"Everyone Wants to Achieve Their Personal Goals" | The Prospective

Your goals aren't abstract—they're as real as your breath. Release what no longer serves you.

MASTERCLASS: Everyone Wants to Achieve The Personal Goals
Michael unpacks a fundamental truth: we all want to achieve our personal goals, but most people lack the daily discipline to make them real. Daily growth isn't optional—it's crucial for manifesting your dreams and aspirations. Everything about your life is valuable, including the seemingly mundane moments that shape your trajectory.

The Prospective: The Power of Release and Removal
In one of the most unique lessons of the season, Michael introduces a profound concept: Every time you release something from your body—whether it's blowing your nose, spitting out phlegm, breathing out carbon dioxide—you can assign a task of deliverance or removal to those things that no longer serve you.

This is the art of prospective thinking: viewing every release as an opportunity to rid yourself of mental, emotional, and spiritual toxins. Physical release mirrors psychological release. When you intentionally let go of what doesn't serve you—limiting beliefs, toxic relationships, outdated strategies—you create space for growth, opportunity, and wealth.

Your body knows how to release. Your mind must learn to do the same.

Daily growth. Intentional release. Personal goal achievement.

Tune in now for another brilliant episode.

What's going on everybody? This is Aunt Baganda and it is
your host, Michael Stewart Isaacs, MSI, your favorite guy.
And I welcome you back to this next edition of Aunt Baganda.
Today is October 15th, 2025. And that makes it Interest
income Wednesday. Yes, interest income Wednesday.
We're so excited to be able to talk through all the systems of

(00:25):
what Aunt Baganda is here. And for you all out here as a
tribe, we're excited that you joined us again for another
edition of Anchapaganda. Our goal is to make sure that
you work through the four pillars.
That is your mindset, your character, your habits, as well
as your structure. And here at Anchapaganda, we're
making sure that you have all ofwhat you need to continue to

(00:46):
thrive in 2025, going into 2026.And every day, we want to make
sure that you are growing and feeling the growth here at
Anchapaganda. So we thank you for tuning in.
I'm excited because there's always great information to
share, there's always great headlines going on, and our goal
here as a tribe is to break it down for you so we can have all

(01:07):
of us on the right page of history so we can all be the
best versions of ourselves. With that being said, we have a
great episode for you today. We're going to go through a
phenomenal topic that really continues on this path of what
we're doing with our master class here at Anchapaganda.
Our goal is to really kind of give you some insights to help
you think about what you're doing as an entrepreneur

(01:29):
differently. If you take the mastery of your
skills and your gifts and you'reable to turn it into a viable
business opportunity or a viableopportunity that you can get
other people to be a part of. This is what we're here to do
with Anchapaganda. How do we amplify our messages?
How do we make sure that they'reresonant?
How do we have some edge and insider tips that allow for us

(01:50):
to really showcase who we are ina new, exciting way?
And that's what we're here to bring you here at Aunt Baganda.
Our goal today, this episode is about everyone wants to achieve
their personal goals. Yes, everybody wants to achieve
their personal goals. And so with Entrevaganda, we're
going to break down each day something new to give you

(02:10):
perspective. So that way as you're going
through your day, making your plans again, today is Interest
income Wednesday. We want to make sure that you
have a strategy like nobody elsehere in the marketplace.
And that's our goal is that we have a strategy and a system
that talks about marketplace monopoly.
We really want to make sure thatyou are dominant at what you do.

(02:31):
It doesn't matter what the skillset is, It doesn't matter what
the gift of talent is. All it takes is a little bit of
imagination and understanding ofintellectual property and how
you start to organize your busyness.
And from there with EntrepreneurGander, we're going to make sure
as a tribe we teach each other, we root each other on.
So that way we become the best versions of ourselves every day.

(02:52):
But to do that, we have to focuson our power.
And power is knowing who we are.And as we break down, knowing
who we are. We have we've been going through
it the last few days. We found out on, on Monday, we
figured out where we fit right. And then yesterday, on Tuesday,
we talked about being the missing piece.
But today we want to make sure that you understand that

(03:12):
everyone wants to achieve their personal goal.
And so the key in the hallmark to your power is truly
understanding that even though you yourself may have some kind
of vision, you may have some mission you're on.
Whenever you're dealing with other people, yes, you want them
to support and show up for your ideas and your thoughts and
where you're trying to drive things forward.

