ENTREPREGANDA | Season 1, Episode 21

"Find A Way to Win" | The Inner Winner

Winners don't wait for perfect conditions—they create victory from whatever they have. Even brokenness.

Host Michael Stewart-Isaacs delivers a raw and powerful episode on resilience, intellectual property protection, and the unstoppable mindset that finds a way to win no matter what.

In this episode, we win:

Profit Income Tuesday: The 7 Day Game Plan Continues
Day two is about turning operations into sustainable profit. Michael breaks down how to move beyond just earning to creating margins that scale. When the right person enters your life, transformation accelerates—especially when they help you optimize for profit, not just revenue. Gen-Z and Millennials know ENTREPREGANDA always delivers the GAME PLAN for successful living.

Headline Breakdown: AI in Healthcare, Deepfake Defense & Pop-Up Economics

  • "ChatGPT for Doctors" Hits $6B Valuation: AI is revolutionizing healthcare diagnostics and patient care. Michael analyzes the massive business opportunity in AI-powered medical solutions and what entrepreneurs should know about this exploding sector.
  • OpenAI Partners with Hollywood to Crack Down on Celebrity Deepfake Videos: IP protection meets AI technology. Michael breaks down why this partnership matters for every creator concerned about their likeness, voice, and brand being stolen or misused.
  • Seasonal Pop-Ups as a Business Model: Temporary retail is becoming permanent strategy. Michael reveals how entrepreneurs are leveraging pop-up shops for low-risk market testing, brand building, and high-margin sales without long-term lease commitments.

MASTERCLASS: Find A Way to Win
Michael unpacks the mindset of champions: the learning, the understanding, and the nuance of resilience. Sometimes brokenness helps us perform at our best. When everything falls apart, the inner winner emerges—the part of you that refuses to quit and finds creative solutions in chaos.

Case Study: Doechii's Trademark & IP Mistake
Michael highlights musician and artist Doechii, who rose to prominence but didn't secure ownership of her trademark and intellectual property early in her career. This cautionary tale reveals the devastating cost of not protecting what you create. No matter how talented you are, if you don't own your name, your music, your brand—you don't own your future.

The Lesson: Lock down your IP before you blow up. Register your trademarks. Own your masters. Control your destiny.

The Inner Winner: What Will It Take for It to Work?
Every entrepreneur faces this question: "What will it take for this to work?" Michael reveals that the answer isn't found in external resources—it's found within. The inner winner is the voice that says:

  • "I'll figure it out."
  • "I'll adapt."
  • "I'll pivot."
  • "I'll protect what's mine."
  • "I'll find a way to win."

Brokenness builds champions. Protection preserves legacies. The inner winner never quits.

Find your way. Protect your IP. Win anyway.

Tune in now for another brilliant episode.

What's going on everybody, This is Aunt Baganda and I am your
host, Michael Stewart Isaac, so excited to be back with you with
another edition of Aunt Baganda.Today is October 21st, 2025 and
that makes it profit income Tuesday.
Yes, profit income Tuesday. I promise you all Profit Income
Tuesday is like probably one of my favorite of the game plan

(00:23):
when we think about our seven day game plan here at Aunt
Baganda because profit income isthe way you can really take some
and buy it for a penny and sell it for a dollar.
Basically being able to do the flip, being able to find great
margins in a product is such an exhilarating feeling.
And Profit Income Tuesday is something I want you always to
tune into because I'm always a little bit more excited on

(00:45):
Profit Income Tuesdays and really just bringing some great
gems. And we have a great episode for
you today. We have a lot of things that we
put into this episode. Really get prepared.
We have a great topic for you all.
Today's topic is find a way to who win.
Yes, we must find a way to win. Who doesn't want to win out
there, right? Come on, check your post, tribe.

(01:06):
Everyone wants to win. And so we must find a way to
win. And that is the hallmark of what
we're doing here at Onchpaganda is figuring out ways to show
people the ways to win. Get into that place where you
always feel the spirit that you're going to find a way to
win. Why else should you pursue it?
And as we're going through our Series, A part of what we're
building with Onchpaganda is really breaking down our

(01:28):
pillars, which is mindset. Your ultimate goal is to really
take your mindset to the next level.
We have the five PS of self determination that we are really
breaking down within the mindset.
That's how we create our paradigm for the mindset.
We talked about it in overviews in previous episodes.
So so far we talked about power. We've broken that down.

