ENTREPREGANDA | Season 1, Episode 20

"Cancel and Continue" | The Faith

What's meant for you will find you. Cancel what doesn't serve you. Continue toward your destiny.

Host Michael Stewart-Isaacs delivers a profound episode on transformation, faith, and the strategic discipline required to turn dreams into reality.

In this episode, we transform:

Earned Income Monday: The 7 Day Game Plan Cycle Renews
We return to day one with renewed understanding. Earned Income Monday is where you trade your time, talent, and energy for money—the foundation of all wealth. But this week, Michael introduces a powerful truth: when the right person enters your life, it's time for transformation. Your earned income potential multiplies when you align with the right partnerships, mentors, and collaborators. Gen-Z and Millennials know ENTREPREGANDA always delivers the GAME PLAN for successful living.

Headline Breakdown: AI Infrastructure Wars & The New Asset Class

  • AI Coding Wars: The battle for dominance in AI-powered development is intensifying. Michael breaks down which platforms are winning and what this means for entrepreneurs who code—or who hire coders.
  • Apple's New M5 Chips Are an AI Game Changer: Hardware meets artificial intelligence. Michael analyzes how Apple's latest chips will revolutionize creative production, business operations, and competitive advantage for entrepreneurs.
  • BlackRock's $40 Billion Data-Center Bet Reframes AI as a Yield-Bearing Asset Class: This changes everything. Michael unpacks how Wall Street is now treating AI infrastructure like real estate—a long-term, income-generating investment. What does this mean for entrepreneurs positioning themselves in the AI economy?

MASTERCLASS: Cancel and Continue
Michael shares a powerful quote from actress Keira Knightley, learned during his days working with the SAG Foundation in Los Angeles: "What's meant for you will be for you." This philosophy becomes the entrepreneur's most powerful tool.

Cancel and Continue:

  • Cancel the deals, relationships, and opportunities that drain your energy and distract from your mission
  • Continue relentlessly toward what aligns with your purpose, vision, and ultimate goals

It's not about forcing outcomes. It's about having the faith to release what's not meant for you and the discipline to pursue what is.

The Faith: Dreams Require Structure
Every entrepreneur has a dream. But Michael reminds us that dreams without structure, strategy, and accountability remain fantasies. Faith isn't passive hope—it's active belief paired with disciplined execution. The Faith means:

  • Believing in your vision when no one else does
  • Building the systems that make your dream inevitable
  • Holding yourself accountable to the daily actions that compound into transformation

When the right person enters your life, transformation begins. When you cancel what's not meant for you, space opens for what is.

Have faith. Build structure. Cancel and continue.

Tune in now for another brilliant episode.

What's going on everybody, This is LUNCH began and I am your
host, Michael Stewart Isaacs. I am so excited to be here for
another edition of Archbaganda. Oh my goodness, We have so many
great things to discuss today. It is October 20th, 2025.
And that makes it earned income Monday.
Yes, earned income Monday. I do have to take a moment to

(00:24):
shout out my son CJ. It is his birthday.
He turns 19 years old. I, I want to give him a big
shout out. So excited, so proud to see him
grow up and become a phenomenal young man, a phenomenal
entrepreneur. So shout out to my son CJ for
his birthday, 19 years old. You do your thing.
But yes, here today is October 20th, 2025.

(00:48):
So excited to be back. So many great things.
We've come off for such a great exciting weekend.
We had the content and confidence event, a media day
where we were helping individuals learn how to be
ready their day one close up. Right as they always say, I'm
ready for my close up, so definitely excited to be in the
building. We did a great presentation

(01:08):
about media readiness and IP protection, how your personal
brand and your business brand correlate and how you're able to
build them up. And I'm excited to have been
able to just really give my wisdom.
As you know, here is a tribe at Entrepreneur.
We're all about giving the little tidbits that help us all
continue to have the decorum we need to be the best version of