(03:33):
But always remember that everyone wants to achieve their
own personal goals. And the most powerful people in
the world always understand thisconcept.
And if you can understand that, that other people have their own
goals, you can get to the sense of what their goals are and how
getting them their goals can help them want to help you
achieve your goals. That's when you really start to

(03:54):
operate on this higher level of power within the entrepreneur
dynamic. So we're excited to break that
down for you, Tribe. As always, we like to bring you
great perspective and we're going to talk about that later
on as well too. We're going to really jump into
the headlines today because there's so much going on.
I did want to give a quick mention as those who may know

(04:14):
us, we're organization. Myself and my wife have an
organization called I Am Brilliant.
As a founder, we always take pride in the content that we've
developed through I Am Brilliant.
One of the great things I want to take a moment to talk about
is the phenomenal ambassador, Andy Young.
Yes, Andrew Young, the mayor of Atlanta, who brought the
Olympics. I'm in 1996 to Atlanta, GA, is a

(04:38):
phenomenal, phenomenal man who worked under Martin Luther King
Junior, worked side by side withMartin Luther King Junior and
really was a part of the civil rights movement all the way into
economic empowerment for a wholecity as well as inspiration for
the whole world. And he has a documentary coming
out on MSNBCI Believe is a network on October 17th.

(05:00):
So that came through my headline.
So I definitely wanted to mention that because you know,
he's someone who's featured in the I Am Brilliant campaign.
He went around over the last 10 years interviewing people,
talking to people about what makes them brilliant.
And we have a photo based campaign.
And Ambassador Young had the opportunity.
Him and my wife were on a panel together and she was speaking,

(05:22):
he was being, she was honored with an award.
He was one of the featured guestspeakers.
And we were able to get a photo with our entire family and get
Ambassador Young in our I Am Brilliant campaign.
So it was one of the great joys of our lives.
So just want to shout that out because it was really amazing to
see that. I saw it was on John Hope
Bryan's social media page where he was talking about Andrew

(05:45):
Young, someone who's done so much, is finally now getting a
documentary. So I wanted to spread that
message out there because he's done so much in regards to civil
rights as well as the rights of those looking to build
economically. So I definitely wanted to bring
that up also. And again, we want to stay
focused on our main topic. Everyone wants to achieve their
personal goals. And so someone like Andrew Young

(06:08):
is someone who's a perfect example of understanding that
right when he had to be the mayor of Atlanta, what he's done
as an entrepreneur, as a businessman, the way he's put
deals together with international rights and so many
things to bring the Olympics to Atlanta, You can just imagine
the stories I was fortunate to hear from him.
Others would have the luxury of hearing some of his stories.

(06:29):
But you know, definitely check out that documentary and learn
more about a great legend and Andrew Young shout out to him.
We consider him one of our I am brilliant ambassadors, or more
so, I am brilliant alumni. So we thank you, you know, the
ambassador young for all of whatyou've done.
Also to on another note, you know, we always like to jump
into AI headline. So let's talk a little tech

(06:52):
y'all. OK, tribe, There's been going on
a lot in tech and I really have some interesting news to bring
to you all. So open eye AI is to relax the
ChatGPT restrictions and permit adult content again open their
eyes to relax chat GPTS restrictions and promote permit

(07:12):
adult content. So the company will lift its
adult content restrictions for verified users starting
December. So no longer will they'll stop.
They want to basically say treatadults like adults policy is
going to allow for just like they've also opened up
e-commerce and other ways to do transactions on cat GPT.

(07:32):
Now they're opening up the opportunity for people to do
adult content on ChatGPT. So you can only imagine the kind
of things that are going to start coming through that
platform over the next few years.
So once you open it up, that canof worms, you can't put it back
in, but boom, boom, boom. I guess it's the pun included,
but definitely something to keepyour eye out for another one.

(07:53):
I can't help it, but yes, also we want to talk about Google
rolls out a new AI powered feature across this product.
So search now offers hide sponsor results also will as
well. AI overviews for instant
summary. So Google Gemini is going to
start powering some more summaries for our emails.

(08:13):
I've used the actual Opilot fromMicrosoft in regards to doing
summaries for emails and so forth, and that's been really
helpful in a lot of ways. So Google Gemini is going to
make that feature available as well too.
So I think that's something you should definitely look out for.
Another news in Open AI, Open AIPilot's bold revenue model to

(08:36):
fund a $1 trillion AI vision. So Open AI is looking to
reportedly roll out a five year business plan to merge over $1
trillion in AI investment. The company aims to expand its
revenue streams through government and enterprise deals,
AI shopping tools, video services, the Sora AI agents and

(08:59):
consumer hardware designed with a Johnny Eyes partnerships with
AMD. They have NVIDIA, they have
Oracle, they have Broadcom. I mean, a who's who of people
working with them. And of course, all of this is
about, you know, there's the Star Date data center.
So they have their Stargate Datacenter initiative, ads,
infrastructure and support. So as they're building the