(01:49):
We've talked about prestige. So right now we're breaking down
principles. And today is the last day we're
going to really break down principles.
And so basically what we're talking about is finding a way
to win. When we were going through all
of our different series, each ofthem are meant to help you
understand the different core things that will help you to
build out what you're doing. So we talked about the power of

(02:09):
the written word the other day, and now we want to really get
into a space of how do we find away to win?
How do you find a way to make sure that you're always in
position that regardless of whatever decision you make, you
will find a way to win. And that's an important tenant
to your principles because you know that when you start
something, you have to know thatyou're going to see it all the

(02:31):
way through. And whether it's UPS or downs or
anything that comes that seems to be an obstacle, we're going
to find a way to win. And we want to make sure we
ensure that. Here at Orange Baganda, we're so
excited to always give you episodes that are thought
provoking. I hope you're feeling it.
Thank you all who keeps coming back day in and day out to
really hear what we're building here in Entrepreneur because it

(02:51):
is amazing to build a tribe likeyou.
All feedback has been amazing. Getting out there and really
meeting people has been amazing.Just really sharing the wisdom
of what we're building because entrepreneurship is so
important, especially going into2026.
If you didn't feel in 2025, if you didn't have the inkling to
build your personal brand, be alive in 2025, now it's time for

(03:15):
you to really step out there andbuild better.
And that's what we're trying to do here in Entrepreneur.
But we really have to give you the pillars, the mindset.
We have to make sure that you have your character together.
We have to make sure you're happy together and we're going
to ultimately help you with yourstructure.
And if we can get there as a tribe and work together, I
promise you, you will grow to heights that people never

(03:36):
expected from you. And sometimes you just need a
little bit of a nudge. And that's why we want to make
sure, particularly in this episode, you find a way to win.
It is so important that we continue to keep that mentality
of finding a way to win. And with that, we always love to
talk about how we can break it down with the headline.
So we go each day, we try to find great headlines that focus

(03:57):
on on everything from technologyto the licensing industry.
And every now and then we'll throw in some pop culture
because why not, right? This It's all about how do we
get out here and get our names, get our voices out here, take
our creativity and take our IP and turn into profit.
And that's what we're working on.
And that's why it's so importantthat today's profit income
Tuesday. I think it's amazing when we

(04:18):
want to do the lessons, but it correlates with specialty days
in our five, you know, our sevenday game plan and we want to
make sure that you lock in and really understand what what
we're building here at Artropaganda as a tribe.
I'm excited again. I'm your host, Michael Stewart
Isaacs, if this your first time here at the show.
I am a entrepreneur 27 plus years in business.
I started in the fame industry that's fashion, art, music and

(04:42):
entertainment. Since then, I've built several
businesses, particularly my namesake company called Mosaic.
And we've been building so many phenomenal brands that are
designed to help communities andindividuals really create
empowerment and Artropaganda is a part of that.
We really want to continue you to find ways to empower you so
you understand how you could be The X Factor to really grow to

(05:03):
the next level and be the business owner that you're meant
to be, be the leader that you'redestined to be and make sure
that you can one day be the employer that can change
someone's life. And that's what we really want
to encourage is how can we be life changers, game changers in
every state of the way. And part of that is our episode
topic, which is find a way to win.
So definitely something that came up and I always like to

(05:24):
give quotes that I found, but you know, someone said to me,
when we think about winning and when we think about life,
sometimes you found yourself. You know, sometimes brokenness
helps us perform at our best. So right now, if I realize with
the show, part of what I want todo is not always just always
sound like somebody's big cheerleader, but I want to make
sure that you understand that I'm here for you.