(01:29):
ourselves in entrepreneurship. And we want to make sure we
focus on our mindset, our character, our habits, as well
as our overall structure. And that's what's important here
in entrepreneurs, making sure that we have those pillars
together. So we all have a framework
together as a tribe that we can all build from at the same time.
We want to make sure that you out there have everything you

(01:50):
need to know. What's the missing secrets that
you may need to add on to your repertoire so you can build the
best version of your business possible.
And that's what we want to do here as a tribe with
entrepreneur. So I'm excited.
Today's episode is going to be amazing.
I have so many great things thathave been on my mind.
Part of what we've been doing for the last few weeks is
unpacking our systems, right? So within the pillars, there are

(02:12):
full on systems of ANCH began tothat breakdown into the four
pillars of the mindset, the character, your habits, as well
as your structure. So we've been going deeper and
really going drilling down into our mindset because mindset is
so important. Anybody out there that knows
that this entrepreneurship battle is everything that you're
feeling, the struggles, the toughness, all that is normal

(02:35):
tribe. Let me tell you that it's
normal. When you step into
entrepreneurship, when you step out there, you're going to be on
a battlefield to find clients, find customers, find people who
support you, find your audience, find your user.
All of that is a battle. And yes, there are a lot of
great technologies and other things that can help us towards
those ends. So much information that's out

(02:55):
there on the Internet that really helps to shape us.
I don't care if you were lookingat YouTube videos, TikTok
videos, whatever, there's information that's in your mind.
But here don't you begin that. We want to help you learn how to
apply that information and make sure that you're getting the
full results. So we give you our framework
that helps you to kind of take the pillars of mindset,
character, habits and structure, and then we go deeper into what

(03:17):
it really means to execute thesethings.
So with that being said, we talked about the power, which is
a part of the five piece of selfdetermination.
We talked about the prestige, which is a part of the five
piece of self determination. So we've been unpacking
principles and we had a great episode showed yesterday where
we really started to talk about the principles.
And principles is very simple. It's basically saying, hey,

(03:40):
what's your standard? What is the standard of
excellence that is unique to whoyou are, that stands out, that
really can make a difference. And that's what we want to make
sure you understand is how to make that difference within your
entrepreneurial journey. So that only do you just have
the right information, but you know how to make the information
your own and you build principles around that.
From there we talked about be specific and commit.

(04:03):
We talked about that ability to be specific about what your
mission, what your purpose is, your why, and then commit to it
and making sure that you can really grow and navigate.
And we touched on a lot of that yesterday's episode.
But with today's episode, we want to talk about something
that's really near and dear to my heart, and that's the concept
of cancel and continue. Again, cancel and continue on

(04:26):
this journey of entrepreneurship.
There will be times when things seem difficult and hard, but you
have to know at any point you can cancel the expectation.
You can cancel the the want the hunger breath of wanting to
impress people. Cancel all of that.
Never be so afraid that you can do something wrong that it will
somehow interfere with your destiny to be the entrepreneur

(04:48):
you want to be. So at any time something doesn't
feel right or it's not flowing easily, then you need to cancel
it and continue. If someone rejects you and gives
you a no, you cancel it and you continue.
You do not ever stop because youthink some obstacles in your way
because as long as you stay on the path and what we're talking
about here with entrepreneur, which is a faithful path that

(05:08):
will walk you through every new door that opens up, you'll know
that when something isn't for you, you have to be able to
cancel and continue. And partly where I learned this
concept started many years ago as a.
So this is where we go a little deeper.
So you all know about myself, your host Michael Stewart
Isaacs, that when I first started my career, I've worked
in the music industry, I've worked in the fashion industry,

(05:30):
I've had the pleasure of workingon reality shows and technology.
I mean, I've had so many unique careers that has given me a
unique like make up of understanding all the core
things that will really help an entrepreneur grow.
And one of the things I learned with this cancel and continue
concept, it actually came from the actress.
Some of you may know from Pirates of the Caribbean, her
name is Keira Knightley. Keira Knightley was a person who