(09:20):
Stargate project with the government's help, with the
combination of some of the biggest companies that actually
build all the different components for AI, you have you
have NVIDIA working with Intel, you have the government having
their hands and a lot of that. So there's a lot going on,
y'all. So we have to keep our eyes out
in the AI world in regards to some of the dramatic changes

(09:42):
because as we said in the the opening, right, everyone wants
to achieve their personal goals. So Sam Altman at Open AI has his
personal goals, I'm sure his board and what they're doing as
a private company, but also sortof a non profit.
Then you have everything building for what you know, the
different partnerships and initiatives are doing with the

(10:02):
Stargate project, Oracle, what they're doing both in technology
as well as some of the entertainment projects.
You know, we know what's going on with Larry Ellison's son and
what they're doing in regards toentertainment and buying up all
these different entertainment properties.
All these things are happening right in front of us.
And I couldn't pick a better time to bring Entrepreneur to
you all because this is a clinicright now.

(10:25):
And everything that we've been talking about here at
Entrepreneur in regards to beingprepared.
And if you want to be prepared to really know how to master
this marketplace, you want to continue to tune into a show
like Entrepreneur. Because our goal is to break
this down for you to really makesure not only are we giving you
guiding principles from our system, so also at the same time
giving you a way to truly masterthe game, master propaganda so

(10:48):
you can have Providence in this world.
Because if you do not know how to use your imagination as well
as how to own it, you will not understand how to navigate the
possibilities of what your life could truly be.
And that's what I want you to understand.
But when you do that today, we really want to hone in on.
Everyone wants to achieve their personal goals.
Daily growth is crucial for achieving your dreams and

(11:09):
aspirations. Everything about your life is
valuable and our goal is to makesure that you understand that
that value is there. I want to take a quick moment to
give a quick shout out to our sponsor, Chi Max Chi Max is a
card game that's designed to help you with your cognitive
ability. Chi Max is a 40 card deck that
has several different game variations.
Its primary game is designed to help individuals start to

(11:33):
calculate and build in terms of understanding the the fate of
from not only card decks, but also the fate of how life plays
out in his day-to-day. T Max has a way of really
opening up your mind in new ways.
So who doesn't want to expand their mind?
God's greatest game, that's Chi Max Chi Max can be found at
mosaic.com. That's mosayk.com.

(11:55):
That's mosayk.com. It's the martial arts of card
games. When you sit down and whether
you're playing the game called Order, where you're flipping
down different face cards and you're trying to go against
someone to see where your memoryimprovements need to happen.
This game allows for so many things that will improve every
step of your your skill sets as you're growing as an individual.

(12:18):
If you want to think in quantum, especially now that we have
supercomputers, we have what we're building with AI, you want
your brain to be able to think in quantum.
And the first way you're going to be able to do that is by
creating that vulnerability thatyou know that you can improve.
And a game like Tmax is designedto do that.
We use it here at Entropicanda to continue to improve our skill
sets. That's what we're able to do

(12:38):
what we do to come to the mic, have the confidence, have the
energy, have the understanding of the marketplace so we can
bring it back to you. And we want you to have the same
skills. So definitely check out T Maxx
at mosaic.com. Check out their YouTube channel
as well too. And of course, discuss more
about T Maxx at the end of the show also too.
Today we want to talk about the perspective, right?

(12:59):
Everything is about a perspective.
Whenever we set out here, we talked about earlier about
everyone wants to achieve their personal goals.
So to get to that understanding of how you 2 have your own
vision and goal of life. But the core power of who you
are is also that understanding that other people too want to
understand their perspective of what their goals and what they

(13:22):
see a situation like, what theirneeds are.
And if you can start to unlock what those things are, you're no
longer trying to sell people or over offer people, but you're
giving them exactly what they want and exactly what they need.
And if we can get to a space of that perspective, everyone will
be served and everyone will be benefited when we're all
operating within those gifts andtalents and that understanding.

(13:44):
But we have to bring perspectiveto the situation.
So every time you release something from your body in
terms of just like when we look at our life and trying to grow
stronger today, I took a time inmy health, right?
We say health is wealth and we talked about that here on the
show. Part of what I do is I go to the
chiropractor every month. I make sure that I make keep my,

(14:07):
my body aligned. So not only am I building my, my
mind up, I'm always protecting my emotions, but I also keep my
physical body aligned. Just like how we get our cars
serviced. I make sure that my body stays
strong. I work out, I make sure to
exercise and build and stretch because we want to make sure
that we build ourselves in a waythat no one can break us down.

