(00:02):
What's going on everybody? Welcome back to aunch began to I
am Michael Stewart Isaacs your host and I'm excited to have you
back here. Today is October 13th, 2025 and
that makes it earned income Monday.
Yes, welcome back on earned income Monday.
We and AUNCH began to have themes each day to help you have
(00:23):
your seven day game plan. And we want to make sure that
you always have everything you need here when you tune in.
AUNCH began to so that way your entrepreneurial journey will be
secure because you have the right platform guiding the way
and making sure that there is nogaps in your game.
So we want to make sure we continue to help you build your
game plan. So we're excited for you to be
(00:44):
back today. We have an exciting show today.
So many things that have gone into this episode.
Just thinking through what we want to build here and
accomplish as a series. Lunch Begin has really been
trying to empower individuals with different systematic ways
to understand the importance of your mindset, your character,
(01:05):
your habits and your structure building.
That has been the great foundation of Entrepreaganda for
all of our tribe out there, our listeners who are contributing
and really enjoying the program and we appreciate you coming
back day after day. Our job is to be consistent,
right In the first episode, we said there is consistency
(01:26):
creates mythology. So remember there is a mythology
in the consistency that you create in the world.
And here in Entrepreaganda, we want to showcase that and really
show you all how we really build.
And today's going to be a great episode because we're really
going to focus on a real core topic of what we build in
Entrepreneur, which we want to say find where you fit today.
(01:46):
We're going to make sure you know that you fit in here with
our tribe, with Entrepreneur. You are not alone.
You're not a Unicorn out here inthe world that no one can
understand. You are somebody who will
translate a message that will change the world.
And we want to help you craft your voice.
We want to help you craft your message and really feel the
empowerment that you deserve to and we're grateful to help you
(02:10):
find where you fit. And today in our series today,
we're going to really go deep here on Earned Income Monday.
It's all about getting up, getting to the office, getting
to your mood space and really focus on what you need to do to
get your week going. Making sure you're picking up
the phone, making sure you're sending those emails, making
sure you're getting those text message out, but making sure
that you're communicating in a way that lets people know that
(02:33):
the service that you're providing, the products or the
branding, the personal branding, the content, whatever you're out
there making, creating, crafting, We want to make sure
that we lead the charge to make sure you find where you fit.
And that's what we're here to dofor anyone who is new to Aunt
Reganda. We always like to do that by
breaking down the headlines, making sure that we make sure
(02:54):
that everything we do here in the pillars of Aunt Reganda,
from mindset to your character, to your habits, to your
structure add up to something amazing.
So we break down the headlines as a way to allow for us to do
that. But today what I I want to do
with our audiences, I want to start with something more
personal. Yesterday we had a great episode
where I was talking about my family, talking about my mother
(03:17):
and the harsh story and how all of that comes together.
And so I want to always bring those values every day here
because with aunt began to our goal is to for us to feel like a
tribe, but that means feeling like a family, feeling like an
organization and a team of people who like to communicate,
who have like minded ideas. But most importantly, we are
(03:37):
confident embolden the fact thatwe will be victorious every day.
We will wake up with a mission on our mind.
We will wake up with a rally andcall on our heart.
And that's what aunt began is all about is really bringing
that fire, bringing that intent, bringing those lightning bolts
down, everything you need to be the best version of yourself.
And it starts with these systemsthat we create.
(03:58):
But one thing we pride ourselvesin is family.
With my main organization, my name again, Michael Stewart
Isaacs, MSI, your favorite guy. My main organization is called I
Am Brilliant and with I am Brilliant, we go around
communicating the idea of peoplehave gifts and talents that
they're brilliant at and we really focus on that In your
family, your community and your company.
(04:20):
Today I want to really touch on the family parts.
There was a great message that came through on my family
thread. I'm not sure of any of you out
there have family threads, but me and my family, various family
members, we keep threads to keepsending positive messages,
update each other with photos and images of life experiences.