(05:53):
had the opportunity to work withher when I was working with the
SAG Foundation. So that's the Screen Actors
Guild Foundation and I had the pleasure of working with her and
so many phenomenal actors throughout my career.
And one thing she said when someone asked her what does she
do whenever it was tough for herto walk through the doors and
figure out the next roles or thenext deals to take on, what

(06:14):
endorsements to take on sometimes some things didn't go
her way and some things don't always go your way.
So one thing she said that stuckwith me from all those years
ago, would that bring into the principles of entrepreneur,
particularly those of the principles we're trying to
develop. A part of our value proposition
is knowing when to cancel something and then know that you
can still continue. Just because something ends in

(06:36):
one area with one person or one deal or one situation doesn't
mean it's going to end totally. You have to learn how to keep
your balance and keep your faithfulness and keep on
pursuing what you're building. But yes, I do want to shout out
Keira Knightley, the actress, for this tone of cancel and
continue having that confidence to build what you're building.
Sometimes things don't go your way, but knowing when to walk

(06:59):
away, knowing when something isn't working and then don't
feel like you have to give up. Just know when to cancel and
continue. We wanted to really break that
down to you all today because I think it's so important that we
understand, you know what it is and you know it to really build
and what it really means to really continue to grow as an
entrepreneur. And we want to make sure, you

(07:19):
know, that every entrepreneur has a dream, but dreams require
structure, strategy, accountability to become a
reality. And we want to make sure with
everything we're bringing to youall, we give you that.
And that's why we give you the pillars, the mindset, the
character, the habits, as well as the structure.
And when we talk about habits, we do it every day.
So today again, it's Earned income Monday.

(07:41):
So the habits are broken down weekly.
So we talk about different ways that money want to come to us.
And so with earned income, that's the money you go out
there and work. You may trade hours for money,
you may have big hourly wages, may have low hourly wages, but
anytime you or you may commit tosomebody to do a task or a job
for a set amount of money or fee.
So understand those are earned income.

(08:03):
Anything that takes your effortstowards making the money is
earned income. And we want to break that down
within our seven day game plan. And we give that to our audience
because we want to make sure as a tribe we're on the same page.
So that way we can continue to grow and we can continue to show
people why we're making a difference here at Entropicanda
because we want you to stay stand out.
We want you to know that yes, together as a tribe, we can

(08:25):
build and grow, but individually, we still have
strength to stand on our own andbe reliable and be someone that
people can trust will get thingsdone.
And that's what we're building. And so part of that to talk
about our headlines, we always jump in in a way to prove what
we're talking about when it comes to canceling and to
continuing and to build and grow.
And each time we do this, we want to make sure that you

(08:47):
understand that only the system of what we're building here at
Orange Beginning. But we also want you to know how
you can apply that to your day-to-day so you can keep on
growing and building because we don't want you to ever lose your
confidence, right? Content and confidence, right?
As I talked about the event we did this past weekend, we want
to make sure you keep your confidence.
And that's what we're building for.
Some people know me. I'm also the founder of an

(09:07):
organization called I Am Brilliant.
And part of what we're building there is about people utilizing
their gifts and talents and knowing how to leverage those
things towards what they're building.
But again, you have to really know your value.
You have to know that you have something special and you got to
know how to take that thing that's special and then really
package it well. So without further ado, let me
take a moment to give a quick shout out to our sponsor, Chi

(09:30):
Max Yes, Chi Max is God's greatest game.
Yes, it's a card game that is changing the world.
This game has been going around the country for the last year,
doing demonstrations, showing people a new way of thinking.
And T Max is for those people who want to improve their
memory, continuously build theircognitive ability.
It with a stronger mind, you cancreate greater world and greater

(09:52):
world of possibilities and opportunities.
And we want to make sure you have a tool that can help you do
that. So many people think that they
can keep sharpening themselves with the the tools of the
technology alone, but sometimes you need to step outside the
technology and find something and that really helps our minds
really grow. So that way the AI doesn't get
smarter than us and Chi Max is leading the way in that.