(05:45):
All the underdogs, anybody that doesn't feel like they can do
it. Anybody's been told that they
weren't going to be anything. Look at what you have
accomplished so, so far and lookwhat what you're doing now by
being a part of this entrepreneur tribe.
You found a tribe, you found a home that will celebrate who you
are, encourage you, give you tips that are going to make sure
you have The X Factor when you get out there and you're

(06:07):
performing. And that's the key.
We treat entrepreneurship like athletics here at Entrepreneur
because we understand that they're going to be ups and
downs, but we understand it comes with it.
Just like when you go work out and you're trying to build your
muscles, you don't step into thegym automatically on day one and
now all of a sudden you're in shape or you have muscles or you
built up your endurance. Well, entrepreneurship is the
same way. And that's partly why we want to

(06:28):
encourage your winner mentality because you have to understand
that there's going to be a day in a day out battle.
There's going to be struggles and challenges.
They're going to be weights thatneed to be lifted for you to get
the result and what it means foryou to be the best version of
yourself. And that's what we're pushing
here at Entrepreneur. And that's why we're going to
show you the way to win. And we want to get that going

(06:49):
right now. But always remember, sometimes
brokenness helps us perform at our best.
So if we feel down today, we're going to make sure that you feel
up later on by the end of this because why we're going to find
that inner winner in you. And that's the goal today with
Entre Gander is really getting to that right.
Sometimes we have to the learning of all these things is
just important to hear and we have to understand and then we

(07:09):
have to break down all the nuances and the best way we do
that is with the headlines. So without further ado, we're
going to jump into the headlines.
Before that, we always got to take a moment to shout out our
sponsor. Yes, our sponsor is Chi Max.
Yes, Chi Max is God's this game.Yes, G Max is a 40 deck card
game that is designed to have several different gameplay that

(07:32):

money and G Max is the tool to help you do that.
It is a phenomenal game that helps block leaders and people
who want to think what we say. Quantum thinking.

(07:52):
as a leader you're always on topof your A game.
And Chi Max is the game to do that for you.
So if you're interested in getting your Chi Max deck, go to
mosaic.com. That's mosayk.com.
Again, mosayk.com, mosaic.com. So we appreciate you all.
We thank you Chi Max for sponsoring Aunt Maganda.

(08:13):
We need the support. We thank you all the listeners
for coming in to tap in day in and day out with Aunt Baganda,
but also to the ones who've beengrabbing the Chi Max decks.
I know you loving the I hope you're pulling it out with your
family members. It's a phenomenal game for
against family and friends, husbands versus wives,
intergenerational grandparents versus grandchildren, you name
it, Chi Max serves that. So I enjoy it with my family.

(08:36):
It's really been a great tool tohelp my children be top
performers and I hope you all have the opportunity to play the
game that will help you be the top performer.
So with that, we're going to jump right into some of the
headlines. As always, I love to talk AI
because why? AI is everywhere and you know
anyone who knows anything about artificial intelligence, the
tools have been out here forever.

(08:57):
They've been in our phones whenever we call 800 numbers and
get redirected, It's been with us for so many times with
different types of prompts that you see online.
You just don't realize it's AI. But it's always been, you know,
automated generation, right? But now with the chat box and
some of the graphical things youcan input with prompts and so
forth, with AI, it's gone to thenext level.

(09:17):
So we're always going to cover ahigh here at Entrepreneur
because why it is the perfect time to utilize AI got to help
you with your entrepreneur propaganda, right?
So if you have a message, you have a vision, you have anything
that you can just get started and add into a prompt.
Oh my goodness, this AI will spit out business plans for you,
presentations, pitch decks, you name it, everything, color

(09:38):
schemes, everything you need foryour business, AI can help you
do. And that's why we want to make
sure we highlight some of the moves in AI because we want you
to be on top of it both and how you use it for your business.
And also, if you're someone out there that's a coder, a tech
person who really has deeper understanding, we want to make
sure, you know, the latest, greatest news and headlines that
are going on in the industry so you can stay on top of it.

(09:59):
So with that being said, today we heard that open evidence, the
ChatGPT for doctors hits a $6 billion valuation.
So, yeah, another AI tech company startup that is
reportedly building a way to they raise up to $200 million in
funding, which is allowing them to raise the valuation of where
they believe their company earnings will be in the future.

(10:22):
This company again is called Open Evidence.
These companies usually tend to grow in valuation.
If they're not looking to go public, they look for some level
of building a deeper level of the AI softwares and tools and
building client bases. So one day they can be acquired,
right? So either you have acquisition,
mergers, acquisitions, or ultimately going public are the

(10:42):
ways that a lot of these major companies build themselves up
from startup to some other economic opportunity.
Again, either they're acquired, either they merge with another
company or they're looking to gopublic public so the early
investors can get some kind of, you know, you know, payout for
what they've contributed in the time they put their money in to
grow the business. And I hope that made sense

(11:03):
because that's the mechanics of how investment works in a lot of
ways, whether you're early Angelor first round investor, as
you're going through each stage, sometimes you have to evaluate a
company based on a new market. If the company itself can stand
on its own for a long period of time or will it end up being
absorbed by a bigger company? Perfect example here you have

(11:23):
someone like Open Evidence that's going after the the
medical industry. I recently talked about
Microsoft going after the same industry.
This is a perfect situation where if they're really building
their software and really have some great tools, a company like
Microsoft will evaluate that andsee if it works in what they're
doing. And they would just come in and
add it to Copilot or something. That nature.