We use technology in a way to stay connected and communicate.
(04:42):
So we all really know what's going on with one another.
And I'm sure a lot of you out there as ambitious as you are,
you're doing similar thing. So we want to make sure here in
Arch began in our tribe, we continue to uplift those values
as well as we share with one another the things that we're
learning when we spend that timeto really uplift and build our
family members. So first, I want to talk to you
(05:02):
about family rules. This is some family rules that
came through that I thought werepretty cool and I thought I
wanted to share with you all. Well, first family rules here
while we talk about building ourtribe is speak with respect even
when you are disrespected. That's number one.
Number two, act each other in public, react each other in
(05:24):
private #3 eat at least one mealtogether every day.
Connection starts at the table and that's in business too.
Anybody know if you're going to do a deal with somebody in
business that has to feel like aconnection, a relationship with
family. So if you're not doing a meal
with someone who says they want to do a contract with you, it's
(05:44):
not a real contract. It's not a real relationship
because I've never done a major business deal or worked with
anybody in any industry that youdon't take time to have a meal
with each other, whether it starts with a coffee or lunch or
eventually a dinner. If you get to the point of
getting to a dinner with somebody in business, Oh yeah,
you really about to get the deal.
So that's the key. There are certain nuances to
(06:05):
this relationship building and it starts with understanding
these family rules. Another part of the family rules
#4 apologize quickly, ride weakens, love faster than
mistakes #5 keep phones away during family time.
Presence is the real gift. So even in your business
dealings or with your personal family, make sure that you're
present. Make sure that you're not on
(06:26):
your phone. Yes, you may say you're taking
notes, but you need to be present.
You need to use your brains magnificent tool to really
record and really use your heart.
Really. I think sometimes we think it's
about our mind, but our mind is for storage.
But everything really should come from the heart.
When you do anything and it comes from the heart, it feels
different, it translates different and it feels
(06:47):
authentic. And I think that's the part that
you should also value in your family as well as it goes into
your community and also into your company and your business
dealings. Also, number six is celebrate
small wins, not just big moments.
So even when you do something small, some small
accomplishment, someone told youthey just finished their
manuscript. If someone tells you they just
(07:07):
finished reading a book, if someone told you they just
finished taking a jog or worked out after a long time of not
working out, whatever it may be,make sure you're rooting on the
people you care about. Make sure you're doing that in
your family. And again, take this energy into
your business because this is what it is.
If I cannot sit down with you and feel like I can break bred
or be vulnerable with you like we talked about in previous
(07:29):
episodes, then it's harder for me to trust you when it comes to
me wanting to value giving you money or any type of exchange.
So we have to really understand that relationships are important
and family values help us get tobetter quality relationships.
And that's what we're here to really boost here at the Tribe
of Entrepreneur because these values are lost amongst us.
(07:49):
There's so much wisdom that we overlook and over shadow because
of the structure of today's society and the technology.
But we want to get back to thesecore values to really help us.
And this is going to help us find where we fit.
And that's the goal of today is really to find where you fit.
And we want to give you the family rules so that can help
you also too. We want to say never compare one
(08:10):
family member to another. Everyone grows and builds and
blooms at different rates. So don't compare each other.
Just give each other grace and allow for you to grow at
different paces and celebrate everyone's growth along the way.
As we talk about celebrating small wins, everyone has a
different pace #8 listen to understand, not just the reply.
(08:31):
So I've know some of you all have heard that before, but
again, listen to understand and not to reply.
Even as I'm speaking on this mic, This is a platform that
allows me to speak. So I wish I could have a
conversation with you all, but I'm hoping that there's some
level of personality and conversational style that allows
for you to feel like there is a space for you to dialogue or
(08:52):
talk back to me as we're, you know, going through this journey
together as a tribe. We also have comments, Please
leave comments as well because Iwill reply and I will make sure
that we are able to grow together.
And then we're working on our polls.
We're going to build this whole Archbaganda media platform out.