(10:12):
So Chi Max is God's greatest game.
It's a phenomenal game system. It allows for you to play
various games with a deck of cards.
The lead off game is called Order, where you take the 13
face cards and you try to find sequencing methods to help you
to continuously improve your brain.
You can play by yourself or you can play with against someone,
but it's a phenomenal set of games that come with Chi Max.

(10:34):
If you are interested in it, please feel free free to check
out chimax@mosaic.com. That's mosayk.com, mosayk.com
and get yourself a deck of Chi Max.
Now back to what we want to break down today, which is our
headlines. Oh my goodness, so many great
things have come across the headlines.

(10:54):
We've had so much going on in the world of AI.
As always, there's always an AI headline taking over the the
world. So we want to definitely jump
into some of those. I thought I saw some really cool
ones that I wanted to to breakdown.
Before we talk about just the AIby itself.
Did you all know that Wall Street is making a $40 billion

(11:15):
bet on AI infrastructure? So companies like BlackRock are
investing $40 billion in the data centers to basically build
up to see that data centers are the next big thing in regards to
where people are putting their investments because they believe
that AI is going to be like the new oil fields.
So people are going to be utilizing the infrastructure of

(11:35):
AI to build other new entrepreneurial opportunities
off the the systems that they'reputting in place.
Companies like NVIDIA are building these chips that are
processing at speeds we can't even imagine.
We're creating virtual realitiesout of thin air with what AI is
capable of doing and we're only getting started.
I know all of y'all seeing the cool applications of AI, but

(11:55):
every time you see something that AI is basically visualizing
and social media, it's probably at least been about 6 plus
months or up to a year that thistechnology has already been out
here and now it's just finally catching up to all of us as
users. So another cool thing is AI with
the AI, Apple's new M5 chip is set to revolutionize on AI

(12:17):
devices. So Apple has their M5 chip
that's coming out. So that's going to be pretty
cool to watch and see how that builds out.
You know there was a lot of great things going on that were
announced with AI. Some of y'all may have seen some
of the Dreamforce events where there was a lot of great
announcements on some of the cool things that are going on
with Salesforce and what they'redoing.

(12:37):
So there's a lot of cool things going on right now in the AI
field. So I definitely want you all to
keep yourself locked in and paying attention.
Also too, we have things going on with the coding world.
So AI codings wars aren't just about the model.
So right now people are having, you know, going back and forth
about the way AI is coding systems are doing.

(12:58):
So a lot of the systems that build out the AI chat box can
also do coding applications. So there's so much going on in
the space that are allowing for different companies to compete
in unique ways and finding ways to help people to write codes
that can build websites, that can build apps and so many other
cool innovations. There's no telling where that
will go as AI continues to show that it can generate just as

(13:20):
much code as people. So definitely keep your eyes out
for what's going on in that space as we also want to talk
about some of the other things going on.
We like to jump in and talk about the licensing industry
because again, part of what we want to do is take your ideas,
your imagination, your intellectual properties and show
you how you can build from it. And some of you may have been

(13:42):
disappointed in the past. You've had an idea or two and it
didn't go the way you wanted or the people you thought were
closest to you didn't support itin the way you thought they
should support it. But I'm here to tell you that
This is why we talked about the cancel and continue, right?
A part of what you're doing in your principles is I want you to
write down, cancel and continue anytime somebody talks to you or
talks down about any ideas or you have you let them know that

(14:04):
it is fully possible, but you have to stay focused to allow
those people to be canceled. And you got to know how to
continue and build and find yourtribe.
Find people like us here at Anchapaganda that believe in
your idea sight unseen. But we believe with faith that
you have a great idea that can continue to help you grow.
And sometimes we have to push past the naysayers to really put
ourselves in position to really grow to the next level of

(14:27):
opportunity. And that's why we want to give
you these insights. But part of what we love to talk
about here at Anchapaganda is the licensing industry.
And there's so many cool things you can do in that space.
I love it. It's a space where I get to use
my technological, you know, my technology brain.
And we were talking about yesterday about being
technological, right? So I get to use my technology
brain and some of the ways I know how to use cool technology,

