometimes I think, you know,I'm a with entrepreneur, I
always broke down how we would talk about root words, like how
do we take the roots of words and really kind of figure out
how they connect to the sounds that we're making.
So when we're actually telling the world who we are from a
frequency level, we understand how words impact what we're
(19:54):
saying. And so when I thought about the
word humility, then I thought about the word humiliation and I
realized that they have some level of root origin to one
another. Both stem from the Latin.
Root humus, meaning earth or ground.
This shared etymology is centralto their correlation.
(20:15):
So when you think about humilityand the word humiliation, it's
about the earth, but more importantly, it's about
something being grounded, right? So when you think about the
ground and the word humility, you know when you think about
humility and most of the time from it, we think about humility
is the hottest choice to be grounded, remain connected to
(20:36):
1's origin and equal worth with others, right?
So we use humility to be grounded, right?
We don't want to think so much, right, entrepreneur?
We're about being the best version yourself, but still got
to be, you know, have a level ofhumility, right?
But then I thought through the word humiliation, which is a
forceful act of being brought down to the ground, thrown down
(20:59):
or degraded against one's will. So I wanted to really unpack
this because I realized as we'rebuilding as a tribe and as we're
all trying to continue to sustain the confidence that we
need be the best of the best to be world class.
Sometimes we get caught up in understanding that there's a
(21:19):
correlation that people are afraid to be humble or have
humility. And it's a confusion with the
concept of being humiliated or humiliation.
And if we can start to unravel the difference.
But yet the sound frequency feels similar.
But we really understand that there's a underlining power in
(21:40):
our ability to be humble. There's a power to allow for us
to build community. There's a power for us to be
more vulnerable, like we talked about in previous episodes and
be more transparent. And what we we want to do is get
to that place of humility, not ever feeling like humiliation.
And so for that, we have to break down yet the Sonic sounds
(22:00):
of the word sounding similar, but making sure within our brain
as we build and try to get readyto like entrepreneur, we're
going to help you not only learnwhat the latest AI is about,
we're helping you be able to compete with AI right, to
understand that AI is a tool foryou to use.
But if you're not improving yourmindset and it's kind of hard,
(22:21):
if you're not improving your character and it's kind of hard.
If you're not out here improvingyour habits and it's kind of
hard. If you're not out here improving
your structure, then it's kind of hard.
And so the busyness can never ever get out of a space where it
can get organized. And that's what we're about.
It's helping you take your busyness and learn how to
organize it. And the way you do that is by
(22:41):
those pillars, but we have to also have a spirit of humility.
So we can't understand that being the missing piece of the
puzzle is what really is all about.
And that humility is the driver to understand when the time is
right for you, when the opportunity is set for you, when
your preparation has been oiled and geared up and you walk
(23:04):
through every single door because you are the missing
piece of the puzzle and your humility get you there.
But one thing I want to deal with is the fact that you, you
never should have to feel humiliation.
Humility isn't humiliation. Humility is a choice to be
grounded and be a part of your community and what you're
building and understand who you're serving.
Humiliation is when somebody tries to disrespect you.
(23:26):
And what we won't tolerate here with Ontriganda is disrespect.
And we will never subject you tothat level of, you know, style
of being. And you have to remove those
things from your environment. But if we can continue to build
with our humility and understandwhat the missing piece of the
puzzle will always continue to grow and succeed.
And that's what I wanted to giveyou today on this Profit Income
(23:48):
Tuesday. And really hope that you all
really hear it deeply and understand how that connects and
how all of the new technologies,AI is coming together and
correlating. And how your imagination and
your intellectual properties canlead you to spaces and
industries that allow for you totake them to the next level.
Partner with people, get your freedom back, really learn how
(24:11):
to monetize and grow from this space.
And So what we want to do is stimulate your mind with this
program really breakdown words for you all breakdown concepts
for you all in a way that as a tribe, we come together with a
shared common language. And when we start to gather and
start to build the movement entrepreneur, we're all able to
continue to grow for the long term.
(24:32):
And I'm grateful for you all. Give me a chance to really just
pour into you really hope that there was something edifying and
what was said. My goal is to continue to really
just provide a framework for someone out there who isn't sure
that they have the right framework to make sure to fill
in the gaps. I can't make the ideas for you.
(24:52):
What I can tell you to do is howto get yourself right and in the
position to execute on your ideaand make sure that you have the
what it takes that when you sit down at the table, they're
always ready to pull, you know, pull up a plate for you.
They're already ready to hear everything you're saying.
They're already ready for you tobe in position to know that
you're worthy of that table and I want you to be at your best
(25:15):