So therefore you can communicatewith me, you can stay in touch,
(09:13):
and we can really create more ofa personal connection with one
another. And that's the goal here in
archbaganda #9 helping without being asked.
Love is best shown through action.
So if you know there's a loved one doing something, perfect
example, I have my wife. She's amazing.
We partner in so many ways, but she has a major event that she's
(09:33):
producing called Content and confidence.
It's a media day for small business owners in rural areas.
And the beauty of it is I get tobe a part of the the action.
I get to be a presenter. I get to do so many amazing
things, a part of the motion. But most importantly, I get to
support my wife. I get to support her and what
she's building and what she's doing, and it's one of the
greatest feelings in anyone out there in the tribe.
(09:56):
If you got that feeling, it feels so good to support
somebody's vision and dream, andit feels Even so much better
when it actually comes to fruition.
So stay being someone's personalcheerleader.
Root them on the same way. Yes, you want them to root you
on. I want you to root you on.
But make sure you know how to cheer someone else on just as
much as you root for yourself. Because if you root well for
(10:16):
other people, you'll root well for yourself, and then they'll
also root well for you too. And the energy we all want to
manifest will start to happen. And that's how you find where
you fit in. Also to #10 always leave home
with kind words. But you never know when you
might meet your last goodbye. And so we always want to be
respectful to each other. We always want to leave on good
(10:37):
favor. We all want to leave in a way
that lets people know that they're honored and they were
appreciated. And we respect their time, and
we value their time, and we nourish and we edify with their
time. Let's look at life differently
in that perspective. So these were the 10 family
rules we just want to go throughjust to give a understanding of
what real relationships look like and how you find where you
(10:59):
fit. It's so important to find where
you fit, and that's why we wanted to really touch on this
topic in this episode. So without further ado, we're
going to jump into the headlinesas we always do.
I'm going to go through these pretty quick because there's so
many things going on. I do want to touch on the fact
that there has been some level of peace arrangements going on
(11:19):
in the Middle East, so I don't want to overlook that.
We discussed it a little bit theother day, but I do, I'm glad to
see there's a resolve that people who are being free,
hostages are being free. Negotiations are happening.
And I pray the best for all the people that are involved because
human beings are human beings. And here at Entropicanda, here's
a tribe. We value people.
(11:39):
We want to make sure that peopleare always valued or uplifted
and we know great tragedies happen, but we have to build
resiliency. And that's what it's about.
It's that understanding the importance and the power of
resilience and the transforming value of words well orchestrated
in a way that really brings power to the situation.
Remember, God's utterance is theword, and we have to use this to
(12:02):
really build and change situation.
So really now back to our normalheadline schedule.
We want to talk about something that kind of got overlooked that
I think more people should be aware of.
But there was a bipartisan plansfor a bigger, bolder US
International Development Finance Corp that is now on hold
because the agencies authorization lapsed on October
(12:24):
6th. There was supposed to be a
renewal, a bipartisan renewal ofthis department, the
International Development Finance Corp.
And basically DFC is an organization that, you know, was
basically given by the the government as a means of making
sure that we were more competitive in a lot of our
international pursuits. We, they were hoping that, you
(12:46):
know, the whole DFC to serve as a substantive economic
counterweight to China. So they were going to use it as
a means of keeping the US competitive in its goals towards
being, of course, staying a, a relevant.
We've been powerhouse in the global landscape.
So definitely keep your eye out on that. the US International
(13:07):
Development Finance Corp and it's being on hold.
Hopefully with the government shutdowns that are happening
here in the US, there'll be moreways that we can start to work
together better as a family. That's what we were talking
about earlier, right? Finding where you fit, finding
understanding these things help you find where you fit in the
equation of everything right here, especially on earned
(13:27):
income Monday, right? We got to know what we're doing
with that too. We want to take a quick break.
I want to make sure I have to always shout out because we're
about to do our AI feature. And so we have to take a moment
to shout out our sponsor, Chi Maxx.