(14:49):
cool tools. And now I get to leverage it
amongst the licensing industry where I get to talk to people
who use the world's favorite, most recognized character arts,
different big time names. I don't care if you talk about
The Beatles to the Airbears, youwill find opportunities within
licensing to do some cool collaboration.
So one of the collaboration thatstuck out to me that I saw was a

(15:10):
headline that Sega and Waves. So Sega the gaming company and
Waves the company that you may use to your GPS system to help
you know what traffic patterns are going on.
They're doing a collaboration toteam up to bring Sonic the
Hedgehog to the commuters. So imagine now while you're on
the Wave apps, they're going to have an integration where
they're going to be utilizing Sonic icons to be a part of the

(15:34):
way you keep track of where you're at in traffic.
So now they're finding ways to gamify just about every element
of our day-to-day. And just imagine how cool that's
going to be as a standard that down the road when you're
sitting in traffic, you're no longer just sitting in traffic,
but the patterns that you see within the maps will start to be
characters that you're familiar with.

(15:54):
How much joy will that bring to the commuters?
How much fun would that be? So I see this as being a big
thing coming down the pipeline and as AI continues to grow and
people people find new ways to create new kind of code and new
types of ideas. Working with licensing, working
with what I love to call the power of the nostalgia, right?
We have nostalgic power that is so important.

(16:14):
That's what licensing is fed offof is people's memories and good
times with characters and thingsthey grew up storybooks when you
were a kid, a cartoon series, a comic book.
You grew up with something that brought joy to you at the most
vulnerable time of your life, the most innocent time of your
life is when you're a child. And those things stick with us.
And then when we get older, we Iwant our children to feel the
same joy that we felt with thosethings.

(16:36):
Like me and my sons love Pokémon, and I grew up with
Pokémon when it wasn't cool to be a kid out here with Pokémon.
And now I'm looking at a whole generation of Pokémon lovers
that have evolved from the time when I had to be kind of quiet
about my Pokémon love. Now my sons and them get to be
open about what they do and how they love it, and they get to
meet people who love the true trade and grow.

(16:57):
They're even working with peoplewho are about my age, who still
are Pokémon collectors and just really learning this, this
ecosystem of resale and trade. And again, that's the world of
cancel and continue. Sometimes you have to know that
things at the time when you first launch something may not
you may be ahead of your time, but sometimes you have to just
cancel that moment, those moments of disappointment, those

(17:17):
people that didn't believe or couldn't hang on anymore.
And I, I give you know, people grace because so many people got
bills to pay, they got their ownpersonal responsibilities.
Sometimes they can't hang on to the vision as long as it takes
for it to go. But you have to know that you
have to continue and keep on going down the field of what's
meant for you. And when you do, that is no
stopping you. Because when people see that

(17:37):
kind of dedication, then they know that you're the person that
they need to really help spark achange in their lives because of
your commitment, because you're going out here and growing and
being consistent. And this is should be a part of
your principles because your principles are the part of who
you are. That last right?
That's the real legacy we leave. If you think about any great
leaders out there, the reason why we know a lot of them isn't

(17:58):
necessarily because we've ever met any of them first.
You met their prestige, meaning you well, one powers them
knowing who they are and you found out about their prestige.
So you heard about their reputation.
And then when they have principles, we tend to want to
record them, meaning we interview those types of people.
We we get them on record, we want to hear a quote from them.
And that's how it happens. That's how you become quotable

(18:19):
in life is when you outline principles that people can
follow and they can take. And that's why we're really
laying this out right now, you know, so you know what we're
building is all predicated on faith.
And if you have the faith out there that that will help you to
push down all mountains, even like today, I've been waiting on
a major call for some business opportunities that at first I

(18:40):
wasn't sure if it was still going to happen.
But with faith, I was able to keep myself focused, keep myself
staying busy, staying productive.
And then with faith, things happen and change because I was
willing to cancel if it needed to be, but I knew if I continue
in faith and so many great things can be unlocked.
And that's what we want you to really understand as we go
through headlines, as we talk about our overall pillars on

(19:02):
entrepreneur. What's most important is you,
what you're doing today and how you could be a little bit better
each day, just 1% better makes you go a long way in regards to
what's possible. And we want you to be able to
grow in all of what God has called you to be in this world
because that's what really matters.
Something I read earlier this morning and I thought was really
telling every now and then, you know what?