(14:29):
And so when we have those types of personal goals, those things
help not only ourselves, but if other people benefit from it as
well too. But from a perspective
standpoint, we want to step backand realize that sometimes too
in our life, we have the great releases of tension and energy
that we need to let go of to be the best version of ourselves.

(14:50):
And I want to really break that down into regards to just every
time you release something from your body, whether it's blowing
your nose or spitting out a phlegm of something, right?
When we wake up in the morning, feel that congestion, what I
want you to do is remember that you can assign a task or a
deliverance to remove that from you.
So you want to make sure every time you spit something out,

(15:12):
right? Back in the old days, when
people spit, they say you curse me, right?
When I curse somebody, that was about what you would say.
People would spit on the ground because they knew that what
those words, what those thoughtsthat they were thinking was
bonded to that saliva that left their mouth and projected right.
So what we want to do is understand that every time we
blow our nose, every time we have to sneeze, every time we

(15:34):
have to spit, every time we haveto let go of flim, we need to
let go the pain of our past. We need to create a new
perspective of how we don't let things show up in our life that
don't serve us. We're going to let go of the
pain of those people who've hurtus in our past.
And every time your body releases something, I want you
to release the pain that has been holding you down.
Because what's happening is it is making sure that you do not

(15:57):
know how to keep perspective. And we need you to keep
perspective if you're going to achieve the fact that you have a
personal dream. You have personal goals, other
people have personal dreams and personal goals.
And at no point did someone intentionally mean to offend
you. What happened was something that
people themselves don't sometimes get a chance to
express everything that's in them, everything that they want

(16:18):
to say. So they sometimes create moments
where they create vacuums for other people to hurt them and
they don't want to see them go further than what they're paid
capable of doing because they themselves couldn't figure it
out. And that's why we built this
tribe here at Aunt Beganda, because we don't want anybody
who's listening to this podcast here to ever feel like that.
That's why we don't want you to ever lose perspective because we

(16:40):
want to keep you strong in the four pillars, mindset,
character, habits and structure. And the way we do that is by
creating new dynamics in our lives.
Even the simple exercise of whenyou release something, let's
make it a consistent ritual thatwe do.
And that in itself will create new results for you, your
business, and everything that you're trying to build.

(17:03):
We want to create new assignments, let old things go
so we can allow for new things to fill up in its place that we
truly feel like we're deserving. Some of you out here are
building businesses to take careof your family.
We hope you're out here trying to build businesses to take care
of a community service. Someone create a solution that
someone direly needs and hopefully as you're building up

(17:23):
your company and you're startingto profit, start to make money
today. Today again, it's interest
income Wednesday, right? When you have interest money to
be made, that means you had enough money that you're able to
loan out, right? So we go from earned income
Monday where you have some earned income that you make from
services that you do based on your time and productivity.
Then you have that profit income, that margin based income

(17:44):
from taking something, as some of us say out there and flipping
it and you're able to buy it fora low price.
But I was telling my children, buy it for a dollar.
So, you know, buy it for a dollar dollar, sell it for 100,
but more so buy it for a penny, sell it for a dollar and really
grow. And So what we want to do is be
able to position that. But when it comes to the money
that you make from that, you have money to then loan out.

(18:05):
And that in itself creates the ability to to charge interest.
But sometimes interest is not always based on capital that's
loaned out. Sometimes there's interest in
the deeds that we do. And this is again, about
perspective, bringing your ability to understand people's
personal goals, bring your ability to understand what is
really possible for all of us out here if we build ourselves

(18:27):
to the best version of ourselves.
Bring the fruit from that that everyone gets to eat.
And it's nourished through this growth in this renaissance.
And that's what we're pushing here here at Entrepreneanda is
how do we get into this new energy, this new renaissance?
Entrepreneurship is going to be necessary more than ever now.
I've waited 15 years to bring entrepreneur to you all on this

(18:48):
consistent fashion because why? It is finally time.
You're finally ready, You're tuning.
You got this far into the show, You've been listening to us for
every day, checking out each episode.
Why? Because you know that there's an
opportunity out there that you deserve.
And we want to make sure that you have the chance to lock in
on that. And that's why you have to
understand how to continue to build your power, your powers,

(19:10):
knowing who you are. And sometimes as we've gone
through the last few days, we'vealready talked about finding
where you fit. We understand being the missing
piece of the puzzle. And now we have to bring the
perspective to everyone wants toachieve their personal goals.
And as we bring all this together, as we bring all the
the removal of old things so we can bring new things in.