Yes, Chi Maxx is the card game that allows for your cognitive
ability to grow in an era where we celebrate AI because we think
(13:49):
of all the revolutionary innovations that we can do with
the technology we still have to improve our human technology.
And so the infinite mighty game of Chi Maxx is born as a the
card deck that allows for us to still keep our ability to touch
something physical, that allows for symbols that allow for, you
know, the sigils, all of these things with numbers due to our
(14:12):
minds and our brains. And when we physically connect
with something, Chi Max has created a phenomenal game that
helps you with your memory, helps you with your cognitive
ability. You definitely have to get your
hands on it. So Chi Max you can check out
more and see some of the game play on his YouTube channel.
Chi Max is CHIMAX Chi Max, and you can get it at mosaic.com.
(14:33):
That's mosaic.com, that's mosayk.com, and we'll talk more
about that. But as we get back to the
headlines, we do have to talk about AI because there's always
headlines about AI. We make sure that we get to get
it from some of the best sourcesout there.
So that way we bring relevant information to you here at
Entrepreneur Ganda. So that way you can make great
(14:53):
decisions on tools you can use moves that are being made in the
greater global scale as well as in your local community.
It doesn't matter matter where you're from, whether you're in
the local rural area or you're in a big city or if you're in a
small town, wherever you are, wecan help you with Andre began to
because our pillars, mindset, character habits, as well as
your ultimate structure will always work wherever you're at.
(15:16):
We want to make sure that you achieve everything you're
looking to do with your life andyour goals.
So definitely stay, you know, connected to that.
So let's jump into some headlines real quick.
All right, so XAI reportedly sets sights on world model for
gaming. So Elon Musk AI startup is
reportedly entering the race to develop world models systems
(15:37):
that simulate real world physicsand environments by learning
from videos and robotic data. So they've also have the company
was recruited NVIDIA researchersto train the models and with
early work aim at AI assisted game design.
So as soon you'll be able to utilize the new XAI platforms
(15:58):
for gaming purposes as well as other other types of physical
physic based activities to simulate real world.
So just like we see in a lot of the gaming software's AI is
taking on some of that development and is able to
simulate and generate its own real world simulation kind of on
autopilot, just continuously building out more content and
(16:18):
growth. So that's a pretty interesting
concept that's happening with the platform.
Also to thinking Machine Labs Cofounders reportedly heads to
Meta. So once again, we have thinking
Machine Lab Co founder reportedly heads to Meta.
And so again, we talked about itbefore how Meta is being very
aggressive in hiring all the AI people from various different
(16:42):
companies and organizations to their company.
They're recruiting people already been in the field, work
with other companies, but they're offering them phenomenal
pay packages. So, you know, Mark Zuckerberg
refuses to not be ahead in the whole AI revolution and Meta
itself trying to build out the metaverse and a lot, a lot of
what they are looking at for thefuture as well as what they have
(17:02):
coming with the glasses that they have as well, all these
different tools they feel will be relevant in what AI is going
to do. So they've been recruiting very
heavy for people in, in the subject matter to really help
them advance some of their technology.
And don't forget they also have the llama models as well.
So definitely, if you're not familiar with that, definitely
check out some of what Facebook is up to cause with Meta,
(17:24):
Facebook, Instagram, a lot of these tools, there's going to be
so many. Interesting ways that they're
going to be able to integrate AIto their platform.
So stay tuned for that. Also to Microsoft, Copilot now
works with Google and Office. So users can now use Copilot on
Windows with the Google Drive, the Gmail and Outlook, letting
(17:46):
them search across multiple accounts with natural language
queries. So now Copilot works with Google
and Office. So definitely those who are
trying to stay productive, thosewho are trying to use tools
within the office environments for connective purposes, for
presentations and so forth, to working with teams, these tools
are now starting to integrate tomake it a little bit more
(18:08):
seamless. And I mean, what do you think
out there? Y alls?