(19:25):
My family will share quotes and things that keep each other
uplifted and make sure tribe, asyou're building, you find the
people that can support you. If it isn't your family, get
into the comments here, Andre, again, it'll be me personally.
I'll make sure when you're feeling down, I'm going to help
you feel good when you're tryingto figure out how to cancel
something to continue. I'm going to give you those
insights because that's what we're here to do for one
another's build. But something I read this

(19:46):
morning says when the right person enters your life, it's
not just love, it's a transformation.
They don't bring confusion or chaos, they bring clarity and
calm. They don't.
Folk focus on your past. They see the strength in your
scars. They inspire you to rise, to
heal, to grow into the person you're meant to be.

(20:08):
It's not just a relationship, it's a partnership and it's
becoming your best self. And that's what we want to build
here as a tribe. That's what I want you to feel
from me as a host. You know, I want you to feel
that from the people that you allow in your life into your,
your sacred world. And as you're building your
brand, as you're building your excellence, that you're getting

(20:29):
your command and your resolve togo out here and tell people what
you do in this world and why you're the best person to do it.
You have to make sure you know when they cancel those who
aren't your cheerleaders. And you got to know how to
continue and build. And we hope you continue here
with this platform with entrepreneur because we want to
help you keep the faith. We want to make sure that you
stay focused on what's meant foryou.

(20:49):
We want to make sure you know how to refine your ideas.
That's why we set up these pillars because if your mindset
is correct and you have that strong, strong mindset that
breaks down all of the purposes, like we say, we talk about
power, prestige, principles, profit protection.
As we're breaking down now, we're still going through the
principles side. So that way you understand, and

(21:10):
in previous episodes, but again,we broke down everything it
takes to build up your prestige and everything it takes to build
your power. And so we want you to take this
momentum and continue to grow because with that faithfulness,
there won't be anything in the world that can ever cancel you.
And you always have the ability and the willingness to continue
on whenever you have a vision inyour heart that you know is

(21:31):
meant to be executed. But you got to remember,
sometimes when you have a visionin your mind, it takes a lot to
get other people to see it. And part of the way you get
people to see your vision is by putting it into action, by
putting into the world. And you can show them better
than you could tell them by getting out there and growing.
And that's what we want you to feel here.
Tribe is that entrepreneur is here to root you on, give you

(21:52):
what you need every day. We're going to stay with it.
It helps me build too, as entrepreneurs.
So we're helping each other and I'm so excited.
As I said, my name is Michael Stewart Eyes is your host.
I am with the organization. I'm the CEO of a company called
Mosaic. I'm the founder of an
organization called I am Brilliant.
And all I'm about is helping people be the best version of
themselves. And that's what we want for you

(22:13):
all. We have some great things coming
from our I am Brilliant company. We're actually doing a series
called What makes You Brilliant? We've already got a library of
interviews with a lot of tastemakers throughout 2025.
We've been building it up. It's on YouTube.
What makes you brilliant? You can see some of the
interviews and people we've already had the opportunity like
Master P and other people that are well known that we were able

(22:36):
to get some insights from them to really help us to see that
brilliance is something that hasits own individual definition,
but it's predicated on your gifts and talents.
And most of the time it's given to you by God.
And we want to know how you tapping into that greater
version of yourself so that way people can see the purpose of
why you're here in this world. And that's the faithfulness.
And that's how we grow through all these different spaces.

(22:59):
So make sure that you know that you have entered the right place