(11:44):
That's just an example. It's not an announcement, but
just explaining to our audience how these things start to
happen. So when we hear the headlines,
you get to start to think about the headwind on what's possible
for a company based on the totaladdressable market, how they can
scale and then the ways they mayneed a bigger company and help
their a bigger company's revenue.
So that's kind of the thought process you want to think about

(12:05):
when it comes to these bigger startups that are growing and
getting these large valuations, especially in the AI space.
Also, to Open AI partners with Hollywood, this one is really
cool because we talked about Hollywood a little bit in some
of my past working with the SAG and SAG Foundation in Los
Angeles. But Open AI partners with
Hollywood to crack down on celebrity deepfake videos after

(12:28):
AI generated videos of Bryan Cranston circulated on Sora.
Open AI is partnering with Breaking Bad actor SAG, ATHRA
and all agencies including CAA and UTA, to build stronger
protections against unauthorizedcontent.
The company also recently updated Sora's Opt Out system to
give creators more control following similar cases

(12:50):
involving Martin Luther King Junior and Robin Williams.
So all of you out there in social media land, we've all
seen it. You have the same Tupac walking
around in the grocery store. You've either seen Martin Luther
King in the grocery store himself.
I mean, the grocery store seem to be everyday commonplace.
But we saw how people were usingSORA, whether they take their
own images and they're testing it out, where they take

(13:12):
historical people and they're testing it out, but they're
putting themselves in all kind of circumstances, futuristic
systems. I've also seen some things
outside of Sora. I've seen rock.
They're working on their new imaging AI as well too.
So there's a lot of cool softwares out there.
Asaurus really hit it on the head in regards to really making
the AI look a lot lifelike. So at this stage from where it

(13:35):
was a year ago to where it's at today, I can only imagine from a
year from now, none of us will be able to tell whether or not
any of this is deep fakes. And I promise you a lot of these
actors who are wanting to opt out, they're going to probably
want to opt in because they're going to save so much time.
They're going to be able to do voice over work.
They're going to be able to taketheir voice one time, put in the
system, take the script, and then duplicate their voice and

(13:56):
get paid off of that alone. So this is a time to be a well
known person, right? Because your rights and your
likeness can actually have greater value.
As legislators are trying to figure out how to make AI
something that's more palatable for everyone, where everyone can
monetize the copyright laws and everything are being rewritten
so it can match some of the creatives that are coming out of

(14:18):
AI and who the originators are and whose likeness and rights
and likenesses that people have me to look at.
Sports athletes, we have NIL going on for the young people in
regards to endorsement dollars. There's so much going on.
AI is just going to expand on those territories.
And I, I am excited because someone like me outside of
technology, I'm in the licensingspace.

(14:39):
So this is right up my alley to help companies and organizations
figure out strategies around these topics.
And that's why we cover them here at Aunt began to because we
want to give you not only the motivation you need as an
entrepreneur to assess your ups and downs and help you find a
way to win, but we also want to give you deep strategies on how
some of these companies out heremay be thinking about the
landscape of the marketplace andhow they're looking to

(15:01):
monopolize every situation. If you're building a business
that there's tons of competition, sometimes that can
give you a lot of strength. But if you can really build up a
business and you have a marketplace that you can
monopolize, meaning you're finding something that no one
else is touching on. And it's proving that just
innovating, even slightly improving it in a way that
people are. It's translating.