(19:33):
And we have that perspective as we continue to realize that
every day that we're building ourselves day in and day out,
we're making sure that we understand everything about our
life story is has a value to it that we can leverage and build
and really grow from. That's what we're here to do at
launch began to as a tribe. And I thank you all for taking

(19:53):
this journey with me. It was a lot for me to step out
here. I'm the CEO of a company called
Mosaic. We I'm the founder of I am
brilliant. We have so many projects that
we're doing that are crucial to the change that the world is
looking to see the T Max game that is our sponsor that's
helping people to really open uptheir minds and their cognitive
ability. But finally, what I need to do

(20:14):
as a leader is bring my voice tothe people.
And I hope you all hear my heartand my passion because it is
truly game time. It is time to lay out your game
plan. There is no more time to sit
back. We have to really grow.
I know you have personal goals. I want to help you get there.
Aunt began as the platform to get you there, and I hope you
believe it too. And keep tuning in each day, day

(20:36):
in and day out. And find out how we together can
work on improving your skill sets, filling in the gaps.
I want you to continue to build.I'm on several platforms.
I have so much information out there.
Again, my name Michael Stewart Isaacs MSI, your favorite guy,
but check out Michael Stewart Isaacs Stewart isaacs.com.
There's a lot of information on how to book me for speaking

(20:58):
opportunities. I love to come out and talk more
in depth about what we're building here with our
entrepreneur tribe. Some of the systems we have that
we work with organizations who Iam brilliant channels.
What we do is really help organizations from facilitation
to marketing materials to betterways to communicate with the
public, and we really want to help you all do that.

(21:20):
Entrepreneur is my way of reallyshowing my love for
entrepreneurship, but also helping people who are building
personal brands as well as brands in general and make sure
that there's something that can last the test of time.
There's the individual. Sometimes we don't know if we're
doing it right. And my job is to help you define
whether or not what you're doingas an entrepreneur is at a level

(21:41):
of perfection that will allow for you to continue to get the
results that you would like to get.
And so I thank you for tuning inand checking these out.
I thank you for continuously checking the polls.
Anytime we do polls, we have some previous episodes that we
were doing some polls. Check those out, see what they
you think. We want to continue to bring
more content. We're working through all our
social media platforms. We are on X, so you can go to

(22:03):
Aunch begin on X platform. You can also go to us.
We're on Instagram, so it's Aunch Begin is ENTERER EVANDA
Ancha Praganda, and definitely please check us out on all major
platform. Stay in touch, connect with us,
see our world, see the work thatI do as an entrepreneur myself.

(22:26):
Hopefully that will showcase to you what's possible and what
we're going to continue to buildhere together.
I'm excited. There's a lot of great events
this week. I'll be in New Bern, NC, I'll be
doing an event where I'll be presenting a whole set up about
media readiness as well as IP protection.
So what I like to do is help people understand how to

(22:48):
navigate the public relations world, the communications of
media and how they can really build themselves through social
as well as traditional media platforms that help them grow.
And marketing, advertising, you know, tools that they can use,
especially in the days of AI andwhat we're building.
But also to most importantly, wehave to also have that IP

(23:09):
protection, right? How do I protect my intellectual
properties, my thoughts, my imagination?
How does my imagination show up and serve other people?
And so we're looking to really keep growing that messaging.
I teach people how to do a pro SE, so that means how to
represent oneself. And that's what we're about here
in Ontropiganda is, again, everyone wants to achieve their

(23:29):
personal goal. So part of that is understanding
how to represent oneself pro SE.And so we want to give you that
spirit of pro SE here, so you know that you have the
confidence to be the person that's more than just the boss,
but you're a leader that understands exactly, exactly
what you're trying to build and you understand how to build a
team to put it together. And you're able to duplicate
this process over and over again.

(23:50):
So you're not just building a few companies, you're building
several companies. But when you have the right
framework of your mindset, your character, your habits and your
structure, then you're showing up every day and saying, God, I
know exactly who you made me to be.
And I know what's fully possible.
And I truly have my aunt began the mindset so I can go forth,
have the different characters that you called upon me to have

(24:12):
to tell my story the way it's meant to be told.
I'm able to have the habits thatallow for my day-to-day attitude
and actions to really, really start to stack up to the
behaviors that will lead to the the things of success.
And then finally, we have the structure so we can moderate,
make predictions, create forecasting for what success
should really look like. And that's perspective.

(24:32):
And that's what we're trying to give you here at Entrepreneur.
So I hope you enjoyed this episode.
I hope you find us on social media.
If you really enjoy this, tell afriend to tell a friend and
definitely make sure you listen to previous episodes of this
your first time listening to Entrepreneur.
I hope you enjoyed them. Again, my name is Michael
Stewart Isaacs MSIMSI, your favorite guy.