I think too in the AI world, they do have to be mindful of
how all these AIS will meet a convergence point, right?
Instead of us having to jump from one AI to the other.
At some point, they're all goingto have to be able to
communicate with each other moreseamlessly.
And it seems like applications and we seen some of the AI web
(18:28):
browsers that are starting to come on board that we need to
just kind of be mindful of how all this will start to integrate
over time. You know, there's some people in
the field that may have some lead on it, especially the ones
who already have browser access because human beings were so
form fit, right? We're already kind of trained
for certain form fits, whether it's a sit at a laptop desktop
(18:49):
set up and pull up a browser or if it's to get on our cell
phones and move around apps and so forth.
In regards to the the technology.
So as people are building new innovations in AI, there will
have to be new form fits of technology.
So we have to keep our eye out on that as well too.
You know, there has been some rumors I've heard of open AI
(19:09):
working on some hardware devicesas well too.
So, you know, keep your eyes out.
There's so much happening. Of course, the robotic side of
AI is also out there as well. So there's so many ways that we
can look forward to what the future of AI hold.
So we definitely will keep you informed with that and we always
want to make sure you have the latest here at Entre Beganda.
As we break down further some other concepts, when we look at
(19:33):
looking at all the different headlines that we can look at,
we always make sure that here wetalk about the licensing
industry and various things thathelp us stay on top of the
structure of what we're buildingas organizations that are
building off of creativity, thatare building new products and
services and entrepreneurs. So what do we think?
I want to think about is there'salways the way there's how
(19:55):
things are done and then there'show things are actually done.
And this is where we want to talk about the recipe, right?
And we utilize the the licensingindustry as a means of helping
people understand the perfect recipe for their imagination to
really turn that into opportunities, into wealth and
ways to continue to grow. And so, you know, one thing I
(20:16):
realized is the wealth of America is our willingness to
accept debts. Money is an illusion.
And the real thing that we have to focus on is taxes, right?
People want to track US as individuals because they give us
these barcode. Type of Social Security numbers
and EI, NS and all these different things.
So they know what activities that you're producing.
But as a creative and someone building a venture, you
(20:38):
sometimes don't want those limitations, but you do have to
make sure that you follow the recipe.
Because if you do not follow therecipe as it's designed, then
you don't always get the resultsof the final product.
And part of what we want to do is make sure that as
Entropaganda, we don't. There's so many platforms that
will talk to you about the different types of tax
structures and strategies and different things you can do in
(21:00):
regards to setting up a businessand so forth.
So I imagine that you already have all of that of what you
need. But here at Entropaganda, our
goal is to give you more of the open minded side of
entrepreneurship, the things that you need to deal with the
UPS and the downs, the ways to fill in the gaps, the ways to
keep your mindset, your character, your habits, as well
(21:20):
as your structure and order. So therefore you can make plans
that you need day for day, week for week, month for month,
quarter for quarter, and of course, year over year.
And we want to continue to help you build in such a way.
And so you got to have the rightrecipe and you got to know that
you got to have the way things are actually done mapped out.
And so with that, I always talk about some of the cool things
(21:41):
that happened in the global licensing industry, ways to, you
know, be able to take your IP, your intellectual properties and
grow them in a way that helps you towards what you're trying
to build in greater income and earnings.
And so one of the things I wouldtalk about is last week there
was a huge storm of people who were going to the brand
(22:02):
Licensing Europe is an event that took place that allow for
people to go there to really talk about the next products
that are going to be on the shelves over the next 12 to 18
months. And so when we say the retail
shelves, we're talking about massive brand deals, massive
real retail deals that are goingon to really take products and
IP from all around the globe. China and Japan and so many
(22:26):
different countries have different aspects that they want
to be able to build and grow as well as what they have here in
the US. They go overseas to shop and
promote their products and services with the world.
So they're aware of ways that they can partner and we want to
make sure that they have a chance to really penetrate a
huge market. European brand partnerships
(22:47):
business rose to 3.4% in 2024 and is expected to hit $79.3
billion in retail sales end of licensed consumer products.