(15:21):
You got the IP, the IT, the add in the PR around what you're
building this, you're unstoppable at that point.
That's part of what we're reallytrying to teach here.
So I thought that was a good example as well.
Also to a quick note that Anthropic expands clawed into
life science. So Anthropic Clawed, which is
one of my favorite AI tools to use, is expanding into the life

(15:42):
science field. So as AI is deploying and
different companies are bringingup their large language models,
not only are they finding corporate clients who want to
adapt that within their softwareas well as their practices, but
they're also finding different whole verticals and industries
that they can attack to really be useful to.
So any industry that's data-driven, that needs

(16:03):
information or thrives off of information researchers and
other people, they're going to be able to utilize AI to input
information and draw correlations and formatting that
they need at rates that we've never seen before.
So so many more discoveries are going to be possible because of
the technology and the life science field.
I mean, it's right for this opportunity, just like the

(16:23):
medical field is right for this. It's going to be a chance to
enhance the way the, the different information points are
correlated, how fast and the speed, speed of correlation.
And when you think about even ifthe AI starts on a particular
project, it the human ability tocome in and edit something to
oversee an oversight of the, thecode or the different outputs of

(16:46):
the AI makes it even more dynamic.
So right. The key is making sure that you
stay strong and make sure your mind is strong and able to
manipulate the AI to what you'retrying to build, not the other
way around, right? AI shouldn't tell us what the
final product is. We should be approving whether
or not what comes out on the other side of AI really
resonates with the overall goalsthat we're looking for or the

(17:08):
information or data sets we're trying to collect.
So AI wisely out there, everybody.
So definitely hope that was enjoyable.
I enjoyed it as always. We do want to take a moment to
plug our sponsor Qmax because G Max is God's greatest game and
it's also your defense against the world of AI.
As computers and artificial intelligence are becoming more
prevalent and being deployed, wehave to make sure that our human

(17:30):
mind stays strong. So we make sure here at
Entrepreneur that we utilize Qmax as a tool to help us keep
our minds sharp. And we want to make sure that
you all keep checking out Qmax. You can get the card game at
mosaic.com. That's mosayk.com.
Again, we think she Max always for their assistance in building
with us as a company. We really appreciate what that

(17:53):
is doing for where we're growingentrepreneur.
So also to there's so many things we could talk about.
I did see something that was really cool that I thought you
would all like the seasonal pop ups, short but important role,
right? So every year there's seasonal
pop ups for different types of stores, particularly for
Halloween. You see the spirit Halloween
stores everywhere around this time of year.

(18:16):
And shout out to my wife becauseshe's a Halloween baby and every
day I wish her happy birthday inthe month of October.
But again, Halloween is her birthday.
And I think about these spirit stores every time I go past them
to think about what costume choices we may have for
ourselves and our children everyyear around this time.
And I thought it was really interesting because these
companies make billions of dollars in just a few weeks and

(18:39):
being open. And that's amazing because they
understand the traffic. I know some people might shop on
Amazon for Halloween item and it's coming from China or
wherever else the items are coming from.
These Halloween stores have beensomething, especially if you're
in the Southeast market and places like that, you see them
all over the place. Every year you see a Spirit
Halloween shore pop up. And the key to this is that it

(19:00):
brings variety and new voices toa mall experience.
So they tend to find malls that have maybe a department store
that's closed down and they pop up for the season.
They bring in all their inventory.
It's super efficient. So it's amazing to see how these
this yearly business keeps up seasonally to have the
preparation for the holidays, but they're making so much bank

(19:20):
and they have such a system thatthey're so used to.
I can only imagine how well those things continue to do.
So anybody out there in the pop up business, meaning you have a
business and you have a seasonality to your business,
Make sure you follow these companies that have been doing
it for years like someone like Spirit Halloween and how they do
their pop ups because you can gain a lot of insight and
improve what you're doing here at Entrepreneur.

(19:42):
So you can always improve your technique.
We love learning from other people.
We have our systems and our pillars of mindset, character,
habits and structure, but we also taking information because
one thing we understand is like learning.
The learning is step one. Then you have to take time and
give your brain time to have theunderstanding.
And then from there, ultimately you have the nuance and the

(20:04):
reason why I want to talk about that, because through all of
this, we have to talk about the winner, the inner winner.
The inner winner, Let's say thatagain, we're going to talk about
the inner winner because in our episode today we're talking
about find a way to win. So how do you find the inner
winner within yourself? How do you find that person in
you that isn't willing to give up just because the first time

(20:25):
something didn't work out? How do you really step into
spaces with the confidence and belief that you already own the
room? The inner winner is how you do
that because you have to find that person that not only sees
victory in their mind, but they feel victory in their heart.
And ultimately your reality willthen start to shape around that
inner winter that you have within yourself.

(20:46):
And that's how you find a way towin.
You don't give the universe a choice to see you fail.
You only see the abundance of your ability.
If you trip over and stub your toe, then feel like it was for a
reason because it's going to help you fall down and you're
going to find a dollar. You're going to find $20 on the
ground When you stub your toe and go down and check if it's
OK. You have to realize that
everything that you go through, every causality is your ability

(21:09):
to see it in the right way, see it as a point of strength, and
allow you to find that inner winner.
Even when it looks like it's down, even when it looks like
it's hard. You have to find that inner
winner and find a way to win every time.
And that's the mentality we havehere at Ontapaganda.
And that's how you set your principles in motion when you
really start to build. We talked about committing

(21:29):
things to paper the other day. We talked about your ability to
continue to push on and cancel and continue and really build.
And we want you to have that spirit to commit to your
principles. Commit to your principles in a
way that allow for you to grow. But that inner winner so
important because when you have that person, can nobody tell you

(21:50):
that they don't want to be in business with you?
Can nobody tell you they don't want to grow with you?
And that's what we want to get is you in a position where you
feel that type of energy and that type of winning spirit that
allows for other people to want to be in your aura.
And that's the goal we want to push for the inner winner.
So part of that in our lesson today, as we talk about finding
a way to win the inner winner, we want to really talk, talk

(22:11):
about something I thought was really, really cool as an
exampling, right? So I read a lot of things, I
mean, everything that I everyday, my whole day is about
learning something new and really not only just learning,
understanding, but then also grabbing the nuance in things,
right. So first we in our mind, we need
to learn, then we understand andwe understand the nuance, right?

(22:33):
You really have to get the nuances, the, the really the
small little details that can make all the, the difference
from a year standpoint and what you're doing when you're
measuring your success as an entrepreneur.
And I love the nuances. I love learning.
I love with my mind really, truly understand something.
But when I really catch that nuance and something new or
something that I'm pursuing, Oh my goodness, it's a game

(22:56):
changer. And that's what that inner
winners gets. The inner winner always
understands the nuance of something.
When you think about the Kobe Bryant's, you think about the
Michael Jordans, even LeBron James, there's something about a
winner that understands the nuance of the game that they're
playing. They understand the nuance of
the people around the referees, the ownership, everything.
And when you understand that delicate dance, then you're able

(23:17):
to really put yourself in a whole new different position
when people want to be involved with you because everyone wants
to be associated with the winner.
And that's how you have to startcarrying yourself, not out of
place of ego, but pure confidence that allows for that
radiation to be so strong that people cannot deny you.
So one of the things that came in that I wanted to highlight

(23:37):
was I read a lot of blog pages and a lot of different, what
they call it a subscription thatcome in newsletter types.
Some people might be on a platform sub stack.
We're actually on sub stack. You can find that mosaic MOSAYK
dot sub stack. Sub stack is a newer platform
out there. It's been around for a while,
but it's for people who are likepublishers who like to write

(23:59):
articles and they are starting to get great voices.
So you know, we're up there withentrepreneur with Mosaic and
what we're building. So we definitely want you to
check out our sub stack page. But one of the things I follow
is a woman. But I met her at through the
license chemistry. She's an attorney and she has an
organization called Firm for theCulture.
And she always puts out these intriguing articles that I
really enjoy. So I wanted to bring up one in

(24:21):
particular. She was talking about Dochi the
artist, the music artist. She says Dochi doesn't own her
brand. So Dochi is a music artist.
For those who don't know, she's kind of like a rapper, kind of a
newer style, kind of she's a little bit more whimsical with
her music. But she's on the label TDE,
which is the label that KendrickLamar and scissor on the the

(24:43):
recording artist. And one thing she was
highlighting is that her name, Dochi is big as she's becoming
all the different places she's going from Grammys to runway
shows in Paris. One thing is for sure, with all
her creativity, she does not currently own her name.
And that's what happens in a lotof instances is that when people
sign these record deals, they don't realize that the old joke

(25:05):
is you're signing your soul awayto the devil, right?
But ultimately you are kind of signing everything that you've
created. And that's what we really talked
about this arch begin to write your entrepreneurial propaganda.
So everything about the identitythat she structured and created
is owned from an intellectual property side by the record
label. And why that's important because
when you're really trying to position yourself as an inner

(25:27):
winner and as this person talks about in this, and I encourage
you to check it out, it's calledFirm for the Culture within this
newsletter breakdown. The one thing that really caught
the the whole thing is that Dolce grew and had these amazing
moments with her videos. Her fanbase is growing, but
ultimately, though she's making money, she does not own her
intellectual properties, meaningthus she does not own her name.