So we're talking about the licensing industry in Europe
alone, it's almost worth $80 billion.
So we have to understand that the licensing globally, I mean,
we're talking about this market is expanding every day.
(23:10):
It's always space for a new IPI always like to breakdown to my
clients is think about life thisway.
There's always a new young person who have never seen
anything that the world has to offer them.
And so when you offer your new idea for a new children's
product or a children's book andyou want to turn into a cartoon
(23:31):
series. And then that cartoon series
gets popular. And then people want to wear the
T-shirts and the products on hats and book bags and different
items that they want to play with in toys and plush toys and
these different items. You then get into the licensing
space where you partner with people who manufacture these
products and factories all around the globe.
(23:52):
They have retail distribution partnerships and they put it all
together. And you have to be in the spaces
to really be able to make that happen.
And we here at Orange Begin willbe your exclusive portal towards
the licensing industry. We want to provide you with
relevant information. Please leave in the chats and
comments more that you would like to learn about this
industry. We'll give you in the headlines
(24:13):
with can we talk about technology?
We talk about the licensing industry.
Of course, technology is all surrounding AI.
There is other things that we'relooking at as a organization.
Myself again at my day-to-day I work with, I am brilliant.
We're working on some cool products that we're doing in the
QR space to really create ways that people can use QR
(24:34):
technology in a new phenomenal way, especially when you look at
the AI, the augmented reality and virtual reality spaces when
the glasses are coming in. We're prepared for all these
things. So I'm not just someone give you
these headlines or talking through a business philosophy or
system. I'm someone who's in the full
mix of the false sectionality ofall these different, you know,
(24:56):
opportunities converging with one another.
And I'm setting narrative with Entrepreneur for us, the tribe
who are trying to maybe figure out the little gaps, but we
still have to work on the personal things that will allow
to become the person we're meantto become, to be able to find
where we fit in and how we walk in a room.
But you need the recipe. And that's what Entrepreneur is
all about. We're helping you to get your
(25:17):
perfect recipe together so that way you can get out there and
build. And if you're a food truck
entrepreneur in newer, that's listening to Entrepreneur, you
want to be the biggest, best food truck presenter that you
can be. You want to make sure that
anywhere in any place you set upthat people are running up to
and your lines are filled aroundthe corner.
So then you know that you, the food truck is going to lead to
another one that's going to be in another location, and then
you're going to set up the restaurant and then you're going
(25:39):
to have the celebrity reviews. And then you're going to
continue to build, grow and thrive because that's the spirit
of entrepreneur. That's the hustle, that's the
grind. But when you do the thing that
you love the most, it never feels like work.
It never feels like work. It feels like your passion is
leading you to a mission. And those missions will lead you
to greater ambition. And those ambitions will lead
(25:59):
you to a success and a successfulness that you and all
of your family, all of your community, and people who work
within your company can all experience that joy.
Doesn't that sound good? That's what we're pushing for
here at Archbaganda. That's what we're pushing
together as a tribe. And we want to make sure that we
together get to that space and we find what we fit.
(26:20):
We make sure that we know that we have the recipe and we know
we have a tribe here at Archbaganda that's going to make
sure that we win every day because victory is all we know.
So as always, I thank you all for tuning in to this edition of
Archbaganda. My name again is Michael Stewart
Isaacs, your host MSI, your favorite guy.
Also you can people call me Mosaic.
I'm the CEO of a company called Mosaic.
(26:42):
We have, I am brilliant. We have of course the
entrepreneur in the podcast we are part of with working with
Chi Max. So we have the Chi Max.
We want to make sure you get yourself involved.
I have a popular skateboard brand called Board Nation USA
and we work with youth skateboarders and different
board sports, athletes, surfers,etcetera.
Really awesome things that I'm involved in.
I'm excited to continue just to share a little bit of my
(27:05):
experience in the different industries I get to experience.