(25:50):
She doesn't own the rights to the name, the record label who
owns everything from a 360 standpoint, from the peril to
the recording rights to her nameand everything.
And ultimately she'll one day have to try to figure out how to
gain those rights back. And that's something in the
beginning people always say whenyou create something, how do you
not lose your masters? Well, the whole point is don't

(26:10):
ever sell in the 1st place, right?
So anything that you create is automatically a copyright.
If you need to ever dispute it, it needs to be a registered
copyright or a registered trademark or registered patent.
But ultimately, when you create something, particularly those
that are copyrightable, anythingvisual, you Draw Something, you
write something out, it automatically from its inception

(26:32):
has its own intrinsic copyright on it.
But again, if it ever had a legal dispute around it, you
would need it to be registered for a judge or anybody else to
actually grant you the full on rights to say you were the
original creator. It's a stronger way to protect
yourself. And we encourage that here in
Arch Began is making sure that you protect yourself and all IP.
But without Dolce owning her name, this company is there.

(26:54):
And now she's it's harder now when she's going to start
searching for that inner winner, when she's looking to find a way
to win, she's going to have to one day fight back for a name.
And the article goes on to compare it to people like the
Jay-Z of the world, which I fortunately had a chance to work
with many years ago. The Beyoncé's of the world,
which I'm fortunately to work with many years ago.
But what they've done throughouttheir long journeys of careers,

(27:16):
from all the way in the 90s tillnow, is that they found a way to
win Kendrick Lamar to a cold label make to Dochi.
In this scenario, he too has found a way to win because he
had to separate himself from themusic industry's label that he
was signed to start his own label, and then ultimately fight
for his intellectual properties back, particularly his name.

(27:37):
Any naming rights to the record labels that you create, Any
naming rights to any types of slogans or sayings.
One of the biggest things that people talk about when it comes
to IP is the story of Cash MoneyRecords and the the owners of
Baby and Slim, which is the nickname to the founders Brian
Williams and his brother. And ultimately they had the

(27:59):
right now only they they all about their business making
great money. He found some of the biggest
artists in the world from LittleWayne to Nicki Minaj to Drake.
But Baby, who is the one of the founders of Cash Money said that
the biggest thing he regrets is that he never trademarked it
trademarked the term bling bling.
So let me say that again, this is one of his biggest regrets is

(28:19):
not trademarking the term bling bling.
And everybody that was in the early 2000s to the mid 2000s
know that the phrase bling blingwas some of the biggest words
that anyone could hear. But ultimately, because he did
not find a way to win and meaning taking care of his IP
intellectual properties, he lostout on that opportunity to have
owned that terminology. And ultimately, you know, he

(28:41):
could have had even more millions to his legacy.
But again, he's not I'm not going to cry for him.
He's well in life, but ultimately we all have to make
sure that everything that we building, we find that chance to
build a monopoly around our ideas and concepts.
Own it fully. Don't just create it online and
social media and hope that you have a successful YouTube
channel, Instagram page, but ownyour IP really own it.

(29:04):
Be in in competition with these these corporations and say, hey,
I own myself. I own my own name and you're not
just giving me a screen name. I own these words and that's
something that I give you here at Entrepreneur.
A part of your mindset shift is how that kind of practice within
your life as you're building your principles and you're
really looking at how you can build and find a way to win.

(29:25):
We want to make sure that the inner winner comes out because
it comes out through ownership and no one could deny owner.
And that's what the society and capitalism is built off of
serves ownership. So make sure you get yourself in
that position. But ultimately, like I said, the
Dolce story is a cautionary talefor those out there that really
just need to find a way to win every single time.

(29:45):
Making sure that you find on that inner winter, protect your
intellectual properties, as we talked about here in Orange
began to use the right technologies that help you build
and then to promote yourself, advertise and ultimately control
your messaging with your public relations.
And that's your communication. And that's our style here at
Orange Began and I'm hoping thatyou all enjoyed this episode.
